Abstract

The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for identifying an internet surfing terminal and a User Identity Module (UIM) card, and relates to the technical field of big data, wherein the method comprises the following steps: monitoring the URL which the terminal requests to access; and adding a user ID for identifying the terminal in the URL so that the server can identify the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL. The embodiment of the invention adds the user ID for identifying the terminal behind the URL which the user terminal requests to access, thereby ensuring that the terminal can be identified according to the user ID in the URL, thereby distinguishing different users, not influencing the normal use of the user and ensuring that the user does not feel.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of big data, in particular to a method, a device and a system for identifying an internet access terminal and a User Identity Module (UIM) card.
Background
When a plurality of different users surf the internet by using terminals through a WIFI, a router and the like, the terminals of different users cannot be distinguished because the IP addresses are the same and the operating systems, the terminal models and the like of the terminals are possibly the same. This causes certain difficulties in data mining and data operation, such as data analysis, user behavior portrayal, etc.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a scheme capable of identifying the internet access terminal.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of an embodiment of the present invention is: a method, apparatus and system for identifying an Internet access terminal and a UIM card are provided, which can distinguish terminals of different users.
According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for identifying an internet access terminal is provided, including: monitoring the URL which the terminal requests to access; and adding a user ID for identifying the terminal in the URL so that the server can identify the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for identifying an internet access terminal according to the present invention. The method may be performed by a device for identifying a network access terminal mounted on a UIM card, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the steps of:

The terminals of a plurality of different users access to the same wireless router and surf the internet, for example, when the terminals initiate HTTP requests through a browser, the terminals can monitor URLs in the HTTP requests initiated by each terminal.
And 104, adding a user ID for identifying the terminal in the URL so that the server can identify the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL.
For example, a user ID identifying the corresponding terminal is added at the end of the URL, e.g., user ID "12345678" identifying terminal 1 is added at the end of URL 1 that terminal 1 requests access. The server can identify the terminal accessing the URL 1 as the terminal 1 according to the user ID "12345678" carried by the URL 1. By analogy, different terminals can be identified according to the user ID carried by the URL.
In the embodiment, the user ID for identifying the terminal is added behind the URL which the user terminal requests to access, so that the terminal can be ensured to be identified according to the user ID in the URL, different users can be distinguished, the normal use of the user is not influenced, and the user can not feel.
In order to ensure the safety of the user and avoid being tracked and identified by malicious intent, the method shown in fig. 1 may further include the following steps: receiving a user ID issued after the server is periodically updated; and adding the updated user ID into the URL which the terminal requests to access. By periodically updating the user ID, on one hand, the terminal can be ensured to be identified according to the user ID in the URL, and on the other hand, the malicious tracking and identification of the user can be avoided by a mode that one terminal is associated with a plurality of user IDs.
Further, after the user ID is periodically updated, the corresponding relationship between the user ID of the terminal and the time range may be sent to the server, so that the server may identify the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL in different time ranges. For example, in the first time range, the user ID of terminal 1 is "1234", and the user ID of terminal 2 is "5678"; in the second time range, the user ID of terminal 1 is "5678" and the user ID of terminal 2 is "1234". Then, during subsequent data analysis, the server may identify the corresponding terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL in a different time range. For example, the server identifies a URL carrying a user ID of "1234" as the URL requested to be accessed by the terminal 1 in the first time range, and identifies a URL carrying a user ID of "5678" as the URL requested to be accessed by the terminal 1 in the second time range.
After the terminal requests to access different URLs through a mobile network and a fixed network, the internet surfing behavior of the user can be identified according to mobile network DPI (deep packet inspection) data and fixed network DPI data. Specifically, a URL with the same user ID may be screened from mobile network DPI data and fixed network DPI data; since the user IDs are the same, that is, the URLs are accessed by the same terminal, the URLs having the same user ID can be identified as the URLs accessed by the same user. In the embodiment, the URL with the same user ID can be identified as the URL visited by the same user through the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data, the user data can be collected more widely through integrating the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data, and the user portrait can be further improved according to the collected user data.
In the present specification, the embodiments are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts in the embodiments are referred to each other.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram of an embodiment of an apparatus for identifying an internet access terminal according to the present invention. The device for identifying an internet access terminal provided in this embodiment may be used to execute the method for identifying an internet access terminal described in the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the device includes a monitoring unit 201 and an identifier adding unit 202, where:
the monitoring unit 201 is configured to monitor a URL that the terminal requests to access; in an embodiment, the monitoring unit 201 is specifically configured to monitor a URL in an HTTP request initiated by the terminal through the browser. The identifier adding unit 202 is configured to add a user ID identifying the terminal in the URL, so that the server identifies the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL.
In the embodiment, the user ID for identifying the terminal is added behind the URL which the user terminal requests to access, so that the terminal can be ensured to be identified according to the user ID in the URL, different users can be distinguished, the normal use of the user is not influenced, and the user can not feel.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of another embodiment of the apparatus for identifying an internet access terminal according to the present invention. Compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the apparatus shown in fig. 3 may further include:
a user ID receiving unit 301, configured to receive a user ID sent down after being periodically updated by a server;
accordingly, the identifier adding unit 202 in this embodiment is further configured to add the updated user ID to the URL to which the terminal requests access.
In this embodiment, the user ID is periodically updated, so that on one hand, it is ensured that the terminal is identified according to the user ID in the URL, and on the other hand, malicious tracking and identification of the user can be avoided by associating one terminal with a plurality of user IDs.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the apparatus may further include: a sending unit 302, configured to send the correspondence between the user ID of the terminal and the time range to the server, so that the server identifies the terminal according to the user IDs carried by the URLs in different time ranges. In the embodiment, the URL with the same user ID can be identified as the URL visited by the same user through the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data, the user data can be collected more widely through integrating the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data, and the user portrait can be further improved according to the collected user data.
The device for identifying the internet user can be applied to the UIM card.
The invention also provides a UIM card which can comprise the device for identifying the internet user provided by any embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a system for identifying an internet access terminal according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the system includes the UIM card 401 and the server 402 according to the above embodiments; among them, the server 402 includes:
and an identifying unit 412, configured to identify the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL.
In practical application, a card application, namely a device for identifying an internet user, is added to the UIM card, corresponding server-side software is added to the card application management server, and the function of a system for identifying the internet terminal can be realized by matching with the existing DPI equipment or log retention system of the existing network.
In the embodiment, the user ID for identifying the terminal is added behind the URL which the user terminal requests to access, so that the terminal can be ensured to be identified according to the user ID in the URL, different users can be distinguished, the normal use of the user is not influenced, and the user can not feel.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the server may further include: a user ID updating unit 422, configured to periodically update the user ID and issue the user ID to the UIM card.
By periodically updating the user ID, the embodiment can ensure that the terminal is identified according to the user ID in the URL on the one hand, and can also prevent the user from being maliciously tracked and identified on the other hand.
In an embodiment, the identifying unit 412 is further configured to identify the user according to the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of another embodiment of the system for identifying an internet access terminal according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the identification unit 412 in this embodiment includes a screening module 4121 and an identification module 4122, wherein:
the screening module 4121 is configured to screen out a URL with a same user ID from the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data;
the identifying module 4122 is configured to identify the URLs with the same user ID as the URLs visited by the same terminal.
In the embodiment, the URL with the same user ID can be identified as the URL visited by the same user through the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data, the user data can be collected more widely through integrating the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data, and the user portrait can be further improved according to the collected user data.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a user ID issued after the server is periodically updated;
adding the updated user ID in the URL which the terminal requests to access;
and sending the corresponding relation between the user ID of the terminal and the time range to a server so that the server can identify the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL in different time ranges.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring of the URL that the terminal requests to access comprises:
and monitoring the URL in the HTTP request initiated by the terminal through the browser.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and identifying the internet surfing behavior of the user according to the mobile network DPI data and the fixed network DPI data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein identifying the user's behavior on the internet based on mobile network DPI data and fixed network DPI data comprises:
screening out URL with same user ID from mobile network DPI data and fixed network DPI data;
and identifying the URL with the same user ID as the URL visited by the same user.
5. An apparatus for recognizing a network access terminal, comprising:
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the URL which the terminal requests to access;
the user ID receiving unit is used for receiving a user ID issued after the server is periodically updated;
the identification adding unit is used for adding a user ID for identifying the terminal in the URL so that the server can identify the terminal according to the user ID carried by the URL; adding the updated user ID in the URL which the terminal requests to access; and
