本发明公开了一种防爆散热型计算机电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;在缆芯外填充玻璃纤维带,在缆芯外设有无机隔热防火层,在无机隔热防火层外设有钢带屏蔽层,在钢带屏蔽层外设有无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带,在无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带外挤包弹性缓冲层,在弹性缓冲层外设有高阻燃三低烟无卤阻燃环保型防爆护套层;所述的缆芯填充处还设有内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管。本发明具有防爆、阻燃、散热、抗电磁干扰等特性,电缆结构简单、信号传输稳定,抗电磁干扰性能突出,在恶劣环境中能够长期稳定运行。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种防爆散热型计算机电缆。
背景技术
目前的计算机电缆的抗干扰性能力特别差,并且在石化、矿山、煤气工程等含有易爆危险的场所,通常都不能满足防爆要求,同时使用过程中信号传输很不稳定,造成信号串音等现象。导致频繁更换电缆,不仅影响设备的正常运行,也直接造成经济损失。
该产品主要应用在石化、矿山、煤气工程等具有易爆危险的场所,通常对电缆“防爆”的要求都比较高,同时要求电缆的信号传输能够持续稳定。
另外,随着计算机电子技术的广泛应用,特别是发电、冶金、石化等工矿企 业方面集散系统、电子计算机系统、自动化系统的信号传输及检测仪器仪表的广泛应用,计 算机电缆信号屏蔽、散热、抗拉性等要求也逐渐被人们所重视,但是目前计算机电缆的综合性能都不够理想,不能满足使用者的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种防爆散热型计算机电缆,具有防爆、阻燃、散热、抗电磁干扰等特性,电缆结构简单、信号传输稳定,抗电磁干扰性能突出,在恶劣环境中能够长期稳定运行。
本发明所述的一种防爆散热型计算机电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;在缆芯外填充玻璃纤维带,在缆芯外设有无机隔热防火层,在无机隔热防火层外设有钢带屏蔽层,在钢带屏蔽层外设有无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带,在无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带外挤包弹性缓冲层,在弹性缓冲层外设有高阻燃三低烟无卤阻燃环保型防爆护套层;所述的缆芯填充处还设有内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线芯由无氧锡铜导体、挤包无氧锡铜导体外的内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管、挤包在导流铜合金软管外的聚乙烯绝缘层以及绕包在聚乙烯绝缘层外的铜带屏蔽层构成。
进一步改进,所述的导流铜合金软管内还设有一根导流管。
进一步改进,所述的弹性缓冲层包括柔性内垫和柔性外垫,所述柔性内垫与柔性外垫之间设置有若干气囊。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果在于:
本发明电缆由于采用无氧铜导体,从而保证电缆的电气性能以及信号的传输;该产品的高性能绝缘层,采用优质交联聚乙烯,保证了电缆的绝缘性能;线芯内设有铜带屏蔽,缆芯外设有钢带屏蔽层,增强了电缆的抗干扰能力;采用高阻燃防爆护套层保证了电缆的防爆性能;设有内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管,使得电缆可以在-100-200℃的环境下使用30-50年,长期使用时不会造成导流管有附着物,而且具有散热性能、不导电、高环保、高阻燃等特点;弹性缓冲层可以有效的缓冲了来自外界的压力,很好的保护了电缆各层不受外界的挤压,使得电缆能正常的工作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种防爆散热型计算机电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;该绝缘线芯由无氧锡铜导体1、挤包无氧锡铜导体外的内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管2、挤包在导流铜合金软管外的聚乙烯绝缘层4以及绕包在聚乙烯绝缘层外的铜带屏蔽层5构成,线芯中的导流铜合金软管内还设有一根用于加入液体的导流管3;在缆芯外填充玻璃纤维带6,在缆芯外设有无机隔热防火层7,在无机隔热防火层外设有钢带屏蔽层8,在钢带屏蔽层外设有无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带9,在无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带外挤包弹性缓冲层10,在弹性缓冲层外设有高阻燃三低烟无卤阻燃环保型防爆护套层11;所述的缆芯填充处还设有内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管2。
如图2所示,所述的弹性缓冲层10包括柔性内垫101和柔性外垫103,所述柔性内垫与柔性外垫之间设置有若干气囊102,可以有效的缓冲了来自外界的压力,很好的保护了电缆各层不受外界的挤压,并且具有抗风压能力,使得电缆能正常的工作。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防爆散热型计算机电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;在缆芯外填充玻璃纤维带,在缆芯外设有无机隔热防火层,在无机隔热防火层外设有钢带屏蔽层,在钢带屏蔽层外设有无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带,在无卤阻燃聚乙烯编织带外挤包弹性缓冲层,在弹性缓冲层外设有高阻燃三低烟无卤阻燃环保型防爆护套层;所述的缆芯填充处还设有内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的防爆散热型计算机电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由无氧锡铜导体、挤包无氧锡铜导体外的内加入水冷液体的导流铜合金软管、挤包在导流铜合金软管外的聚乙烯绝缘层以及绕包在聚乙烯绝缘层外的铜带屏蔽层构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防爆散热型计算机电缆,其特征在于:所述的导流铜合金软管内还设有一根导流管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防爆散热型计算机电缆,其特征在于:所述的弹性缓冲层包括柔性内垫和柔性外垫,所述柔性内垫与柔性外垫之间设置有若干气囊。
