In a technical solution disclosed in another embodiment of the present application, in order to fix the node tag, referring to fig. 5, the system of the present application may further include a sensing board, the sensing board is made of a transparent material, the node tag 200 is disposed on the sensing board, and each sensing board corresponds to at least one node tag;
the induction plate is provided with a protective rear shell 710 for taking and placing the node tag 200, and a front cover 720 for protecting the node tag 200, wherein the protective rear shell 710 and the front cover 720 are hinged, and the induction plate further comprises a terminal placing table 740 for placing the portable mobile terminal 300 so that the portable mobile terminal 300 can scan the node tag 200 conveniently.
In the technical solution disclosed in any one of the embodiments of the present application, each of the node tags 200 includes different identification information, and therefore, a barcode tag, a two-dimensional code tag, an NFC tag, and the like thereof are used, and it is preferable that the node tag is an NFC tag in order to obtain the identification information of the node tag quickly.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the node tag selects the NFC tag, the tablet that the area is greater than the NFC tag is adopted for the tablet, and the tablet can be non-metallic transparent materials such as glass and plastics, and the NFC tag is fixed in the tablet, and production process detection point name, detecting instrument name and tag induction area can be marked by the preset mark on the tablet, and the NFC tag on the tablet can be replaced (the NFC tag is updated when damaged). The sensing plate is provided with a protective back cover (e.g. a photo frame like structure) to protect and replace the NFC tag and to facilitate cleaning; the sensing plate is disposed at a position easily accessible to a worker.

In a technical solution disclosed in another embodiment of the present application, in order to facilitate data communication, data communication may be performed between the above-mentioned devices through a wireless network, that is, data communication may be performed between the portable mobile terminal and the plant computer control system, between the portable mobile terminal and the production process parameter display server, and between the plant computer control system and the production process parameter display server through a wireless network. The wireless network may be a WIFI network established by the routing module, and certainly may also be an internet network or a GPRS, CDMA network, or the like.
For convenience of description, the above system is described with the functions divided into various modules, which are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the various modules may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations as the present application.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. The above-described system and system embodiments are only illustrative, wherein the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The processes of the analysis methods described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (5)

1. A production process parameter management system, comprising:
the system comprises a plurality of detection instruments, a plurality of control units and a plurality of control units, wherein the detection instruments are used for detecting monitoring data of detection nodes corresponding to the detection instruments;
a plurality of node tags corresponding to the instrumentation, each node tag corresponding to the instrumentation one-to-one;
the portable mobile terminal is used for scanning a node label corresponding to a detection instrument to be checked to obtain identification information of the node label, and sending a data query request to a factory computer control system according to the identification information; displaying monitoring information issued by the factory computer control system;
the system comprises a factory computer control system, a portable mobile terminal and a data query request processing system, wherein the factory computer control system is used for analyzing the data query request after acquiring the query data request uploaded by the portable mobile terminal to obtain identification information, looking up a table according to a preset mapping table to obtain monitoring information matched with the identification information, the monitoring information at least comprises monitoring data uploaded by detection instruments, and sending the monitoring information to the portable mobile terminal, and the mapping table is preset with mapping relations between each node label and each detection instrument;
production process parameter display server, production process parameter display server includes: the authentication unit is used for acquiring an identity authentication request of the portable mobile terminal, authenticating the identity information of the portable mobile terminal according to the identity authentication request, and outputting an authentication passing instruction to the factory computer control system after the authentication passes;
the portable mobile terminal is also used for sending an identity verification request to the production process parameter display server after scanning to obtain the identification information of the node label;
the factory computer control system is specifically used for acquiring and analyzing a data query request uploaded by the portable mobile terminal after a verification passing instruction issued by the production process parameter display server is acquired, obtaining identification information, looking up a table according to a preset mapping table to obtain monitoring information matched with the identification information, wherein the monitoring information at least comprises monitoring data uploaded by detection instruments, and sending the monitoring information to the portable mobile terminal, and mapping relations between each node label and each detection instrument are preset in the mapping table;
the production process parameter display server further comprises:
the terminal display interface development unit is used for storing a preset operation interface, and the preset operation interface is an operation interface which is established in advance according to the mapping relation between the node label and the detection instrument; when an operation interface downloading instruction uploaded by the portable mobile terminal is acquired, and the authentication unit passes the verification, the preset operation interface is issued to the portable mobile terminal;
the authentication unit is further used for carrying out identity verification on the portable mobile terminal when the operation interface downloading instruction is obtained, sending the operation interface downloading instruction to the terminal display interface development unit after the verification is passed, and prompting the terminal display interface development unit that the portable mobile terminal passes the verification;
the portable mobile terminal is further used for judging whether the preset operation interface is stored in the portable mobile terminal after the identification information of the node tag is obtained through scanning, and if not, sending an operation interface downloading instruction to the production process parameter display server; when monitoring information issued by the factory computer control system is acquired, displaying the monitoring information according to the preset operation interface;
the operation interface comprises a plurality of display interfaces, and each display interface corresponds to the type of the detection data of the detection instrument corresponding to the node label one by one;
the portable mobile terminal comprises a display interface selection unit, a node label selection unit and a node label display unit, wherein the display interface selection unit is used for selecting a display interface matched with the scanned identification information of the node label to display the monitoring information when the monitoring information issued by a factory computer control system is acquired;
further comprising:
the label reader-writer is used for sensing the identification information of the node label and sending the identification information and the identification information of the detection instrument corresponding to the node label to the production process parameter display server;
the production process parameter display server further comprises: the label-detection node database unit is used for establishing a mapping relation between the node label and the detection instrument according to the identification information of the node label and the identification information of the detection instrument uploaded by the label reader-writer, and storing the mapping relation into a preset mapping table;
the label-detection node database unit is further used for determining the identification information of the detection instrument to be updated in a preset mapping table after the label updating instruction is obtained, obtaining the identification information of a new node label to be updated, and updating the mapping relation between the detection instrument and the node label according to the obtained identification information of the node label;
and the terminal display interface development unit is also used for establishing a new operation interface according to the updated mapping relation after monitoring that the mapping relation between the node label and the detection instrument is updated, and sending the operation interface to the verified portable mobile terminal.

The production process parameter management system according to claim 1, wherein the portable mobile terminal is further configured to, after obtaining the identification information of the node tag through scanning, identify the identification information according to the operation interface, determine whether a display interface containing the identification information is included in the operation interface, if not, send an operation interface download instruction to the production process parameter display server, and if the operation interface obtained through downloading again does not include the display interface containing the identification information, output an alarm signal.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the node tags are disposed on sensor boards of transparent material, each sensor board corresponding to at least one node tag;
the induction plate is provided with a protective rear shell for taking and placing the node labels and is used for placing the portable mobile terminal so that the portable mobile terminal is convenient to scan the node labels.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the portable mobile terminal is in data communication with the plant computer control system, the portable mobile terminal is in data communication with the production process parameter display server, and the plant computer control system is in data communication with the production process parameter display server via a wireless network.
5. The production process parameter management system of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the node tag is an NFC tag.
