In fig. 6, the user terminal 1 is configured to send the express delivery information to the control device 4 of the express delivery order printer, and the express delivery information storage device 3 is configured to receive and store the key express delivery information.
In a preferred embodiment, the key express information includes an express order number, and further includes one or more of a recipient name, a recipient phone number, and a recipient address, and the express information storage device 3 is configured to store information other than the express order number in the key express information in correspondence with the express order number in the key express information. The specific storage mode is as shown in table 1, and is not repeated here, and the express companies can conveniently acquire key express information of a certain express in a corresponding storage mode, so that the express is convenient to sort.
In the express information processing system of this embodiment, after the control device of the express bill printer acquires the key express information, the key express information is sent to the express information storage device, and the express information storage device stores the key express information. By the method in fig. 7, when the express company acquires the electronic data of the key express information, manual entry is not needed, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the problem of low efficiency when the express company acquires the electronic data of the key express information in the prior art is effectively solved.

determining an express company corresponding to the express bill number, and sending the key express information to express information storage equipment of the determined express company; or,
