Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Refrigerators generally include a cabinet having an interior space configured to receive food items therein. The internal space may be divided into different compartments by partitions for placing and refrigerating different foods, for example, the internal space may be divided into two, three or more compartments, and the temperatures of the different compartments may be independently controlled. The refrigerating chamber can be closed by a door body. In addition, the refrigerator comprises a refrigerating circuit and an air duct system, by means of which a corresponding temperature regulation can be produced in the refrigerating compartment. To this end, the refrigeration circuit comprises, in particular, an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor and respective connecting conduits in which a refrigerant circulates; the air path system comprises a fan, an air door, an air duct and the like, and cold air enters the corresponding refrigerating compartment through the air duct under the driving of the fan.
Fig. 1 shows a cabinet 100 having a refrigerating compartment 101, and fig. 2 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the duct assembly 10 is mounted on a rear wall 102 of the cabinet 100 to form a duct 20 for circulating cool air. The cool air circulating in the air duct 20 enters the refrigerating compartment 101 through hidden air outlets (not shown) at both sides of the air duct assembly 10. The damper assembly 30 connected to the air duct 20 can be controlled to open or close the air duct 20 to control whether cold air is supplied to the refrigerating compartment 101 through the air duct 20, so as to achieve temperature control of the refrigerating compartment 101.
Fig. 3 shows the exploded view of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the duct assembly 10 includes a first duct cover 11 and a second duct cover 12 mounted on an outer surface of the first duct cover 11, typically the first duct cover 11 is configured as a foam cover and the second duct cover 12 is configured as a plastic cover. The first duct cover 11 is fixed to the rear wall 102 of the cabinet 100 by a fixing assembly 40. The fixing assembly 40 includes a hollow fixing post 41 and a screw 46, and a cavity 50 configured to receive a fixing hole of the fixing post 41 is formed on the first duct cover plate 11. When the first duct cover 11 is mounted on the rear wall 102 of the box 100, the fixing posts 41 are first inserted into the cavities 50, and then the screws 42 are driven into the rear wall 102 of the box 100 through the fixing posts 41, so that the first duct cover 11 is firmly fixed to the rear wall 102.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 2, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the fixing column 41. The fixing post 41 comprises a post portion 42 and a tail portion 43, the cavity 50 comprises a first cavity 51 and a second cavity 52 which are communicated with each other, when the fixing post 41 is plugged into the cavity 50, the post portion 42 is accommodated in the first cavity 51, and the tail portion 43 is accommodated in the second cavity 52. A stop surface 521 is provided in the second chamber 52 to stop the tail 43 from further movement toward the rear wall 102 of the housing 100. The inner surface 431 of the tail portion 43 facing the rear wall 102 of the box 100 is provided with a puncturing portion 44, when the tail portion 43 abuts against the limiting surface 521, the puncturing portion 44 penetrates into the limiting surface 521, so that the fixing post 41 is firmly installed in the cavity 50, and the fixing post 41 is not easy to be separated from and change the reasonable position in the cavity 50 during the process of assembling the air duct assembly.
A first engaging portion 45 is disposed on an outer surface 432 of the tail portion 43 facing the second duct cover 12, a second engaging portion 13 is disposed on the rear surface 121 of the second duct cover 12, when the second duct cover 12 is fixedly covered on the first duct cover 11, the second engaging portion 13 enters the second cavity 52 and engages with the first engaging portion 45, and the second duct cover 12 is more closely attached to the outer surface of the first duct cover 11 by drawing the first engaging portion 45 and the second engaging portion 13, so as to enhance the compactness of the whole duct assembly 10. In addition, because a screw hole does not need to be formed in the second air duct cover plate 12 any more and the second air duct cover plate 12 is fixed by driving screws into the screw hole, the outer surface 122 of the second air duct cover plate 12 is smoother, and the appearance of the refrigeration compartment of the refrigerator is improved; and the installation mode of the second air duct cover plate 12 is also simplified.
When the first engaging portion 45 is engaged with the second engaging portion 13, the first engaging portion 45 and the second engaging portion 13 are both located in the second chamber 52, and a matching space does not need to be left between the first air duct cover plate 11 and the second air duct cover plate 12 for the first engaging portion 45 and the second engaging portion 13, so that the second air duct cover plate 12 can be more closely attached and fixed to the outer surface of the first air duct cover plate 11. Preferably, the first engagement portion 45 is provided as a first catch or hook and the second engagement portion 13 is provided as a second catch or hook, both of which are easily molded and manufactured parts.
The outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion 42 is provided with a limiting rib 421, the rear wall 102 of the box 100 is provided with a groove 105 capable of accommodating a part of the cylindrical portion 42, and when the cylindrical portion 42 passes through the first chamber 51 and extends into the groove 105, the limiting rib 421 abuts against the opening edge 106 of the groove 105 to prevent the cylindrical portion 42 from extending continuously towards the rear wall 102. When the screw 46 penetrates the fixing post 41 and is driven into the rear wall 102, the screw 46 applies a traction force to the fixing post 41 in a direction towards the rear wall 102, and although a part of the traction force can be offset when the tail portion 43 of the fixing post 41 abuts against the limiting surface 521 in the second chamber 52, since the first duct cover plate 11 is made of a soft foam material, the limiting surface 521 molded in the first duct cover plate 11 is easily damaged when receiving an excessive abutting pressure from the tail portion 43; therefore, most of the above-mentioned pulling force must be offset by the stop rib 421 abutting against the opening edge 106 of the groove 105, because the rear wall 102 and the fixing post 41 of the box 100 are made of hard plastic or metal, and the mutual pressing chambers are not easy to damage or deform each other.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
