When the user only uses the steam washing function, the sealing device on the opening 204 is in a closed state, and the sealing device can be tightly attached to the opening 204 at the upper part of the atomized water storage device 20, so that the atomized water is prevented from overflowing from the opening 204. When a user needs to perform fragrance enhancement or fluffy care and other care on clothes, the atomizing unit can be pulled out from the inner cavity of the washing machine through the atomizing unit handle 11, the sealing device arranged above the opening 204 is opened, fluffy agent or fragrance enhancing agent and the like are added from the opening 204, the sealing device above the opening 204 is closed, and then the atomizing unit is pushed into the inner cavity of the washing machine through the atomizing unit handle 11.
A groove 71 is provided at a lower portion of the outer tub 7, which can receive the heating pipe 8. The groove 71 is provided with a steam inlet 711, a spraying cavity 713 is communicated with the steam inlet 711, the spraying cavity 713 is a relatively sealed space, and the upper part of the spraying cavity 713 is provided with a partition layer provided with a spraying hole 712. The heating pipe 8 is suspended above the partition layer with the spraying holes 712, and a sealing element 714 which is tightly attached is further arranged at the position where the heating pipe 8 is installed in order to prevent water leakage.
Preferably, the spray holes 712 are arranged in the projection area of the heating tube 8 on the partition, atomized water enters the spray cavity 713, and the spray cavity 713 is a relatively sealed cavity, so that the pressure is increased sharply, the atomized water is forced to spray from the spray holes 712 onto the heating tube 8 quickly and is heated, and a large amount of steam is generated efficiently.
A temperature controller 801 for regulating the temperature of the heating pipe 8 is also arranged at the position close to the heating pipe. The temperature controller 801 can adjust the temperature of the prepared steam, so that the steam is suitable for clothes made of different materials, and the clothes made of different materials can be cared in a targeted manner. The steam temperature is effectively regulated and controlled by a simple mode, the operation is reliable, materials are saved, and the actual operation effect is good.
The outer tub 7 of the washing machine comprises an outer tub front shell 701 and an outer tub rear shell 702, wherein the outer tub front shell 701 is provided with a protrusion 7010, the outer tub rear shell 702 is provided with a sealing groove 7020 matched with the protrusion 7010, and the outer tub 7 is assembled integrally by clamping the protrusion 7010 and the sealing groove 7020 and combining the fastening action of bolts or screws.
The outer barrel 7 of the washing machine enables the whole installation process of the washing machine to be more convenient, does not leak water, and is safe, reliable, low in cost and convenient for market popularization and application.
Preferably, the tub front 701 is further provided with a sealing baffle 7011, and the sealing baffle 7011 is connected with the protrusion 7010 and is matched with the groove 71, so that the spraying cavity 713 becomes a relatively sealed space with less material by fully utilizing the matching among the components.
After the front outer barrel shell 701 and the rear outer barrel shell 702 are installed, the sealing baffle 7011 arranged on the front outer barrel shell 701 can just seal the spraying cavity 713 arranged in the rear outer barrel shell 702 to form a relatively sealed cavity, so that a large amount of atomized water enters the spraying cavity to form higher pressure, and the atomized water passes through the spraying cavity 713 and is rapidly sprayed out from the spray holes 712, thereby accelerating the generation speed of steam.
The bottom of the atomized water storage device 20 is provided with an inclined chamfer structure, the upper part of the atomized water storage device 20 is provided with an overflow opening, and the overflow opening is communicated with the washing outer barrel 7 or the drain valve through a pipeline.
The bottom of the atomized water storage device 20 is of an inclined chamfer structure, so that the internal space of the atomized water storage device 20 is as large as possible, and the atomized water storage device keeps a safe distance from the outer washing barrel 7, the idle space between the outer washing barrel 7 and the shell 4 in the washing machine in the prior art is better utilized, the space utilization rate is improved, and the size of the washing machine is prevented from being further increased.
The atomization generator 203 has the function of sensing the lowest water level, and when the water level is low, the atomization generator 203 cannot contact water, namely, the atomization generator stops working automatically; in order to simplify the structure as much as possible, save materials and reduce the cost, the invention skillfully arranges the overflow opening at the upper part of the atomization water storage device 20 in combination with the function that the atomization generator 203 can sense the low water level, when the water level in the atomization water storage device 20 is higher, the water can enter the washing outer barrel 7 or the drain valve through the overflow opening, thereby avoiding the problem that the safe use is influenced by the overflow of the water to other parts. The technical scheme solves the problem of low water level and high water level judgment in the simplest mode, simplifies components and improves the space utilization efficiency of the washing machine.
Preferably, to more accurately control the minimum water level, one or more probes are fastened to the bottom of the housing of the mist generator 203, and the mist generator 203 can only start operating if none of the probes is submerged in water. The probes are arranged at a distance and extend vertically out of the housing by a certain height, and the atomization generator 203 can be started only if all the probes are submerged in water. The atomization generator 203 has the function of automatic protection when water is cut off, and when the liquid level is low and the probe is above the water level, the atomization generator 203 stops working.
Of course, on the basis of the spirit of the technical solution of the present invention, the liquid level determination device of the atomized water storage device 20 may also be designed by a method of a liquid level meter commonly used in the prior art, that is, the liquid level meter is installed inside the atomized water storage device, and the liquid level meter presets a corresponding minimum liquid level and a corresponding maximum liquid level, so that the liquid level can be controlled within a certain range more accurately. Although this solution is higher in cost than the above-described design of the overflow, the technical problem of water level determination can be solved.
The atomization water storage device 20 is arranged in an idle space between the washing outer barrel 7 and the shell 4 in the structure of the existing washing machine, so that the space of the washing machine is fully utilized, the size of the washing machine is prevented from being further increased, and inconvenience is brought to users.
As a preferable design, the groove 71 is disposed at the bottom of the outer tub 7, and the atomizing unit is disposed at an upper portion of the outer tub 7.
The groove 71 is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel 7, so that the washing machine can quickly heat the washing water to a required temperature on the premise of saving the water as much as possible, the utilization efficiency of the detergent is improved, and the cleaning rate is improved; the atomization unit is arranged above the outer barrel 7, and after the atomization generator 203 generates atomized water, the atomized water can be conveniently guided into the steam inlet 711 of the groove 7 under the action of height difference potential energy, so that energy consumption is saved.
The inner tub 6 of the washing machine is provided with a plurality of lifting ribs 61, and the outer tub 7 of the washing machine is provided with a damper 300 and a hanging spring 301 which are respectively connected with different parts of the outer frame of the washing machine. The concrete connection mode is as follows: the outer tub 7 has an upper hanging part and a lower connecting part, i.e., an upper part is hung on a side panel or a reinforcing beam of the washing machine via a hanging spring 301, a lower part is connected with a bottom plate of the washing machine via a damper 300 (e.g., a damper), and the damper 300 may also support the outer tub 7 to some extent. The outer barrel 7 is fixedly arranged in the mode, is more stable and reliable, can relieve the vibration of the washing machine in the use process and reduces the noise.
In order to stabilize the structure of the washing machine and reduce the shaking or vibration of the washing machine during operation, a balance weight 500 is further disposed on the outer tub 7 of the washing machine.
The inner tub 6 of the washing machine described above is provided with a plurality of lifting ribs 61. The lifting ribs 61 can drive clothes to rotate from bottom to top, so that the purpose of cleaning, washing and washing clothes is achieved, damage to the clothes is small, and washing performance is good.
Preferably, the atomization generator 203 employed in the present embodiment is an ultrasonic atomization generator.
The ultrasonic atomization generator breaks up a liquid water structure by utilizing electronic high-frequency oscillation to generate naturally elegant water mist, wherein the water mist is 1-5 microns of ultrafine particles, the uniformity is good, and extra heating or any chemical reagent is not needed. Compared with the direct heating atomization mode, the energy can be saved by 90 percent. In addition, the ultrasonic atomization generator releases a large amount of negative ions in the atomization process, the negative ions and smoke, dust and the like floating in the air generate electrostatic reaction to precipitate the negative ions, and meanwhile, harmful substances such as formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, bacteria and the like can be effectively removed, and multiple laundry care experiences can be obtained at the same time.

After the atomization unit generates atomized water, the atomized water quickly reaches the steam inlet 711 of the groove 71 under the auxiliary action of the fan system, and then is quickly sprayed to the heating pipe 8 through the spraying cavity 713 and the spraying holes 712 of the interlayer, so that a large amount of steam is generated efficiently, the efficiency of steam washing and nursing is greatly improved, the fan system accelerates the steam exchange rate, and the energy consumption is reduced.
Conceivably, the atomizing units can be arranged at the bottom of the washing machine or at the left corner and the right corner of the bottom, so that the water mist reaches the heating assembly in a shorter distance, and the utilization rate of the atomized water is improved.

1. A washing machine having a steam washing nursing function, characterized by comprising: the atomizing unit consists of an atomizing water storage device and an atomizing generator arranged in the atomizing water storage device, a groove which is arranged in the outer barrel and provided with a steam inlet, and a heating component arranged in the groove; the atomization water storage device is provided with a water inlet and an atomization outlet, the water inlet is connected with a water source, and the atomization outlet is connected with a steam inlet of the groove; the atomization generator is connected with a power panel of the washing machine.

The washing machine with steam washing and nursing functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein a spray cavity communicated with the steam inlet is arranged in the groove, an interlayer is arranged at the upper part of the spray cavity, and spray holes are arranged on the interlayer; the heating component is arranged above the interlayer in a hanging manner.
3. A washing machine with steam washing nursing function as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said spray holes are arranged in the projection area of the heating assembly on the partition.
4. A washing machine with steam washing and nursing functions as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized by that the atomized water storage unit has an opening at its upper part and an elastic sealing unit closely attached to the opening.
5. A washing machine with steam washing nursing function according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the atomizing unit is arranged in a drawer, and the drawer is correspondingly provided with an atomizing unit handle on the front panel of the washing machine.

A washing machine with steam washing nursing function as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the outer tub of the washing machine comprises an outer tub front shell and an outer tub rear shell; the outer barrel front shell is provided with bulges, the outer barrel rear shell is provided with a sealing groove matched with the bulges, and the bulges and the sealing groove are clamped and combined with the fastening effect of bolts or screws to realize the integration of the outer barrel assembly.
7. A washing machine with steam washing and nursing functions as claimed in claim 6, wherein said outer tub front shell is further provided with a sealing baffle plate, said sealing baffle plate is connected with the protrusion and cooperates with the groove to form a relatively sealed space for the spraying chamber.

A washing machine with steam washing and nursing functions as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the bottom of the atomized water storage device has an inclined chamfer structure, the upper part of the atomized water storage device is provided with an overflow port, the overflow port is communicated with the washing outer tub or the drain valve through a pipeline, and the atomization generator is an ultrasonic atomization generator.
9. A washing machine with steam washing nursing function as claimed in any of claims 1-3, characterized in that a blower system is further provided between the atomizing unit and the outer tub of the washing machine.
10. A washing machine with steam washing nursing function as claimed in any of claims 1-3 wherein said groove is provided at the bottom of the outer tub.
