本发明公开了一种低成本水性双组份喷胶及其制备方法,水性双组份喷胶包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分的重量比为4—20︰1;其中,A组分为水性聚氨酯‑丙烯酸酯复合乳液,B组分为固化剂;使用时A组分和B组分通过双组分喷枪分别喷出后在空气中混合。本发明中B组分固化剂可以使得水性聚氨酯‑丙烯酸酯复合乳液快速破乳成膜,提升树脂的冷贴即粘性能,同时水性聚氨酯与丙烯酸酯性能互补,改善水性喷胶的低温粘性和耐热性。

本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种低成本水性双组份喷胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
喷胶是一种具有合适的粘度,适合于喷枪作为施工工具喷涂施工,将两种不同的物质界面紧密连接起来,起到传递应力作用的胶粘剂,广泛用于家具、皮革和装饰行业等。传统油性喷胶使用大量有机溶剂,不仅对环境造成严重危害,而且对工人和用户的身体造成损伤,远不能满足当前对环保和健康的需求,因此,以水为溶剂的水性喷胶逐渐获得市场的认可。目前水性喷胶基本以氯丁树脂为主,如公开号为CN 102212320 B、CN 101560367B、CN 103865439 A的专利公开的水性喷胶,水性氯丁树脂具有起粘快、持粘强等优点,用于水性喷胶具有较好的使用效果。然而,国产氯丁胶乳存在不稳定、粒径粗等问题,使用效果较好的水性氯丁树脂基本为进口产品,制得的水性喷胶相比油性喷胶价格昂贵,在推广过程中存在很大障碍。
其余水性喷胶如,公开号为CN 106753086 A的专利公开的水性喷胶,该水性喷胶由天然胶乳配合丙烯酸酯乳液制得,在配置过程中需要加入氨水,氨水易挥发且具有刺鼻味道,而且天然胶乳搭配丙烯酸酯乳液等也无法满足海绵捏边等对喷胶具有较高要求的操作。公开号为CN 106753086 A的专利公开的双组份喷胶中,A组分水性聚氨酯以脂肪族异氰酸酯配合含双键的聚酯多元醇制成,所用原材料成本高,B组分用量占A组分50%-100%,配合使用时严重降低了有效成分的比例,客户喷胶量高,进一步提高了使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种低成本水性双组份喷胶及其制备方法,本发明采用固化剂使得水性树脂快速成膜,提升树脂的冷贴即粘性能,同时水性聚氨酯与丙烯酸酯性能互补,改善水性喷胶的低温粘性和耐热性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分的重量比为4—20︰1,其中,A组分为水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液;B组分为固化剂。
使用上述水性双组份喷胶时,将A组分和B组分通过双组份喷枪分别喷出后在空气中充分混合,然后喷覆在待粘接材料上。
所述水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液的制备包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
将水性聚氨酯乳液100份和乙烯基单体3-10份加入反应釜中,升温至70-80℃;
向反应釜中滴加引发剂0.1-0.3份和烯基单体7-20 份,保温反应4-6小时,制得固含量40%-60%的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。
上述方法中所用的水性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
将相对分子质量为1000-4000的聚多元醇100份加入反应釜;
依次将二异氰酸酯10-60份、催化剂0-0.1份、小分子扩链剂0.4-8份、亲水扩链剂4-15份加入反应釜,在70-80℃的条件下反应4-6小时;
降温至25-35℃,向反应釜内加入中和剂0-12份进行中和;
向反应釜内加入去离子水并进行搅拌,制得固含量为30%-50%的水性聚氨酯乳液。
上述方法中所用的反应釜为设有温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜。
上述方法中所用的聚多元醇包括聚丙二醇、聚丙三醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇和聚己二酸二元醇酯二醇中的至少一种。
上述方法中所用的二异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
上述方法中所用的催化剂包括有机铋催化剂和有机银催化剂中的至少一种。
上述方法中所用的小分子扩链剂包括3-烯丙氧基-1,2-丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚、1,4-丁二醇、1,4-环己基二甲醇、乙二胺、二乙烯三胺中的至少一种。
上述方法中所用的亲水扩链剂包括2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸、2-(2-氨基乙基)氨基乙磺酸钠盐、α,ω-聚丙二醇-二胺-磺丙基钠盐中的至少一种。
上述方法中所用的中和剂包括三乙胺、二甲基乙醇胺中的至少一种。
上述方法中所用的乙烯基单体包括苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸二乙基己酯和甲基丙烯酸丁酯中的至少一种。
上述方法中所用的引发剂包括过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、偶氮二异丁腈中的至少一种。
所述固化剂为醋酸、硼酸、氯化铝、水溶性镁盐、水溶性钙盐、水溶性锆盐和水溶性锌盐中的一种或多种混合物的水溶液,所述水溶液固含量为5%-50%。
其中,水溶性镁盐包括氯化镁和硝酸镁中的一种或两种;水溶性钙盐包括氯化钙、硝酸钙中的一种或两种;水溶性锆盐包括硫酸锆、硝酸锆中的一种或两种;水溶性锌盐包括硫酸锌、氯化锌、醋酸锌中的一种或多种。
一种低成本水性双组份喷胶的制备方法,包括:将水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液和固化剂按重量比为4—20︰1的比例进行混合。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的水性双组分喷胶以水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液为主体原料,羧基的引入赋予乳液阴离子性质,当乳液与固化剂相遇时,乳液破乳,聚合物从水中析出成膜,可以在室温下对基材立即进行粘接;
(2)本发明的水性双组分喷胶以水为分散相,对环境和人体无任何不良影响,可用于海绵、沙发、无纺布等各类极性多孔材料的粘合;
(3)水性双组分喷胶中A组分所用原材料皆为常见普通化工材料,成本低;且A组分固含量高、B组分占比量小,很少的使用量即可提供良好的粘接效果,进一步降低了使用成本;
(4)聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合材料使其同时兼顾低温时的粘附性和胶膜的耐热性,可适应春夏秋冬不同的操作环境和运输过程中较高温度的储存环境,提高了喷胶的环境适应能力;
(5)本发明的水性双组分喷胶使用方法简单方便,初粘力高,在各种温度、湿度下均可对材料立即进行粘合,使用效率甚至高于油性喷胶。
具体实施方式
下面进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
在本实施例中,水性双组份喷胶包括以下质量分数的组分,其中所用原料以质量份数计:水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液100份、固化剂25份。
所述水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
将相对分子质量为2000的聚己内酯二醇70份和相对分子质量为3000的聚丙三醇30份加入设有温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中;加入甲苯二异氰酸酯30份,在70℃的条件下反应2小时,然后加入1,4-丁二醇2份、3-烯丙氧基-1,2-丙二醇2份反应1小时,加入亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丙酸5份反应3小时,降温至25℃加入中和剂二甲基乙醇胺4份中和25分钟,加入去离子水高速搅拌乳化,制得固含量为40%的侧链含乙烯基水性聚氨酯乳液;
将水性聚氨酯乳液100份与丙烯酸乙酯7份加入温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中,升温至70℃;在2小时内向温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中滴加完引发剂偶氮二异丁腈0.2份和丙烯酸丁酯13份;保温反应4小时,降温至50℃,得到固含量60%的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。
所述固化剂的制备方法包括:将3份硫酸锆、2份氯化钙溶于95份水中,制得固含量5%的水性固化剂。
实施例2
在本实施例中,水性双组份喷胶包括以下质量分数的组分:水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液100份、固化剂5份。
水性双组份喷胶通过以下方法制备,具体包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
取相对分子质量为4000的聚丙二醇100份加入设有温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中,加入己二异氰酸酯10份、有机铋催化剂0.05份,于78℃反应2小时,然后加入三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚0.4份反应1小时,加入亲水扩链剂2-(2-氨基乙基)氨基乙磺酸钠4份反应1小时,降温至35℃,加入去离子水高速搅拌乳化,制得固含量为30%的侧链含乙烯基水性聚氨酯乳液;
取水性聚氨酯乳液100份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份加入温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中,升温至80℃;在2小时内向温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中滴加完引发剂偶氮二异丁腈0.1份和甲基丙烯酸丁酯7份;保温反应4小时,降温至50℃,得到固含量40%的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。
所述固化剂的制备方法包括:将5份醋酸、45份氯化镁溶于50份水中,制得固含量50%的水性固化剂。
实施例3
在本实施例中,水性双组份喷胶包括以下质量分数的组分:水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液100份、固化剂10份。
水性双组份喷胶通过以下方法制备,具体包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
将相对分子质量为2000的聚己二酸己二醇酯二醇100份加入设有温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中,加入氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯60份、有机银催化剂0.1份,于80℃反应2小时,然后加入1,4-环己基二甲醇8份反应1小时,加入亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丁酸15份反应2.5小时,降温至30℃,加入中和剂三乙胺12份中和30分钟,加入去离子水高速搅拌乳化,制得固含量为30%的水性聚氨酯乳液;
取水性聚氨酯乳液100份、丙烯酸丁酯10份加入温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中,升温至75℃;在2小时内向温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中滴加完引发剂过硫酸钾0.3份和丙烯酸羟乙酯20份;保温反应3小时,降温至50℃,得到固含量60%的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。
所述固化剂的制备方法包括:10份硼酸、15份硝酸镁溶于75份水中,制得固含量25%的固化剂。
实施例4
在本实施例中,水性双组份喷胶包括以下质量分数的组分:水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液100份、固化剂15份。
水性双组份喷胶通过以下方法制备,具体包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
将相对分子质量为2000的聚碳酸酯二醇80和相对分子质量为1000的聚丙二醇20份加入设有温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中,加入异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯30份,有机铋催化剂0.08份,80℃反应2小时,然后加入1,4丁二醇2份反应1小时,加入亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丙酸6份反应3小时,降温至30℃,加入中和剂三乙胺4份中和30分钟,加入去离子水高速搅拌乳化,制得固含量为50%的水性聚氨酯乳液;
取水性聚氨酯乳液100份、丙烯酸乙酯3份加入温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中,升温至80℃;在2小时内向温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜中滴加完引发剂过硫酸钾0.1份和丙烯酸羟乙酯7份;保温反应2小时,降温至50℃,得到固含量60%的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。
所述固化剂的制备方法包括:将10份氯化钙、10份硝酸镁溶于80份水中,制得固含量20%的固化剂。
尽管本发明已进行了一定程度的描述,明显地,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的条件下,可进行各个条件的适当变化。可以理解,本发明不限于所述实施方案,而归于权利要求的范围,其包括所述每个因素的等同替换。

Claims (9)

1.一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分的重量比为4—20︰1,其中,
A组分为水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液;
B组分为固化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,使用时,A组分和B组分通过双组份喷枪分别喷出后在空气中充分混合,然后喷覆在待粘接材料上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液的制备包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
将水性聚氨酯乳液100份和乙烯基单体3-10份加入反应釜中,升温至70-80℃;
向反应釜中滴加引发剂0.1-0.3份和烯基单体7-20 份,保温反应4-6小时,制得固含量40%-60%的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤,其中所用原料以质量份数计:
将相对分子质量为1000-4000的聚多元醇100份加入反应釜;
依次将二异氰酸酯10-60份、催化剂0-0.1份、小分子扩链剂0.4-8份、亲水扩链剂4-15份加入反应釜,在70-80℃的条件下反应4-6小时;
降温至25-35℃,向反应釜内加入中和剂0-12份进行中和;
向反应釜内加入去离子水并进行搅拌,制得固含量为30%-50%的水性聚氨酯乳液。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,所述反应釜为设有温控装置和分散装置的密封分散釜。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,所述聚多元醇包括聚丙二醇、聚丙三醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇和聚己二酸二元醇酯二醇中的至少一种;
所述二异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯中的至少一种;
所述催化剂包括有机铋催化剂和有机银催化剂中的至少一种;
所述小分子扩链剂包括3-烯丙氧基-1,2-丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚、1,4-丁二醇、1,4-环己基二甲醇、乙二胺、二乙烯三胺中的至少一种;
所述亲水扩链剂包括2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸、2-(2-氨基乙基)氨基乙磺酸钠盐、α,ω-聚丙二醇-二胺-磺丙基钠盐中的至少一种;
所述中和剂包括三乙胺、二甲基乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述乙烯基单体包括苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸二乙基己酯和甲基丙烯酸丁酯中的至少一种;
所述引发剂包括过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、偶氮二异丁腈中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,所述固化剂为醋酸、硼酸、氯化铝、水溶性镁盐、水溶性钙盐、水溶性锆盐和水溶性锌盐中的一种或多种混合物的水溶液,所述水溶液固含量为5%-50%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种低成本水性双组份喷胶,其特征在于,所述水溶性镁盐包括氯化镁和硝酸镁中的一种或两种;
所述水溶性钙盐包括氯化钙、硝酸钙中的一种或两种;
所述水溶性锆盐包括硫酸锆、硝酸锆中的一种或两种;
所述水溶性锌盐包括硫酸锌、氯化锌、醋酸锌中的一种或多种。
9.一种低成本水性双组份喷胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液和固化剂按重量比为4—20︰1的比例进行混合。
