本发明提供一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,包括壳体、防爆控制装置、控制器、连接线缆、充电枪,电流量计、显示单元、所述控制器通过连接线缆分别与所述电流量计、所述显示单元的通信接口相连,所述控制器包括电源模块、流量比较模块,所述流量比较模块与所述电流量计相连,所述防爆控制装置的芯片与所述控制器相连,本新型具有充电桩电路芯片被击穿的防爆性能,提高了控制系统中各个单元之间的传输效率、避免因元件损坏导致计量不准确,该防爆充电桩在充电设备电子元件保护领域具有广泛的应用。

一种具有防爆性能的充电桩
技术领域
本发明涉及电源充电领域,特别涉及一种充电桩的防护设备。
背景技术
电能作为一种清洁能源已经越来越多地被用作机动车燃料,为了满足电能机动车充电电能的需要,已经设有电能专用的充电站、充电桩。电动汽车是继石油气汽车之后发展起来的一种新型环保汽车;与燃气内能源汽车 相比,电能具有清洁环保、易得的特点,其自身输送也方便,但现有的充电桩存在计量系统与显示系统等之间的的相互通信采用 GK232通信,然而采用这种通信方式容易因信号电频值较高而容易击爆损坏控制单元的芯片且传输速率也较低,同时现有的充电桩没有设置防电子元件的芯片的防爆装置,导致现有的充电桩时常发生芯片损坏,计量错误,控制操作事故,系统瘫痪等故障的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,进而提高控制系统中各个单元之间的传输效率、避免因故障导致计量不准确、同时也能提高在操作使用上的安全性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的具体技术方案如下:
一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,包括壳体、防爆控制装置、控制器、连接线缆、充电枪、,电流量计、显示单元、所述控制器通过 连接线缆分别与所述电流量计、所述显示单元、的通信接口相连,所述控制器包括电源模块、流量比较模块,所述流量比较模块与所述电流量计相连;所述防爆控制装置的芯片与所述控制器相连。
进一步地,所述充电桩还包括充电电源、电路开关、安全开关、滤波器、电压传感器、防爆电源体探测器,所述防爆控制装置包括防爆控制盒、防爆连接盒,所述防爆电源体探测器设置在所述壳体底部外侧;所述电缆进口 通过滤波器与所述电路开关相连,所述安全开关设置在壳体底部且与所述充电枪的充电管路的一端连接,所述电路开关和所述安全开关与所述控制器相连;所述电压传感器与所述电流量计相连。
进一步地,所述充电枪通过一根充电线缆与充电电源相连接,充电枪还装有一个防爆线缆。
进一步地,所述充电电源还包括拉断装置和稳压器,所述拉断装置当线缆被拉断时能自动拉断出电口开关,使充电电源处于紧急保护状态。
通过以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:采用方案中的电器元件以及其通信的连接方式,增设核心芯片的针对性的防爆装置,使得本新型的具有防止充电桩中电子元件芯片被击穿的防爆性能,同时也提高控制系统中各个单元之间的传输效率、避免因元件故障导致计量不准确、另一方面同时也能提高在操作使用上的安全性,大大降低了设计成本。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,包括壳体 1、电流量计 2、充电枪 3、充电枪悬挂装置 4、安全开关 5、电缆进口 6、滤波器 7、电路开关 8、电压传感器 9、防爆控制装置、控制器10、连接线缆 11、显示单元 12、微型打印机 13,所述充电枪可活地设置在所述充电悬挂装置上,所述充电枪悬挂装置设置在所述壳体上,所述电流量计、所述显示单元、所述微型打印机均包括 收发器、通信接口,所述控制器 10 通过总线分别与所述电流量计 2、所述显示单元12、所述微型打印机13 的通信接口相连,所述控制器包括电源模块、流量比较模块,所述流量比较模块与所述电流量计相连;所述防爆控制装置与所述控制器相连,所述防爆控制装置包括防爆控制盒14、防爆连接盒15、防爆电源体探测器16,所述防爆电源体探测器设置在所述壳体底部外侧;所述电缆进口通过滤波器与所述电路开关相连,所述安全开关设置在壳体底部且与所述充电枪的充电管路的一端连接,所述电路开关和所述安全开关与所述控制器相连;所述电压传感器与所述电流量计相连;所述充电枪通过一根充电线缆与充电电源相连接,充电枪还装有一个防爆线缆,所述防爆线缆与空气吹扫系统相连;所述连接线缆包括普通连接线缆;充电电源还包括拉断装置和稳压器,所述拉断装置包括线缆,当线缆被拉断时自动拉断出电口开关,使充电电源处于紧急保护状态。
充电电源安装在高处地面 200mm 长度和宽度单边分别大于充电电源底座长度和宽度300-400mm 平整位置处,安装基础应按充电电源底座内壁预留防爆,以便充电电源的暗转隔阂连接,同时在水泥基础中应留有接地电极,使用铜导线作为接地保护线,与充电电源的汇流排相连接。在操作使用的过程中,充电时,将充电枪连接到汽车充电口上,控制器接收站控系统的指令,控制相应的开关门,使通过充电管路进入汽车储罐,智能流量变送器将管路中的参数传输给控制器,控制器进行处理后,一方面向站控系统传送相应的控制信号,另一方面向显示单元和微型打印机发出指令,使得充电信息在显示单元显示,并通过微型打印机打出发票;利用流量比较模块可将采集到的流量值与设定值相比较,若发现采集到的流量值比设定值小,那么通过控制器向防爆电源体探测器发出信号,进行故障检测。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用方案中的电器元件以及其通信的连接方式,增设核心芯片的针对性的防爆装置,使得本新型的具有防止充电桩中电子元件芯片被击穿的防爆性能,同时也提高控制系统中各个单元之间的传输效率、避免因元件故障导致计量不准确、另一方面同时也能提高在操作使用上的安全性,大大降低了设计成本。

1.一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,其特征在于:包括壳体、防爆控制装置、控制器、连接线缆、充电枪,电流量计、显示单元、所述控制器通过连接线缆分别与所述电流量计、所述显示单元、的通信接口相连,所述控制器包括电源模块、流量比较模块,所述流量比较模块与所述电流量计相连,所述防爆控制装置的芯片与所述控制器相连。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,其特征在于 :还包括充电电源、电路开关、安全开关、滤波器、电压传感器、防爆电源体探测器 ,所述防爆控制装置包括防爆控制盒、防爆连接盒,所述防爆电源体探测器设置在所述壳体底部外侧;所述电缆进口、通过滤波器与所述电路开关相连,所述安全开关设置在壳体底部且与所述充电枪的充电管路的一端连接,所述电路开关和所述安全开关与所述控制器相连;所述电压传感器与所述电流量计相连。
3.如权利要求 2 所述的一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,其特征在于:所述充电枪通过一根充电线缆与充电电源相连接,充电枪还装有一个防爆线缆。
4.如权利要求 3 所述的一种具有防爆性能的充电桩,其特征在于:充电电源还包括拉断装置和稳压器,所述拉断装置当线缆被拉断时能自动拉断出电口开关,使充电电源处于紧急保护状态。
