本发明公开了一种高效碳纤维吸附箱,包括箱体(1)和碳纤维筒(2),碳纤维筒(2)安装在箱体(1)内的支承板上,其特征在于:在长2400mm、宽1600 mm的标准吸附箱的箱体(1)内均匀设置3*5个碳纤维筒(2)。本发明通过在长2400mm、宽1600 mm的标准吸附箱的箱体内均匀设置15个碳纤维筒,使得过滤风速低于0.2m/s,近似于静止状态,大大提高了碳纤维对废气的净化率,故适宜推广使用。

一种高效碳纤维吸附箱
技术领域
本发明涉及有机废气净化后技术领域,具体地说是一种气流流速低且净化效率高的高效碳纤维吸附箱。
背景技术
吸附箱内的碳纤维筒吊装在吸附箱内的支承板上,数量是各个厂家所定。为了保证碳纤维达到最好的吸附率,气流通过碳纤维的流速越慢越好,但是流速过于小,箱体体积或数量就增大,如果流速过大,气流中的有机废气都来不及被碳纤维吸附下来就已经透过碳纤维层,严重影响设备的净化效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种气流流速低且净化效率高的高效碳纤维吸附箱。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案解决的:
一种高效碳纤维吸附箱,包括箱体和碳纤维筒,碳纤维筒安装在箱体内的支承板上,其特征在于:在长2400mm、宽1600 mm的标准吸附箱的箱体内均匀设置3*5个碳纤维筒。
任两个碳纤维筒上的碳纤维层外壁之间的间距不低于碳纤维筒上的碳纤维层厚度的两倍。
所述碳纤维筒上的碳纤维层厚度小于碳纤维筒的内腔半径且碳纤维层厚度不小于60mm。
同一行中的碳纤维筒之间的间距小于同一列中的碳纤维筒之间的间距。
所述的碳纤维筒纵横整齐排列在箱体内。
本发明相比现有技术有如下优点:
本发明通过在在长2400mm、宽1600 mm的标准吸附箱的箱体内均匀设置15个碳纤维筒,使得过滤风速低于0.2m/s,近似于静止状态,大大提高了碳纤维对废气的净化率,故适宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示:一种高效碳纤维吸附箱,包括箱体1和碳纤维筒2,碳纤维筒2安装在箱体1内的支承板上,在长2400mm、宽1600 mm的标准吸附箱的箱体1内均匀设置3*5个碳纤维筒2,碳纤维筒2纵横整齐排列在箱体1内且碳纤维筒2上的碳纤维层厚度小于碳纤维筒2的内腔半径且碳纤维层厚度不小于60mm;上述结构中,任两个碳纤维筒2上的碳纤维层外壁之间的间距不低于碳纤维筒2上的碳纤维层厚度的两倍,且同一行中的碳纤维筒2之间的间距小于同一列中的碳纤维筒2之间的间距。
如图1所示,在在标准吸附箱内,合理设置15个碳纤维筒,碳纤维的填充量约为75kg,每个碳纤维筒2的过滤面积达到Φ0.3*3.14*1.4=1.3m2,15个碳纤维筒2的总过滤面积为19.5m2,如果在正常情况下每个吸附箱的处理风量是10000m3/h,则这样布置情况下,过滤风速为0.14m/s,近似于静止状态,大大提高了碳纤维对废气的净化率。如果在吸附箱布置的碳纤维筒2数量大于15个,箱体1的体积过大,脱附时需要的热量过大,且不便于运输,不合理;如碳纤维筒2数量小于15个,则箱体1的体积减小,每个箱体1的碳纤维量和处理风量变小,则箱体1的数量会增加,导致吸附时间加长,(吸附周期=吸附箱数量*脱附时间/箱),吸附周期加长则碳纤维填充量需增加,这与前面箱体1减小、碳纤维量减小相矛盾,所以数量小于15个也不合理。
本发明通过在在长2400mm、宽1600 mm的标准吸附箱的箱体1内均匀设置15个碳纤维筒2,使得过滤风速低于0.2m/s,近似于静止状态,大大提高了碳纤维对废气的净化率,故适宜推广使用。

1.一种高效碳纤维吸附箱,包括箱体(1)和碳纤维筒(2),碳纤维筒(2)安装在箱体(1)内的支承板上,其特征在于:在长2400mm、宽1600 mm的标准吸附箱的箱体(1)内均匀设置3*5个碳纤维筒(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效碳纤维吸附箱,其特征在于:任两个碳纤维筒(2)上的碳纤维层外壁之间的间距不低于碳纤维筒(2)上的碳纤维层厚度的两倍。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效碳纤维吸附箱,其特征在于:所述碳纤维筒(2)上的碳纤维层厚度小于碳纤维筒(2)的内腔半径且碳纤维层厚度不小于60mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效碳纤维吸附箱,其特征在于:同一行中的碳纤维筒(2)之间的间距小于同一列中的碳纤维筒(2)之间的间距。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效碳纤维吸附箱,其特征在于:所述的碳纤维筒(2)纵横整齐排列在箱体(1)内。
