Abstract

本发明提供一种防冻滤芯，包括滤壳、滤棉、加热元件、盖帽；所述滤棉具有内腔；所述滤棉和加热元件均固定在盖帽下方，且加热元件处于滤棉内腔内；所述滤壳与盖帽固定，使滤棉及加热元件处于滤壳内；在所述盖帽上开设有进水口和出水口；所述进水口与滤棉内腔连通，出水口与滤壳和滤棉之间的间隙连通。通过在滤棉内部设置一加热元件，可在冬季，对滤棉进行加热，避免滤棉中的存水上冻，从而冻坏滤棉。

技术领域
本发明涉及净水技术领域，具体来说是一种防冻滤芯。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对生活质量的要求越来越高。尤其是在大环境被严重污染的情况下，用水安全是人们非常关心的一个焦点。为了能够用到洁净的水，大多家庭已配备了净水器。
净水器只能适应固定的场所。对于经常外出的人来说，如果想喝到洁净的水，就需要一个便于携带，且可净化水的简易过滤器。现有技术中的简易过滤器常采用PP棉过滤。由于PP棉具有空隙，当不适用时，其空隙内会残留大量的水，在冬季气温很低的情况下，空隙内的水结冰，导致PP棉冻坏或再次使用时，无法正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中过滤器中的PP棉易在冬天被冻坏且无解决方案的缺陷，提供一种防冻滤芯来解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种防冻滤芯，包括滤壳、滤棉、加热元件、盖帽；所述滤棉具有内腔；
所述滤棉和加热元件均固定在盖帽下方，且加热元件处于滤棉内腔内；所述滤壳与盖帽固定，使滤棉及加热元件处于滤壳内；
在所述盖帽上开设有进水口和出水口；所述进水口与滤棉内腔连通，出水口与滤壳和滤棉之间的间隙连通。
优选的，所述滤棉为中空的圆筒结构。
优选的，所述盖帽底部设置有用于固定滤棉的环形卡槽，滤棉上端面卡入卡槽内从而实现固定。
优选的，所述加热元件包括外壳、密封件、加热丝；密封件与外壳固定形成整体，加热丝固定在外壳内；所述密封件上开设有供电源线穿过的接线孔；所述加热丝通过接线孔与外界电源电性连接。
优选的，所述环形卡槽的中心开设有贯通盖帽的通孔；所述密封件与通孔密封固定配合。
优选的，所述密封件与通孔螺合固定。
优选的，所述盖帽与滤壳螺合固定。
优选的，所述滤棉的底部与滤壳的底部内壁相抵接，且在滤壳的底部内部设置有伸入滤棉内腔的封堵部；所述封堵部与滤棉内腔过盈配合。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：
通过在滤棉内部设置一加热元件，可在冬季，对滤棉进行加热，避免滤棉中的存水上冻，从而冻坏滤棉。
加热元件与盖帽螺纹固定配合，在不需要加热时，可直接将加热元件取出，采用其他封堵盖将盖帽上的通孔封堵即可，操作行强。

如图1所示，一种防冻滤芯，包括滤壳1、滤棉2、加热元件3、盖帽4；本实施例提供的滤棉2为PP棉，其为圆柱筒状结构，具有内腔。盖帽4与滤壳1螺合固定。
在盖帽4上开设有进水口41和出水口42；进水口41与滤棉2内腔连通，出水口42与滤壳1和滤棉2之间的间隙连通。
盖帽4底部设置有用于固定滤棉2的环形卡槽43，滤棉2上端面卡入卡槽内从而实现固定。环形卡槽43为自盖帽4底部向下延伸出的两个环形同心凸缘，两个同心凸缘半径不同，二者之间半径差略小于滤棉2的壁厚，以使滤棉2与环形卡槽43过盈配合。
加热元件3包括外壳31、密封件32、加热丝33；密封件32与外壳31螺合固定形成整体，加热丝33固定在外壳31内；密封件32上开设有供电源线穿过的接线孔；加热丝33通过接线孔与外界电源电性连接。
环形卡槽43的中心开设有贯通盖帽4的通孔；密封件32与通孔螺合固定。密封件32上设置有密封圈321，使密封件32与通孔密封配合。
滤棉2的底部与滤壳1的底部相抵接，且在滤壳1的底部设置有伸入滤棉2内腔的封堵部11，封堵部11可避免未过滤的水自滤棉2底部与滤壳1底部之间的缝隙流出，影响水质。

所述滤棉(2)和加热元件(3)均固定在盖帽(4)下方，且加热元件(3)处于滤棉(2)内腔内；所述滤壳(1)与盖帽(4)固定，使滤棉(2)及加热元件(3)处于滤壳(1)内；
在所述盖帽(4)上开设有进水口(41)和出水口(42)；所述进水口(41)与滤棉(2)内腔连通，出水口(42)与滤壳(1)和滤棉(2)之间的间隙连通；所述盖帽(4)底部设置有用于固定滤棉(2)的环形卡槽(43)，滤棉(2)上端面卡入卡槽内从而实现固定；所述加热元件(3)包括外壳(31)、密封件(32)、加热丝(33)；密封件(32)与外壳(31)固定形成整体，加热丝(33)固定在外壳(31)内；所述密封件(32)上开设有供电源线穿过的接线孔；所述加热丝(33)通过接线孔与外界电源电性连接；环形卡槽(43)的中心开设有贯通盖帽(4)的通孔；密封件(32)与通孔螺合固定；密封件(32)上设置有密封圈(321)，使密封件(32)与通孔密封配合。
