Detailed Description
Since the cushion of the present invention can be used in conjunction with a variety of different infant carriers (e.g., a stroller, a bedside bed, a sleeping box, a rocking chair, a dining chair, a swing, an automobile chair, a bouncer chair, a highchair, an infant automobile chair, etc.), the following description will first describe the cushion of the present invention, and then describe the infant carrier that can be used in conjunction with the cushion.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a mat body 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an internal view of the mat body 1 in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is an exploded view of a reinforcing plate 10 and a ventilation layer 14 in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cushion body 1 includes a plurality of reinforcing plates 10, a cloth cover 12 and a ventilation layer 14, wherein the plurality of reinforcing plates 10 and the ventilation layer 14 are disposed in the cloth cover 12, and the ventilation layer 14 is disposed on a top surface 101 of the plurality of reinforcing plates 10. In this embodiment, the reinforcing plate 10 may be made of metal or plastic, the cloth cover 12 may be breathable mesh cloth or other cloth, and the breathable layer 14 may be breathable cotton, breathable plastic or other breathable material. Further, the air-permeable layer 14 has elasticity. Therefore, when an infant lies on the cushion body 1, the air-permeable layer 14 can provide elastic support to the infant, thereby preventing the infant from feeling uncomfortable by directly contacting the reinforcement plate 10.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing plates 10 are arranged side by side and separated from each other, and therefore, a plurality of stitches 120 may be formed on the cloth cover 12 such that each stitch 120 separates two adjacent reinforcing plates 10. Since the air-permeable layer 14 is located on the top surface 101 of the plurality of reinforcing plates 10, the sewing line 120 may sew the cloth cover 12 and the air-permeable layer 14 together. In this embodiment, the side of the cloth cover 12 may be provided with a zipper 12a, or other switch assembly, so that the user can remove the reinforcing sheet 10 from the cloth cover 12 or insert the reinforcing sheet 10 into the cloth cover 12. In addition, the user can fold or unfold the mat body 1 selectively along the stitches 120 to store or carry the mat body 1.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a rear perspective view of a plurality of reinforcing plates 10 in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a top view of one reinforcing plate 10 in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4, each reinforcing plate 10 includes a plate body 100, a first reinforcing rib 102 and a second reinforcing rib 104. The plate body 100 is formed with a plurality of through holes 106. The first reinforcing rib 102 and the second reinforcing rib 104 are located on the bottom surface 108 of the panel body 100. In the present embodiment, the first and second reinforcing ribs 102 and 104 are symmetrically located on the bottom surface 108 of the panel body 100, and the first and second reinforcing ribs 102 and 104 are spaced apart from each other. Note that the second reinforcing rib 104 has the same structure as the first reinforcing rib 102, and therefore, the technical features of the present invention will be described below using the first reinforcing rib 102.
As shown in fig. 5, the first reinforcing rib 102 includes a straight section 1020 and a curved section 1022, wherein the curved section 1022 extends from the straight section 1020, and a gap 1026 exists between an end 1024 of the curved section 1022 and the straight section 1020. In this embodiment, the curved section 1022 may include a first curved portion 1022a, a first straight portion 1022b, a second curved portion 1022c, a second straight portion 1022d, a third curved portion 1022e, and a third straight portion 1022f, wherein the first curved portion 1022a extends from the straight section 1020, the first straight portion 1022b extends from the first curved portion 1022a, the second curved portion 1022c extends from the first straight portion 1022b, the second straight portion 1022d extends from the second curved portion 1022c, the third curved portion 1022e extends from the second straight portion 1022d, and the third straight portion 1022f extends from the third curved portion 1022 e. Further, the end 1024 of the curved section 1022 is provided by a third straight section 1022 f. In the present embodiment, the second straight portion 1022d is substantially parallel to the straight portion 1020, and the first straight portion 1022b and the third straight portion 1022f are substantially perpendicular to the straight portion 1020. It should be noted that the second straight portion 1022d is not limited to the parallel straight section 1020, and the first straight portion 1022b and the third straight portion 1022f are not limited to the vertical straight section 1020. If the straight section is directly connected due to lack of the bending section, the stress concentration phenomenon is easily caused by stress to cause damage. The bent section is provided to make the reinforced plate 10 less prone to fracture or breakage. Therefore, if the length of the reinforcing rib is to be increased over a limited area of the reinforcing plate, the number of bent sections must be correspondingly increased to increase the strength of the reinforcing rib.
In the present embodiment, the first reinforcing rib 102 may be formed by a first side wall 1030, a second side wall 1032, and a plurality of connecting portions 1034. As shown in fig. 5, the first side wall 1028 and the second side wall 1030 are positioned side by side and spaced apart from each other. The connection 1034 is located between the first and second side walls 1030 and 1032 and connects the first and second side walls 1030 and 1032. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 1034 has a thickness substantially the same as that of the first and second sidewalls 1028 and 1030 and is substantially perpendicular to the first and second sidewalls 1028 and 1030. Therefore, the thin-walled structure of the first reinforcing rib 102 can achieve a structural strength close to that of the solid structure, which not only saves the material of the first reinforcing rib 102, but also takes into account the structural strength of the first reinforcing rib 102.
Since the gap 1026 exists between the end 1024 of the curved section 1022 of the first reinforcing rib 102 and the straight section 1020 (that is, the end 1024 of the curved section 1022 of the first reinforcing rib 102 is not connected to the straight section 1020), the stress concentration phenomenon does not occur in the first reinforcing rib 102 when the force is applied, so that the reinforced plate 10 is not easily broken or damaged.
In addition, each reinforcing plate 10 may further include a reinforcing structure 110, and the reinforcing structure 110 surrounds the reinforcing plate 10. In the present embodiment, the reinforcing structure 110 may be a hollow structure. For example, the reinforcing structure 110 may be formed into a hollow structure by using a gas-assisted injection molding technique, so as to save the material of the reinforcing structure 110. The reinforcing structure 110 may further increase the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 10. Furthermore, at least one corner 112 of the reinforcing structure 110 and at least one corner 114 of the reinforcing plate 10 can be separated from each other. That is, the curvature of the corners 112 and 114 are different, so that a space can be created to increase the yield of the gas-assisted injection molding, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 5, the first reinforcing rib 102 is substantially P-shaped, such that a non-enclosed space 1028 is formed between the partially straight section 1020 and the curved section 1022. At least two vias 106 of the plurality of vias 106 are located in the non-enclosed space 1028. Since the plurality of through holes 106 are located in the non-closed space 1028 formed by the first reinforcing ribs 102, when the infant lies on the cushion body 1, the plurality of through holes 106 located in the non-closed space 1028 can increase air permeability, and reduce the risk of suffocation due to the shielding of the mouth and nose of the infant by the cushion body 1. In addition, the plurality of through holes 106 may have at least two different sizes to increase the arrangement density of the through holes 106, thereby increasing the air permeability. Preferably, the through holes 106 of different sizes may be staggered.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a top view of a reinforcing plate 10' according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The reinforced plate 10 'is mainly different from the reinforced plate 10 described above in that the first reinforcing rib 102 and the second reinforcing rib 104 of the reinforced plate 10' are both hollow structures formed by gas-assisted injection molding, as shown in fig. 6. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other words, the first reinforcing rib 102 and the second reinforcing rib 104 may be designed to be solid or hollow according to practical applications.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a top view of a reinforcing plate 10 ″ according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Reinforcing plate 10 "differs from reinforcing plate 10' described above primarily in that there is a gap 1026 between end 1024 of curved segment 1022 of reinforcing plate 10" and curved segment 1022 itself, as shown in fig. 7. Since the gap 1026 exists between the end 1024 of the curved section 1022 of the first reinforcing rib 102 and the curved section 1022 (that is, the end 1024 of the curved section 1022 of the first reinforcing rib 102 is not connected to the curved section 1022), the stress concentration phenomenon does not occur in the first reinforcing rib 102 when the force is applied, so that the reinforced plate 10 is not easily broken or damaged.
According to the embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 7, the end 1024 of the curved segment 1022 may optionally have a gap 1026 with one of the straight segment 1020 and the curved segment 1022, depending on the application.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an exploded view of a reinforcement plate 10 and a ventilation layer 14' according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment shown in fig. 8 differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 3 mainly in that the embodiment shown in fig. 8 comprises a plurality of separately separated breather layers 14'. The plurality of air-permeable layers 14 'may be respectively disposed in the cloth cover 12, and each air-permeable layer 14' may be respectively disposed on the top surface 101 of one of the plurality of reinforcing plates 10. In this embodiment, the stitching 120 may or may not stitch the sleeve 12 and the breathable layer 14' together, depending on the application.
According to the embodiments shown in fig. 3 and 8, the inventive ventilation layer can be designed as a single-piece ventilation layer 14 or as a multi-piece ventilation layer 14', depending on the application.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a front perspective view of a reinforcing plate 30 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 10 is a rear perspective view of the reinforcing plate 30 in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the reinforced board 30 includes a board body 300 and a reinforcing rib 302. The plate body 300 is formed with a plurality of through holes 306. The reinforcing rib 302 is located on the bottom surface 308 of the plate body 300. In the present embodiment, the reinforcing rib 302 is directly formed to extend from the edge of the through hole 306, and thus, the shape and size of the reinforcing rib 302 correspond to those of the through hole 306. The present invention can replace the reinforcing plate 10 of the mat body 1 with the reinforcing plate 30. Since the through holes 306 are distributed in a honeycomb shape, the air permeability of the reinforcing plate 30 can be effectively increased. In addition, since the reinforcing ribs 302 are also distributed in a honeycomb shape, the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 30 can be effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a perspective view of a baby carrier 2 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the infant carrier 2 includes a frame 20. In the present embodiment, the baby carriage 2 may be a baby bed. In addition, the infant carrier 2 further comprises the pad body. Since the technical features of the cushion body have been described in detail above, only the technical features of the frame body 20 will be described below.
As shown in fig. 11, the frame body 20 includes an upper support frame 200, a lower support frame 202 and a plurality of columns 204, wherein two ends of each column 204 are respectively connected to the upper support frame 200 and the lower support frame 202. In this embodiment, the upper support frame 200 may include a plurality of upper support members 2000 and a plurality of upper corners 2002, wherein the plurality of upper support members 2000 and the plurality of upper corners 2002 are connected to each other to form a closed space. In addition, the lower supporting frame 202 may include a plurality of lower supporting members 2020, a plurality of lower corners 2022 and a base 2024, wherein two ends of each of the lower supporting members 2020 are respectively connected to the lower corners 2022 and the base 2024. One end of each upright 204 may be connected to a corresponding upper vertex angle 2002, and the other end of each upright 204 may be connected to a corresponding lower vertex angle 2022.
In this embodiment, the lower support frame 202 may further include a plurality of support feet 2026 and a plurality of wheels 2028. One end of each of the supporting legs 2026 is connected to the base 2024, and the other end of each of the supporting legs 2026 is bent away from the upper supporting frame 200. Each wheel 2028 is pivotally connected to a corresponding lower corner 2022. Thus, the frame 20 can be moved on the support surface by the wheels 2028. The support feet 2026 may assist in supporting the frame 20 on a support surface when the frame 20 is moved to a fixed point.
In this embodiment, the upper support frame 200 may further include a plurality of locking mechanisms 2004, wherein the locking mechanisms 2004 are disposed on the upper support 2000. Each upper support 2000 may include two handrail members 2000a, 2000b, wherein two ends of each handrail member 2000a, 2000b are respectively pivoted to the corresponding upper vertex 2002 and the locking mechanism 2004. Additionally, the locking mechanism 2004 may have a button 2006. When the armrest tubes 2000a, 2000b are unfolded from each other, the locking mechanism 2004 may lock the armrest tubes 2000a, 2000b so that the armrest tubes 2000a, 2000b maintain the unfolded state shown in fig. 11. When the button 2006 of the locking mechanism 2004 is pressed, the locking mechanism 2004 releases the two handrail members 2000a, 2000b so that the two handrail members 2000a, 2000b can be folded by rotating relative to each other.
In this embodiment, two ends of each lower supporting member 2020 can be respectively pivoted to the corresponding lower corner 2022 and the base 2024. In addition, the base 2024 may include a snap mechanism 2030. When the lower support 2020 is unfolded with respect to the lower vertex 2022 and the base 2024, the clamping mechanism 2030 is clamped and fixed to the lower support 2020, so that the lower support 2020 maintains the unfolded state shown in fig. 11. When the engaging mechanism 2030 disengages from the lower supporter 2020, the lower supporter 2020 may be rotated and folded with respect to the lower vertex 2022 and the base 2024.
Therefore, when the user wants to store or transport the frame body 20, the user can press the button 2006 of the locking mechanism 2004 to release the handle pipes 2000a and 2000b, and operate the engaging mechanism 2030 to disengage from the lower supporter 2020. At this time, the handrail members 2000a and 2000b can be rotated and folded relatively, and the lower supporter 2020 can be rotated and folded relatively to the lower vertex 2022 and the base 2024, so as to reduce the overall volume of the frame body 20 for convenient storage or transportation.
In this embodiment, a support plate (not shown) may be disposed in the frame 20, and then the pad body is disposed on the support plate, so that the pad body is disposed on the frame 20. It should be noted that the reinforcing plate disposed in the cushion body may be a single reinforcing plate, and is not limited to a plurality of reinforcing plates. In other words, the present invention can vary the size of the reinforcing plates according to the actual application, so that the size of a single reinforcing plate can be matched to the size of the frame 20.

When the infant is seated in the housing 1500, the head of the infant can rest on the headrest 1506.
In this embodiment, the pad body may be disposed on the housing 1500 of the frame body 150. It should be noted that the reinforcing plate disposed in the cushion body may be a single reinforcing plate, and is not limited to a plurality of reinforcing plates. In other words, the present invention can change the size of the reinforcing plates according to the actual application, so that the size of a single reinforcing plate can be matched with the size of the housing 1500 of the rack 150.
Referring to fig. 21, fig. 21 is a perspective view of a baby carrier 17 according to a fifteenth embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 21, the infant carrier 17 includes a frame 170. In this embodiment, the infant carrier 17 may be a sleeping box, and may be used in combination with or separately from a stroller. In addition, the infant carrier 17 further includes the pad body. Since the technical features of the pad body have been described in detail above, only the technical features of the frame body 170 will be described below.
As shown in fig. 21, the frame 170 includes an upper supporting frame 1700, two connecting members 1702, a bed 1704 and a handle 1706. Two connecting pieces 1702 connect the upper supporting frame 1700 and the bed 1704. The handle 1706 is pivotally connected to the upper supporting frame 1700 via a connecting member 1705. The user can hold the handle 1706 to transport the infant carrier 17. In practical applications, the seat cloth may be used to cover the frame 170. The link 1705 may furthermore be designed to be used in combination with a compliant link on a stroller, i.e. in combination with a stroller.
In this embodiment, the cushion body may be disposed on the bed 1704 of the frame 170. It should be noted that the reinforcing plate disposed in the cushion body may be a single reinforcing plate, and is not limited to a plurality of reinforcing plates. In other words, the present invention can change the size of the reinforcing plates according to the actual application, so that the size of a single reinforcing plate can be matched to the size of the bed 1704 of the rack 170.
Therefore, according to the above technical solution, the infant carrier of the present invention has at least the following advantages and benefits: the invention provides a reinforcing rib on the bottom surface of a reinforcing plate, which is used for improving the structural strength of the reinforcing plate. Because a gap exists between the end part of the bent section of the reinforcing rib and one of the straight section and the bent section (that is, the end part of the bent section of the reinforcing rib is not connected with the straight section or the bent section), the reinforcing rib does not have stress concentration phenomenon when stressed, so that the reinforcing plate is not easy to break or damage. In addition, the reinforcing rib is in a P shape, so that a non-closed space is formed between the partial straight section and the bent section. Because the through holes are positioned in the non-closed space formed by the reinforcing ribs, when an infant lies on the cushion body, the through holes positioned in the non-closed space can be fully contacted with the infant, thereby increasing the air permeability, improving the comfort level and reducing the suffocation risk. In addition, the cushion body of the invention can be used for not only a baby crib, but also different baby carriers such as a baby carriage, a bedside bed, a sleeping box, a rocking chair, a dining chair, a swing, an automobile chair, a bouncing chair, a high chair and an automobile baby chair.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
