Clamping part 5 and heating portion or clamping part 5 and casing can adopt between dismantling to be connected, can adopt between heating portion and casing 3 to dismantle to be connected, can dismantle to be connected for threaded connection or buckle connection or plug connection. The heating part and the clamping part 5 may be engaged by inserting the supporting connector 44 into the clamping part 5.
The gripping part 5 may also be arranged to grip the cigarette 1 with two claws 511, the claws 511 being mounted on a plate/rod connected to the supporting connector 44 of the heating part or to the housing 3, and suction being effected by gripping the cigarette 1 with the claws 511 and simultaneously activating the manual power switch.
The air inlet 33 on the appliance is preferably arranged at the joint of the shell 3 and the heating part and is matched with the concave cambered surface of the electrode outer ring 46 of the heating part. In addition, the design can be also applied to the case body peripheral electrode 32 to the power control switch or the clamping part shell, and at this time, the first side hole 451 on the electrode inner ring 45 of the heating part, the concave arc surface and the second side hole 441 on the electrode outer ring 46 of the heating part, and the air inlet hole matched with the concave arc surface part of the electrode outer ring 46 of the heating part on the case body can be omitted.
One end of the shell 3 is provided with a power supply part 6 which is tightly matched, the power supply part 6 is positioned in the shell 3, the power supply part 6 comprises a power supply control part 61 and a power supply part 62, and the power supply part 62 is provided with a battery. The other end of the case 3 is provided with a case center electrode 31 and a case outer electrode 32 which are connected to the heating portion electrode inner ring 45 and the electrode outer ring 46, respectively. The power control part 61 controls the power part 6 to communicate with the heating part in time, and the power control part 61 is a control switch, which can adopt a manual key switch or an automatic switch, preferably a switch capable of automatically starting a communication circuit when negative pressure is generated by suction, such as a pneumatic microphone. The circuit connection of the power supply unit is preferably: the positive electrode of the battery, the control switch and the central electrode of the shell are sequentially connected, and the negative electrode of the battery and the peripheral electrode of the shell are sequentially connected. When a manual key switch is adopted, the switch is turned on to perform suction; when a switch which can automatically communicate by generating negative pressure by pumping is adopted, the circuit can be communicated by directly starting pumping. The housing center electrode 31 has a second center through hole 311 matching with the first center through hole 452 of the electrode inner ring 45 of the heating part, so as to form an air flow channel, i.e. the negative pressure formed by suction passes through the mouthpiece part 13, the transition part 12, the liquid storage part 11 of the cigarette 1, the gap between the heating part and the liquid storage part 11, the third center through hole 433 of the insulating support 43, the first center through hole 452 of the electrode inner ring 45, the second center through hole 311 of the housing center electrode 31, the housing inner cavity, and finally to the power control part 61 of the power supply part 6.
The shell 3 and the heating part are in threaded connection or buckled connection or plug-in connection. In the case of screw connection, a screw is provided inside the housing 3 to connect the heating portion thereto.
A temperature control structure is preferably provided within the appliance 2. The temperature control structure is composed of a temperature sensor and a signal processing circuit which are connected with each other, and the signal processing circuit is connected with the power supply control part 61. The temperature sensor detects the working temperature of the electronic cigarette, the signal processing circuit converts the temperature value sensed by the temperature sensor into an electric signal, and when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor exceeds the set range, the signal processing circuit controls the power supply control part 61 to cut off the power supply, so that the heating element 41 is prevented from being damaged due to dry burning when the smoking of the tobacco tar in the liquid storage part 11 is finished.
The cigarette 1 comprises a liquid storage part 11, a transition part 12, a suction nozzle part 13 and a cigarette packaging part 14.
The suction nozzle part 13 of the cigarette 1 can adopt a filter tip for common cigarettes, namely, the suction nozzle part can be composed of one or more of an acetate fiber filter stick, a propionic acid fiber filter stick, a polylactic acid fiber filter stick or a paper filter stick.
The transition part 12 of the cigarette 1 is provided with an oil blocking structure, and at least one structure of a hollow structure or a loose structure is arranged behind the oil blocking structure. The hollow structure, the open structure of the transition section 12 is constituted by a fiber structure or a sheet structure. The effect of transition portion 12 is mainly in order to rely on except that the structure of hindering oily prevents that the tobacco tar from directly permeating nozzle portion 13, still consider simultaneously if only stock solution portion 11 and nozzle portion 13 will make the cigarette too short, the fibre filter structure of the naturally extended nozzle portion 13 will make the smog after the atomizing not enough mellow, factor such as suction resistance is too big produces the influence to consumer experience, consequently transition portion 12 still need add can play the hollow structure or loose structure of effect such as cooling, fragrancing, regulation suction resistance, extension cigarette. Wherein the hollow structure is composed of at least one of natural fiber, plastic fiber, glass fiber, quartz fiber, ceramic fiber, paper fiber, acetate fiber, propionic acid fiber, polylactic acid fiber and other artificial fiber; the loose structure is composed of at least one of natural fiber, plastic fiber, glass fiber, quartz fiber, ceramic fiber, paper fiber, acetate fiber, propionic acid fiber, polylactic acid fiber and other artificial fiber. The hollow structure and the loose structure of the transition part 12 can also be formed by a sheet structure which is similar to a plastic sheet or a paper sheet and consists of the fibers.
The transition portion 12 of the cigarette 1 also comprises a flavouring structure. The aroma-enhancing structure is an aroma substance or an aroma carrier. The flavoring of the transition portion 12 can be achieved by adding an aroma substance to the material forming the transition portion 12, or by adding a flavoring carrier containing thread-like, sheet-like, or granular forms to the transition portion 12.
The liquid storage part 11 of the cigarette 1 includes a medium for adsorbing tobacco tar and tobacco tar adsorbed by the medium. The medium is a multilayer loose structure and is made of at least one of natural fibers (such as tobacco leaves, tobacco stems, cotton and the like), ceramic fibers, quartz fibers, glass fibers, carbon fibers, graphite fibers, aramid fibers, common fibers, paper, cloth or non-woven cloth materials; such as embossed paper plies or glass fiber laminates. The medium capable of adsorbing tobacco tar can also adopt a two-layer structure, for example, the inner layer is a glass fiber layer formed by stacking arrangement, and the outer layer is an absorbent cotton layer wrapping the glass fiber. The impermeable layer arranged outside the liquid storage part 11 can be made of tin foil paper or impermeable paper, and the impermeable layer is tightly wrapped to achieve the effect of preventing the tobacco tar from permeating outwards. The length of the liquid storage part 11 is slightly longer than the effective heating area length of the heating part.
The invention forms the air flow channel from the outside air, the air inlet 33 on the shell 3, the concave arc surface and the second side hole 441 on the outer ring of the electrode, the first side hole 451 and the first center through hole 452 on the inner ring 45 of the electrode, the third center through hole 433 on the insulating support piece 43, the gap between the heating part and the liquid storage part 11, and finally to the suction nozzle part 13.
When the electronic cigarette of the present invention is used, the housing 3, the heating unit, and the holding unit 5 are connected, and the insertion holder 42 is inserted into the liquid storage unit 11. When in suction, the heating circuit is communicated by an automatic switch started by suction negative pressure or a power switch is manually turned on, and then suction can be carried out. If the amount of smoke is small, the pressing structure 51 can be used to press the liquid storage part 11 toward the middle, so that the liquid storage part 11 is tightly contacted with the heating element 41, and the oil on the outer layer of the liquid storage part 11 moves toward the heating element 41. After the smoking is finished, the cigarette 1 can be taken out, and a new round of smoking can be carried out by replacing the cigarette 1 with a new cigarette 1. The electronic cigarette gas circuit is divided into two paths, wherein one path is that negative pressure generated by suction passes through the cigarette mouthpiece part 13, the transition part 12, a gap between the heating part and the liquid storage part 11, the third center through hole 433 on the insulating support part 43, the first center through hole 452 of the electrode inner ring 45, the second center through hole 311 of the shell center electrode 31 and the inner cavity of the shell in sequence, and then is transmitted to the power supply control part 61 at the other end to start the electronic cigarette gas circuit and is connected with the circuit to heat the heating element 41 of the heating part so as to atomize the tobacco tar in the liquid storage part 11 to generate smoke; the other path is that the suction negative pressure passes through the nozzle part 13, the transition part 12, the gap between the heating part and the liquid storage part 11, the third center through hole 433 on the insulating support 43, the first center through hole 452 of the electrode inner ring 45, the first side hole 451 on the electrode inner ring 45, the second side hole 441 on the concave cambered surface of the electrode outer ring 46 in sequence, and finally enters the air inlet hole 33 on the shell 3 to make air inlet.
The experiments were carried out with tobacco tar having different mass parts composition:
(1) adding 180 mg of tobacco tar containing 86 parts of atomizing agent, 8 parts of tobacco extract, 5 parts of essence and 1 part of alkaloid into the liquid storage part 11 of the cigarette, inserting the liquid storage part into the heating part of the appliance 2, locking the clamping part 5 and starting smoking.
(2) 200 mg of tobacco tar containing 90 parts of atomizing agent, 6 parts of tobacco extract, 2 parts of essence and 2 parts of alkaloid is added into a cigarette liquid storage part 11, then the cigarette liquid storage part is inserted into a heating part of an appliance 2, and a clamping part 5 is locked to start smoking.
(3) Adding 160 mg of tobacco tar containing 88 parts of atomizing agent, 6 parts of tobacco extract, 4 parts of essence and 2 parts of alkaloid into the liquid storage part 11 of the cigarette, inserting the liquid storage part into the heating part of the appliance 2, locking the clamping part 5 and starting smoking.
The experiments show that the smoke and the taste are the same as those of the conventional electronic cigarette during smoking, but the lip biting feeling is obviously better than that of the conventional electronic cigarette, the lips do not have obvious cooling feeling and hard object feeling, the smoking is easy, the use is convenient and sanitary, and no obvious residue exists in a heating part.
Meanwhile, the test shows that the suction resistance of the electronic cigarette during smoking is about 1100 Pa; if the suction resistance is too small or too large, the experience effect of the electronic cigarette is affected.

Claims (6)

1. An electronic cigarette, characterized in that: the cigarette holder comprises an appliance (2) and a cigarette (1) which are mutually matched in a sealing way and are mutually independent, wherein the appliance (2) comprises a shell (3), a power supply part (6), a heating part and a clamping part (5), the heating part is detachably connected with the shell (3), and the clamping part (5) is detachably connected with the heating part or the clamping part (5) is detachably connected with the shell (3); the cigarette (1) comprises a liquid storage part (11), a suction nozzle part (13) and a cigarette packaging part (14), wherein the liquid storage part (11) and the suction nozzle part (13) are communicated with each other; the liquid storage part (11) stores tobacco tar; the clamping part (5) can accommodate and support a cigarette (1), and the appliance (2) is matched with the cigarette (1) by inserting the heating part into the liquid storage part (11); the heating part comprises a heating element (41) and an insertion supporting piece (42), the heating element (41) is arranged on the surface of the insertion supporting piece (42), the appliance (2) and the cigarette (1) are matched by inserting the insertion supporting piece (42) into the liquid storage part (11), and the tobacco tar attached to the liquid storage part is directly heated; the appliance (2) is provided with at least one air inlet hole (33), and the shell of the clamping part (5) is provided with the air inlet hole (33); the clamping part (5) is also provided with an extrusion structure (51) which can clamp and extrude the liquid storage part (11), the extrusion structure (51) can clamp cigarettes, and when the amount of tobacco tar is less, the extrusion structure (51) can gradually extrude the liquid storage part to continuously atomize the tobacco tar; the liquid storage part (11) comprises a medium capable of adsorbing tobacco tar and the tobacco tar adsorbed by the medium.
