Abstract
本发明公开了一种强效环保型除莠剂,原料组分的重量份数如下:丁草胺15‑20份、乙草胺乳油20‑30份、百草枯15‑25份、氯苯酚10‑20份、氯化钠5‑10份、2,4‑D3‑5份、氟乐灵12‑16份、五氯酚钠5‑10份、果尔6‑8份、威尔伯14‑18份、阔草散3‑5份、水200‑300份。本发明在选用除莠剂的成分的时候有意选择了毒性最小的2,4‑D,在有机物上选择了乙草胺乳油,乙草胺乳油是一种选择性酰胺类芽前除莠剂,能被杂草幼芽与幼根吸收。抑制杂草蛋白质合成,使杂草死亡,而红薯吸收后很快代谢,从而达到除草保苗的目的。

本发明涉及农药领域,具体涉及一种强效环保型除莠剂。
背景技术
除莠剂是用以消灭或抑制植物生长的一类物质,作用受除莠剂、植物和环境条件三因素的影响,按作用分为灭生性和选择性除莠剂,常用的品种为有机化合物,可广泛用于防治农田、果园、花卉苗圃、草原及非耕地、铁路线、河道、水库、仓库等地杂草、杂灌、杂树等有害植物。
传统的除莠剂需要根据种植的农作物决定剂型,这样会导致混合作物在交叉种植过程中无法得到有效作用,用的不好甚至会损害作物,导致土壤中过多残留物,造成环境污染,更不利于来年的作物耕种。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供了一种强效环保型除莠剂,在选用除莠剂的成分的时候有意选择了毒性最小的2,4-D,在有机物上选择了乙草胺乳油,乙草胺乳油是一种选择性酰胺类芽前除莠剂,能被杂草幼芽与幼根吸收。抑制杂草蛋白质合成,使杂草死亡,而红薯吸收后很快代谢,从而达到除草保苗的目的。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种强效环保型除莠剂,原料组分的重量份数如下:丁草胺15-20份、乙草胺乳油20-30份、百草枯15-25份、氯苯酚10-20份、氯化钠5-10份、2,4-D3-5份、氟乐灵12-16份、五氯酚钠5-10份、果尔6-8份、威尔伯14-18份、阔草散3-5份、水200-300份。
进一步的技术方案,原料组分的重量份数是:丁草胺18份、乙草胺乳油22份、百草枯19份、氯苯酚16份、氯化钠7份、2,4-D 4份、氟乐灵14份、五氯酚钠7份、果尔7份、威尔伯16份、阔草散4份、水240份。
进一步的技术方案,制备方法是:将丁草胺,百草枯,氯苯酚,氯化钠,氟乐灵,五氯酚钠,果尔、威尔伯、阔草散加一倍水后混合于发生器中反应,再加入乙草胺乳油和2,4-D,进行乳化生成粗产品,经提纯干燥得到除莠剂,可根据需要的浓度稀释使用。
3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明主要针对作物生长过程中除莠剂的选用,本申请中选用了乙草胺乳油,乙草胺乳油是一种选择性酰胺类芽前除莠剂,能被杂草幼芽与幼根吸收,抑制杂草蛋白质合成,使杂草死亡,此外还加入氯苯酚和氯化钠,为了调节土壤中的酸碱值达到合适作物生长的坏境。本发明可以针多种作物混合生长,不仅可以解决除草问题,还能够解决生长过程中所需的有机肥料问题,因此在本申请中选用了丁草胺是一种选择性芽前除莠剂,能被杂草幼芽与幼根吸收,从而抑制杂草蛋白质合成,使杂草死亡,而农作物吸收后很快代谢,从而达到除草保苗的目的,此外还加入了氟乐灵、五氯酚钠、果尔、威尔伯、百草枯、阔草散,这些是不同类型的除莠剂,目的就是为了适用于不同作物生长,经过试验,发现通过一定比例的配比后,能够保证每种药剂都发挥作用而不会造成残留,有利于保护土壤环境。

实施例1
本实施例中的一种强效环保型除莠剂,原料组分的重量份数如下:丁草胺15份、乙草胺乳油20份、百草枯15份、氯苯酚10份、氯化钠5份、2,4-D3份、氟乐灵12份、五氯酚钠5份、果尔6份、威尔伯14份、阔草散3份、水200份。制备方法是:将丁草胺,百草枯,氯苯酚,氯化钠,氟乐灵,五氯酚钠,果尔、威尔伯、阔草散加一倍水后混合于发生器中反应,再加入乙草胺乳油和2,4-D,进行乳化生成粗产品,经提纯干燥得到除莠剂,可根据需要的浓度稀释使用。

1.一种强效环保型除莠剂,其特征在于,原料组分的重量份数如下:丁草胺15-20份、乙草胺乳油20-30份、百草枯15-25份、氯苯酚10-20份、氯化钠5-10份、2,4-D3-5份、氟乐灵12-16份、五氯酚钠5-10份、果尔6-8份、威尔伯14-18份、阔草散3-5份、水200-300份。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种强效环保型除莠剂,其特征在于,原料组分的重量份数是:丁草胺18份、乙草胺乳油22份、百草枯19份、氯苯酚16份、氯化钠7份、2,4-D 4份、氟乐灵14份、五氯酚钠7份、果尔7份、威尔伯16份、阔草散4份、水240份。
