Abstract

本发明涉及一种能够鉴别狐狸发情状况和判断排卵时间的新方法。其采用的方案是:通过一种专用内窥镜观察子宫颈突起表面变化来判断狐狸的不同发情时期,其优于以往的发情鉴定方法是:直观、准确、不需要连续观察即可判断所处发情阶段是否为发情旺期及排卵时间,为确定准确的输精时间提供依据。此法也比较容易判断狐狸是否过了排卵期,是否有炎症及形态结构异常,作为决定是否及时淘汰该母狐,节省一年的饲养成本提供可靠依据。狐狸处于发情排卵期,子宫颈突增大,表面有许多小的圆形突起分化均匀状如桑葚,表面附有一薄的角化上皮层,当白色角化层开始脱落至全脱落,使得表面显示白里透粉红的颜色,表明刚排完卵,此时可作为最佳人工授精时间。

本发明专利涉及一种能够鉴别狐狸发情状况和判断排卵时间的新方法,本方法是通过一种特制的内窥镜观察狐狸子宫颈突起大小,表面形态及颜色变化来判断狐狸发情所处阶段,判断排卵时间,从而决定最佳人工输精时间。
背景技术
目前采用的发情鉴定方法包括:外阴观察法,阴道涂片观察法以及阴道电阻值测定法,外阴观察法为最常用的方法,通过外阴形态而判断,但由于很多狐狸并不具有典型的肿胀变化而影响其准确率,因此要通过其他方法作为补充判断手段,阴道涂片法通过显微镜观察阴道上皮的细胞形态结构变化来判断是否为发情排卵状态,阴道电阻值法是通过阴道电阻值的变化曲线来判断发情高峰和排卵发生时间,而这些方法都需要连续的观察才能判断,尤其对未进入发情旺期和已过排卵期区分,只有连续观察才能判断准确。
发明内容
为了克服现有动物发情排卵鉴定方法需连续观察以及无法对未发情与发情过期之间的区别判断或是否过了排卵期不能准确鉴别判断的不足,本发明提供了一个全新的判断狐狸发情排卵新方法。该方法是通过特制内窥镜观察子宫颈凸起的形态结构及颜色变化来判断不同发情阶段,并结合阴道粘膜内表面上皮及粘膜颜色可达到准确判断不同发情阶段,最终能够准确的判断排卵时间及决定人工输精时间。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是:根据发明人发现狐狸子宫颈在发情排卵期有一个非常特征性的表面形态变化即未发情子宫颈小而光滑(图1);发情前期,子宫颈变大,表面出现沟纹将表面分成不同大小的突起区域(图2);发情旺期,子宫颈变大,表面许多大小不同的圆形突起分化成大小均匀的颗粒,状如桑葚,同时子宫颈表面附有一薄层泛白的角化上皮,当子宫颈表面角化泛白的上皮层开始脱落至全脱落使得表面显示白里透粉红的颜色,表明刚排完卵(图3);发情后期,白色角化上皮层完全脱落干净,子宫颈表面小的颗粒突起开始回缩,变得模糊不明显,颜色由浅红向深红转变(图4),此时期阴道壁角化上皮完全脱落变红,表明已过排卵期。本发明通过制作适合狐狸的特制内窥镜观察子宫颈突起的变化可以即时即效判断出狐狸发情时期及确定人工输精时间,方法直观准确可靠。
本发明的效益是通过一种专用内窥镜观察子宫颈突起变化来判断狐狸的不同发情时期,其优于以往的发情鉴定方法是:直观、准确、不需要连续观察即可判断所处发情阶段,准确鉴定狐狸发情旺期并确定的人工输精的时间,并很容易判断狐狸是否过了排卵期,是否有炎症及形态结构异常,作为预判是否能够正常妊娠,为决定是否及时淘汰该母狐,节省一年的饲养成本提供可靠依据。
具体实施方式
将专用内窥镜镜杆套上一次性塑料套管或消毒后硅胶管,将其插入待检测母狐阴道中,观察子宫颈突起的形态与颜色,根据上述子宫颈突形态结构变化规律来判断狐狸所处发情与排卵阶段。

Claims (3)

1.一种狐狸排卵时间监测新方法,是通过专用内窥镜观察子宫颈突起表面形态及颜色变化来判断狐狸是否处于发情时期以及排卵时间,为准确的人工授精时间提供依据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种狐狸排卵时间监测新方法,其主要鉴定方式是:未发情时,子颈突小而光滑;发情前期,子宫颈突变大,表面出现沟纹将表面分成不同大小的突起区域;发情旺期,子宫颈突变大,表面许多小的圆形突起分化均匀状如桑葚,表面附有一薄层白色角化上皮,白色角化层开始脱落至全脱落使得表面显示白里透粉红的颜色,表明刚排完卵,此时是最佳输精时间;发情后期,白色上皮层完全脱落干净,子宫颈表面小的颗粒突起开始回缩,变得模糊不明显,颜色由浅红向深红转变,阴道壁角化上皮完全脱落变红。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种狐狸排卵时间监测新方法,可根据子宫颈突变化判断是否错过人工授精时间,或是否有炎症及形态结构异常,作为预判是否能够正常妊娠,为决定是否及时淘汰该母狐,节省一年的饲养成本提供可靠依据。
