Abstract
本发明涉及一种通过表面活性剂的组合稳定的矿物泡沫,该表面活性剂的组合包括:携带至少一个硫酸根基团的第一表面活性剂;以及第二两性表面活性剂。
Description
本发明涉及所谓的“矿物泡沫”,即由水和表面活性剂形成并且与矿物颗粒接触(通常是紧密混合)的泡沫的领域。本发明更具体地涉及这种类型的泡沫的稳定化,特别地但并非以限制方式地在防水组分的存在下。
存在涉及将泡沫与矿物颗粒接触的泡沫的各种应用。当在矿物颗粒的存在下形成泡沫时,并且更特别是当它被用于运输此类矿物颗粒(例如在挖掘或采矿操作期间运输固体)时,尤其是这种情况。
矿物泡沫的更具体的实例是旨在用于制备轻质建造材料的由灰泥或水泥材料制成的泡沫,其中众所周知的是矿物颗粒的存在倾向于使泡沫不稳定。当目标是生产防水材料(典型地用于生产用于浴室或厨房的灰泥板)时,稳定化的问题更特别地是一个问题,其中防水剂倾向于破坏泡沫。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种形成如前所述的矿物泡沫的手段,这些矿物泡沫在灰泥板的成型和干燥操作期间、优选包括当它们包含防水剂时是稳定的并且能够典型地维持良好的泡沫完整性。
为此目的,本发明提出使用至少两种表面活性剂的组合来形成该泡沫,即:
-至少一种带有至少一个硫酸根基团的第一表面活性剂(S1);以及
-至少一种第二表面活性剂(S2),该第二表面活性剂是两性的。
更具体地,根据第一特征,本发明涉及包含水、矿物颗粒以及前述的表面活性剂S1和S2的组合的矿物泡沫,其中该组合物可以包含或不包含防水剂。本发明还涉及这些泡沫的用途,特别是在运输矿物颗粒或更具体地用于形成轻质建筑材料的领域中。
根据另一个特征,本发明涉及前述的表面活性剂S1和S2用于形成稳定泡沫的用途,该泡沫适用于与含有或不含有防水剂的矿物颗粒(特别是灰泥颗粒)接触。
现在发明人的工作已经证明,前述的表面活性剂S1和S2的组合产生了有效的泡沫稳定化,特别是随着时间的推移良好地维持泡沫体积。
现在将更详细地描述不同具体实施例。
第一表面活性剂(S1)
这是带有至少一个硫酸根基团的表面活性剂。可替代地,这可以是几种(两种或更多种)这种类型的表面活性剂的混合物。
该第一表面活性剂典型地可以包含具有末端硫酸根基团的疏水链。它也可以是带有疏水链的化合物,该疏水链带有几个硫酸根基团。根据实施例,该第一表面活性剂S1可以是聚合物,例如带有疏水链的聚合物,在该疏水链上接枝有带有硫酸根基团的侧基。
以非限制性的方式,表面活性剂S1可以选自:
-烷基醚硫酸盐,特别是C8-C18烷基醚硫酸盐,例如C12和C13烷基醚硫酸盐;
-烷基硫酸盐,特别是C8-C18烷基硫酸盐,例如C12烷基硫酸盐;

第二表面活性剂(S2)

表面活性剂S1和S2的混合物通常占相对于矿物颗粒的干质量按质量计的0.01%与0.05%之间、例如按质量计0.02%与0.03%之间、典型地按质量计大约0.02%,并且最特别地当这些矿物颗粒是灰泥颗粒时。
此外,表面活性剂S1和S2的混合物典型地占相对这些表面活性剂和水的总质量的按质量计5%与30%之间、更特别地按质量计15%与25%之间。
除了先前的组分,该矿物泡沫可以任选地包含其他添加剂。
有时添加阳离子化合物、特别是阳离子聚合物是令人关注的。令人关注的阳离子化合物是DADMAC聚合物或共聚物(二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵),例如像乙烯基吡咯烷酮/DADMAC共聚物,其中乙烯基吡咯烷酮/DADMAC的比率典型地在70/30与90/10之间,例如大约80/20。
下面的实例说明了本发明的可能的非限制性实施例。

Claims (7)
1.一种含有水、矿物颗粒和表面活性剂的组合的矿物泡沫,该表面活性剂的组合包括:
-至少一种带有至少一个硫酸根基团的第一表面活性剂(S1);以及
-至少一种第二表面活性剂(S2),该第二表面活性剂是两性的。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿物泡沫,适用于形成轻质建筑材料,其中这些矿物颗粒是灰泥颗粒。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的矿物泡沫,该矿物泡沫附加地包含防水剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的矿物泡沫,用于所述矿物颗粒的运输。
5.如前述权利要求之一所述的矿物泡沫,其中该第一表面活性剂选自:
-烷基醚硫酸盐,特别是C8-C18烷基醚硫酸盐,例如C12和C13烷基醚硫酸盐;
