Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a message pushing method.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a message pushing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the message pushing method includes:
step S10, determining each function in the management system and acquiring function information corresponding to each function;
determining each function in the management system, and acquiring function information corresponding to each function. It should be noted that the functions in the management system include, but are not limited to, a payment function, a sales function, a business function, and the like, and the functions in the management system are different according to the nature of the enterprise using the management system. The functions of the management system comprise a new function added by the management system after the functions of the management system are updated, and a function after the functions are upgraded on the basis of an old function and a function about to be off-line. The function information includes, but is not limited to, the content, generation time, access right, access time, and the like of each function.
Step S20, based on the function information, making message pushing rules of each function for each function user according to preset rules;
and after determining the function information corresponding to each function in the management system, based on the function information, establishing a message pushing rule of each function for each function user according to a preset rule. It will be appreciated that for each function in the management system, each function user has a corresponding message push rule. The function users comprise roles and mechanisms in the management system, the roles use the positions possessed by the enterprise of the management system, such as inquiry positions, setting positions, invoicing positions, use positions and the like, and the positions are different according to different properties of the enterprise using the management system. The mechanisms are branch mechanisms in different places, such as Shanghai mechanisms, Shenzhen mechanisms, Beijing mechanisms and the like. It is to be understood that each user corresponds to at least one role and one organization, a role corresponding to one or more users and an organization corresponding to one or more users, and an organization may also correspond to one or more roles and a role may also correspond to one or more organizations. For example, there may be 50 users in the inquiry station, and the Shanghai organization and the Beijing organization are both provided with the inquiry station, and the Beijing organization is also provided with the billing station, etc. The preset rules are set by a manager of the management system according to specific needs, and for each function in the management system, each role and each mechanism have corresponding preset rules.
It is to be understood that the preset rule may also be automatically set according to factors such as time and frequency of use of each function by each user in each role and each organization.
If the preset rule of the inquiry post in the payment function is as follows: the inquiry post may access the payment function from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm each day; and when the payment function is updated, sending a notification message of preset times for each user in the inquiry post, and notifying each user in the inquiry post that the payment function is updated. And when the number of times of sending the notification message is equal to the preset number of times, the notification message is not sent to each user in the inquiry post. Thus, the message pushing rule corresponding to each user in the query post is obtained as follows: when the payment function is updated and the user receiving the inquiry post accesses the payment function at 8:00 am to 6:00 pm every day, pushing messages for each user in the inquiry post, and when the times of pushing messages for each user in the inquiry post reach preset times, not pushing messages for each user in the inquiry post.
Based on the function information, the method for formulating the message pushing rule of each function for each mechanism according to the preset rule is similar to the method for formulating the message pushing rule of each function for each role, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Step S30, when receiving an access request from the function user to access any function in the management system, pushing a message for the function user according to a message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function.
When an access request of the function user for accessing any function in the management system is received, determining a message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user, loading the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user, and pushing a message for the function user according to the message pushing rule.
In the embodiment, each function in the management system is determined, and function information corresponding to each function is acquired; based on the function information, establishing message pushing rules of each function for each function user according to preset rules; and when an access request of the function user for accessing any function in the management system is received, pushing a message for the function user according to a message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function. The method and the system realize that corresponding message pushing rules are formulated for each function user aiming at each function in the management system, and when the message related to the used function is required to be pushed to the function user, the message is pushed to the function user according to the corresponding message pushing rules. Personalized message pushing is carried out on each function user in the management system, and the experience degree of the user using the management system is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the message pushing method according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the message pushing method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S31, when receiving an access request from the function user to access any function in the management system, determining whether a message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is within a validity period;
when an access request of the function user for accessing any function in the management system is received, whether a message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is in a valid period is determined. It should be noted that the validity period of the message pushing rule is set by the administrator of the management system as required, and if the message pushing rule can be set to be valid within a certain time period, the time period may be a continuous time period, such as 15 days, or a certain time period of each day, such as 8:00 to 12:00 of the morning of each day; it may also be set that the message push rules are always valid when the function is valid, etc.
Step S32, if the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is within the validity period, pushing a message for the function user according to the message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function.
Step S33, if the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user has passed the validity period, obtaining the historical data of the function accessed by the function user;
step S34, determining whether a message pushing rule corresponding to the function needs to be formulated again for the function user according to the history data.
And if the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is in the valid period, pushing a message for the function user according to the message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function. If the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is valid, obtaining historical data of the function accessed by the function user, and determining whether the message pushing rule corresponding to the function needs to be formulated for the function user again according to the historical data. If the message pushing rule corresponding to the function needs to be formulated again for the function user, the degree of understanding of the user about the message pushed according to the message pushing rule can be determined according to the historical data. When the user is familiar with the message pushed according to the message pushing rule, the message pushing rule corresponding to the function is not formulated for the function user any more, and when the user is unfamiliar with the message pushed according to the message pushing rule, the message pushing rule corresponding to the function needs to be formulated for the function user again. It should be noted that the degree of understanding of the message pushed according to the message pushing rule by the user can be determined according to the usage of the content of the pushed message by the user. It should be noted that the history data is data stored in the management system and used for the user to access the function after the user accesses the function of the management system each time.
In the embodiment, when an access request of the function user for accessing any function in the management system is received, whether the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is in the valid period is determined, so that whether the message needs to be pushed to the function user according to the message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function is determined, and the intelligence of personalized message pushing in the management system is improved on the basis of personalized message pushing of each function user in the management system.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of the message pushing method according to the present invention, and the third embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the message pushing method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S35, when monitoring that the function of the management system is updated and receiving the access request of the function user for accessing the updated new function, determining whether the function user has the authority to access the new function according to the message pushing rule;
and when monitoring that the function of the management system is updated and receiving an access request of the function user for accessing the updated new function, determining whether the function user has the authority to access the new function according to the message pushing rule. The function update of the management system includes a new function added by the management system, a new function after the old function of the management system is upgraded, and the like. It will be appreciated that there are rules in the message push rules that, when the functionality of the management system is updated, the roles and the respective users in the organisation have access to the new functionality. When the function of the management system is not updated, the rule regarding the part in the message push rule is not in effect.
Step S36, if the function user has the right to access the new function, pushing a message related to the new function for the function user.
And when the function user is determined to have the authority to access the new function according to the message pushing rule, pushing a message related to the new function for the function user according to the message pushing rule. For example, when the new function is a new function added to the management system, a message related to a notice required for using the added new function, a message related to a use method, a use time of the new function, or the like is pushed to the function user. And when the new function is the new function after the old function of the management system is upgraded, pushing a message related to the added function point after the old function is upgraded, the defect of the old function and the like for the function user.
Step S37, if the function user does not have the right to access the new function, outputting a prompt message to prompt the function user that the new function is shielded.
And when the function user is determined to have no authority to access the new function according to the message pushing rule, outputting prompt information to prompt the function user that the new function is shielded. Further, the function user may be prompted to mask the reason for using the new function, such as when the new function is not currently accessible, or the function user does not have access to the new function of the management system.
Further, when a certain function of the management system goes offline, a message may be pushed to the function user according to the message pushing rule, such as a message related to a reason for the function going offline, a message related to an item that needs to be noticed after the function goes offline, or a message that the management system forms a new function to replace the function going offline after that time.
In this embodiment, after the function of the management system is updated, the message related to the new function is pushed to each function user according to the message pushing rule. After the functions of the management system are updated, the user can quickly know the new functions, and the experience of the user using the management system is further improved.
The invention further provides a message pushing device 100.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a functional block diagram of a message pushing apparatus 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the message pushing apparatus 100 includes:
an obtaining module 10, configured to determine each function in the management system and obtain function information corresponding to each function;
the acquisition module 10 determines each function in the management system and acquires function information corresponding to each function.
The formulating module 20 is used for formulating the message pushing rule of each function for each function user according to the preset rule based on the function information;
after determining the function information corresponding to each function in the management system, the formulating module 20 formulates a message pushing rule of each function for each function user according to a preset rule based on the function information.
A pushing module 30, configured to, when receiving an access request for accessing any function in the management system from the function user, push a message for the function user according to a message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function.
When receiving an access request of the function user to access any function in the management system, the push module 30 determines a message push rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user, loads the message push rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user, and pushes a message for the function user according to the message push rule.
5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a first functional module of the push module 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and a second embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the message push apparatus 100 according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the pushing module 30 includes:
a first determining unit 31, configured to determine, when an access request for accessing any function in the management system is received, whether a message push rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is within a validity period;
when the first determining unit 31 receives an access request of the function user to access any function in the management system, it determines whether the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is within the validity period.
The first pushing unit 32 is configured to, if the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is within the validity period, push a message for the function user according to the message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain historical data of the function accessed by the function user if the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user has passed the validity period;
the formulating module 20 is further configured to determine whether a message pushing rule corresponding to the function needs to be formulated again for the function user according to the historical data.
If the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is within the validity period, the first pushing unit 32 pushes a message for the function user according to the message pushing rule corresponding to the accessed function. If the message pushing rule corresponding to the function accessed by the function user is over the validity period, the obtaining module 10 obtains the history data of the function accessed by the function user, and the formulating module 20 determines whether to formulate the message pushing rule corresponding to the function again for the function user according to the history data. The formulating module 20 can determine the knowledge degree of the user about the message pushed according to the message pushing rule according to the historical data, so as to determine whether the message pushing rule corresponding to the function needs to be formulated again for the function user.
6 and 7, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a second functional module of the push module 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a functional module of a third embodiment of the message push apparatus 100 according to the present invention.
The third embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the message push apparatus 100 of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the pushing module 30 further includes:
a second determining unit 33, configured to determine, when it is monitored that the function of the management system is updated and an access request for accessing the updated new function is received from the function user, whether the function user has an authority to access the new function according to the message pushing rule;
when the second determining unit 33 monitors that the function of the management system is updated and receives an access request of the function user to access the updated new function, it determines whether the function user has the right to access the new function according to the message pushing rule.
A second pushing unit 34, configured to push a message related to the new function for the function user if the function user has the right to access the new function.
When it is determined that the function user has the right to access the new function according to the message pushing rule, the second pushing unit 34 pushes the message related to the new function for the function user according to the message pushing rule.
The message pushing apparatus 100 further includes an output module 40, configured to output a prompt message to prompt the function user that the new function is shielded if the function user does not have permission to access the new function.
When it is determined that the function user does not have the authority to access the new function according to the message pushing rule, the output module 40 outputs a prompt message to prompt the function user that the new function is shielded. Further, the function user may be prompted to mask the reason for using the new function, such as when the new function is not currently accessible, or the function user does not have access to the new function of the management system.
