Abstract

一种电池托盘,属于电池托盘技术领域;针对现有技术中的电池托盘对应与一种规格的电池不够方便的问题,本发明提供一种可供两种规格电池共用的电池托盘,包括托盘外框、固定在托盘外框内的4个档条,档条一个面上沿其长方向均匀设置有5组限位凸块,档条的凸块一侧沿长方向还设置有一与档条长度相等的挡片,电池通过挡片支撑、限位凸块限定长方向位移、相邻档条的矩形片体限定宽方向的位移;所述的一种电池托盘还包括卡条,卡条包括顶板、与顶板垂直且连接与顶板两侧的侧柱,前板与顶板和侧柱均连接,卡条的背面设置背卡板;所述的卡条通过前板和背卡板卡在档条上,侧柱之间卡在限位凸块上;本发明可供两种规格电池共用,特别是两种同系列、长度相同的电池模组。

一种电池托盘
技术领域
本发明属于电池托盘技术领域,具体涉及一种能够适应多种规格电池的电池托盘。
背景技术
现有技术中的电池托盘均对应与一种规格的电池,当电池规格改变,则托盘无法安装另一种规格的电池。例如,一种型号LT02717397的3P电池模组,无法安放在型号LT02717397的4P电池模组中,尽管该两种电池模组结构相近、宽度相同,但是二者的电池托盘依然无法通用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电池托盘,能够实现两种规格电池模组共用一种电池托盘。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种电池托盘,包括托盘外框、固定在托盘外框内的4个档条,所述的档条为矩形片体,档条通过螺钉与托盘外框的底部固定,其中2个档条设置在托盘外框的两个相对的内侧壁处,另2个档条平行于所述的内侧壁设置于托盘外框内中间位置,档条一个面上沿其长方向均匀设置有5组限位凸块,档条的凸块一侧沿长方向还设置有一与档条长度相等的挡片,电池通过挡片支撑、限位凸块限定长方向位移、相邻档条的矩形片体限定宽方向的位移;所述的一种电池托盘还包括卡条,卡条包括顶板、与顶板垂直且连接与顶板两侧的侧柱,前板与顶板和侧柱均连接,卡条的背面设置背卡板;所述的卡条通过前板和背卡板卡在档条上,侧柱之间卡在限位凸块上。
进一步地,所述的托盘外框侧壁设置通风孔,侧壁的非通风孔区域设置横纵交错的加强筋结构。
进一步地,所述的档条上设置有通风微孔,并设置有横纵交错的加强筋结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将卡条取下,即可安装4p电池模组,而安装上卡条,可安装3p模组,能够实现一种电池托盘适应多种规格电池的安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1、图2所示的一种电池托盘,一种电池托盘,其特征在于,包括托盘外框1、固定在托盘外框1内的4个档条2,所述的档条2为矩形片体,档条2通过螺钉与托盘外框1的底部固定,其中2个档条2设置在托盘外框1的两个相对的内侧壁处,另2个档条2平行于所述的内侧壁设置于托盘外框1内中间位置。如图3所示的档条2一个面上沿其长方向均匀设置有5组限位凸块21,档条2的凸块一侧沿长方向还设置有一与档条2长度相等的挡片22,电池4通过挡片2支撑、限位凸块21限定长方向位移、相邻档条2的矩形片体限定宽方向的位移;如图4所示,所述的一种电池托盘还包括卡条3,卡条3包括顶板31、与顶板垂直且连接与顶板两侧的侧柱32,33,前板34与顶板31和侧柱32,33均连接,卡条3的背面设置背卡板35;所述的卡条3通过前板34和背卡板35卡在档条2上,侧柱32,33之间卡在限位凸块21上,如图5所示为3P电池模组安装在电池托盘内,通过卡条3限位,3P电池模组能够正好贴合在卡条3之间;当要安装4P电池模组时,取下卡条3,此时4P电池模组通过限位凸块21进行限位。
所述的托盘外框1侧壁设置通风孔11,侧壁的非通风孔11区域设置横纵交错的加强筋结构。
所述的档条2上设置有通风微孔,并设置有横纵交错的加强筋结构。

1.一种电池托盘,其特征在于,包括托盘外框(1)、固定在托盘外框(1)内的4个档条(2),所述的档条(2)为矩形片体,档条(2)通过螺钉与托盘外框(1)的底部固定,其中2个档条(2)设置在托盘外框(1)的两个相对的内侧壁处,另2个档条(2)平行于所述的内侧壁设置于托盘外框(1)内中间位置,档条(2)一个面上沿其长方向均匀设置有5组限位凸块(21),档条(2)的凸块一侧沿长方向还设置有一与档条(2)长度相等的挡片(22),电池(4)通过挡片(2)支撑、限位凸块(21)限定长方向位移、相邻档条(2)的矩形片体限定宽方向的位移;所述的一种电池托盘还包括卡条(3),卡条(3)包括顶板(31)、与顶板垂直且连接与顶板两侧的侧柱(32,33),前板(34)与顶板(31)和侧柱(32,33)均连接,卡条(3)的背面设置背卡板(35);所述的卡条(3)通过前板(34)和背卡板(35)卡在档条(2)上,侧柱(32,33)之间卡在限位凸块(21)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电池托盘,其特征在于,所述的托盘外框(1)侧壁设置通风孔(11),侧壁的非通风孔(11)区域设置横纵交错的加强筋结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电池托盘,其特征在于,所述的档条(2)上设置有通风微孔,并设置有横纵交错的加强筋结构。
