Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating an application scenario of a data matching method in an embodiment, in which the data matching method is implemented in the matching platform shown in fig. 1, and the matching platform may include a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected through a bus. The memory is stored with an operating system, a standard database and a data matching device, wherein the standard database can be used as a matching standard of data to be matched in the database to be matched. The memory may provide an environment for operation of the data matching apparatus in a non-volatile storage medium, the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform a data matching method. The processor is used for providing calculation and control capability, supporting the operation of the whole matching platform, and can be used for executing the data matching method and displaying the matching result on the display screen. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 1 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with the present application and does not constitute a limitation on the matching platform to which the present application is applied, and that a particular matching platform may include more or less components than those shown in the figures, or combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a data matching method in an embodiment, in which the method may include the following steps:
s202: and acquiring the medical material data to be matched stored in the database to be matched.
The database to be matched generally refers to a local database, such as a medical material database established by each province, or a medical material database established by each hospital according to actual conditions, or a medical material database established by each medical material manufacturing company, and the like.
After the database to be matched is imported into the matching platform, the matching platform may automatically read the medical material data to be matched in the database to be matched according to the matching start instruction, for example, a "matching start" button may be displayed on the display screen, and the user may click the button to match the medical material data to be matched.
S204: and inquiring whether standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched exist in the standard library.
The standard library is generally a medical material database generated according to medical material data issued by a national authority, and for example, a corresponding standard library may be generated according to medical material data issued by a food and drug administration, or a corresponding standard library may be generated according to medical material data issued by other national authorities.
S206: and when the standard library does not have the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched, inquiring whether the mapping relation library has the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched.
The mapping relation library generally refers to a mapping relation library in which mapping relations after being checked by mapping instructions are stored. For example, when the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data in the standard library adopt the same description, the medical material data to be matched may be directly matched with the standard medical material data in the standard library, but because the medical material data to be matched may have a plurality of description modes, such as "tissue forceps" or "alice forceps" or "skin forceps", etc., if the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data in the standard library adopt different descriptions, for example, when the medical material data to be matched adopts the description of "alice forceps" and the description of "tissue forceps" is adopted in the standard library, if the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data in the standard library are matched, the matching result is not successfully matched, further matching needs to be manually performed, and the matching efficiency is reduced, increasing the labor cost. However, if the matching relationship, namely the matching relationship between the alice forceps and the tissue forceps, is stored through the mapping relationship library, the matching relationship between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data can be established directly by querying the mapping relationship library, so that manual further examination is not needed, and the matching efficiency is improved.
S208: and when the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched does not exist in the mapping relation library, receiving a mapping instruction aiming at the medical material data to be matched.
The mapping instruction may generally refer to a manual review instruction, that is, when the medical material data to be matched is not found after the standard library and the mapping relation library are queried, the matching relationship between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data may be determined through manual review. For example, when the medical material data to be matched is not successfully matched, the user may be prompted to input a mapping instruction, so that the user determines the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched.
S210: and acquiring the mapping relation between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data according to the mapping instruction, and storing the mapping relation in a mapping relation library.
In step S208, a mapping instruction of the user may be received, so that the processor may obtain a corresponding mapping relationship according to the mapping instruction, and still take the above-mentioned "alice forceps" as an example, when the "alice forceps" is not queried in the standard library and the mapping relationship library, the user may be prompted to input the mapping instruction, and according to the mapping instruction input by the user, the corresponding relationship between the "alice forceps" and the "tissue forceps" is obtained, and the corresponding relationship is stored in the mapping relationship library, so that when the next matching is performed, the corresponding "tissue forceps" may be directly found according to the mapping relationship library when the "alice forceps" is encountered, and the efficiency of data matching may be further improved.
S212: and when the standard library or the mapping relation library has standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched, outputting the matching relation between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data.
If the medical material data to be matched is successfully matched with the standard medical material data in the standard library or the mapping relation library, the matching relation between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data can be directly output, for example, the database to be matched can be modified, that is, the standard medical material data is added after the medical material data to be matched.
According to the data matching method, the matching relation between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data is automatically established, so that the data processing efficiency is improved; and a mapping relation library is introduced, and medical material data to be matched, which can be determined to be in a matching relation with standard medical material data only through a mapping instruction, is stored, so that the matching relation between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data can be directly established through the mapping relation library when the medical material data to be matched is encountered next time, and the data matching efficiency is further improved.
In one embodiment, the step of receiving the mapping instruction for the medical material data to be matched, that is, before the step S208, may further include a labeling step, specifically, see fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a flowchart of the labeling step in an embodiment, in this embodiment, the labeling step may include:
s302: and marking corresponding content which is not matched with the corresponding standard medical material data in the medical material data to be matched.
In the embodiment, in order to reduce the workload of manual review, corresponding contents, which are not matched with corresponding standard medical material data, in the medical material data to be matched are labeled, so that the contents to be labeled can be referred to for review during manual review.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the labeling result in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, wherein the labeling manner is grade, where a grade represents that matching is successful without auditing, E represents that matching is completely not matched, and B, C, and D represent that matching is partially successful, for example, B represents that at least one of name matching, manufacturer, and standard number matching is successful; level C represents successful name matching only; the D level represents that only the manufacturer is successfully matched with the standard number, so that when the manual review is performed, the name does not need to be reviewed after the C level is seen, and only the review name is needed after the D level is seen. In addition, the standard mode may also adopt a highlight mode, a mode of changing font color, and the like, which are not described herein again.
S304: and displaying the marked medical material data to be matched and the corresponding standard medical material data.
As shown in fig. 4, after the labeling is completed, the medical material data to be matched may be output and displayed, and in order to further reduce the workload of manual review, the standard medical material data that is most matched with the medical material data to be matched may be output, for example, when the grade is level B, the corresponding reference standard medical material data that is evaluated to be level B may be output for the user to review, so that it may be prevented that the user does not refer to the standard medical material data and searches in the whole standard library when reviewing.
In the above embodiment, the content to be audited is prompted to the user by labeling the corresponding content which is not matched with the corresponding standard medical material data, so that the auditing amount of the user can be greatly reduced. And the mode of displaying the reference standard medical material data can avoid the user from searching the whole standard library, thereby further improving the auditing efficiency.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of step S204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and the step S204 of querying whether the standard library has the standard medical material data matching the medical material data to be matched may include:
s502: and inquiring whether standard medical material data with the registration number matched with the registration number of the medical material data to be matched exists in the standard library.
The registration number of the medical material can uniquely determine the medical material, and the medical material can be determined on the premise that the registration number of the medical material is determined, so that in order to optimize the processing process of the processor, the registration number of the medical material data to be matched can be matched with the registration number of the standard medical material data in the standard library.
Because the database to be matched may have data missing or data error, in order to further reduce the data processing amount of the processor, before query, it may be determined whether the medical material data to be matched has a name, and when the medical material data does not have a name, the medical material data to be matched does not need to be matched any more, and the matching grade of the medical material data to be matched may be considered as the E-grade by combining the grade labeling manner.
S504: and if the standard library has the standard medical material data with the registration number matched with the registration number of the medical material data to be matched, returning the result that the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched exists in the standard library.
If the registration number of the medical material data to be matched exists in the standard library, that is, the medical material data to be matched is successfully matched, the step S212 may be directly continued, that is, the matching relationship between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data is output, and specifically, as described above, the matching grade of the medical material data to be matched may be considered as a grade a by combining the grade standard manner.
S506: and if the standard database does not have the standard medical material data with the registration number matched with the registration number of the medical material data to be matched, continuously inquiring whether the standard database has the standard auxiliary identification content matched with the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched.
The medical material data to be matched in the database to be matched may have data missing or data error, so that the medical material data to be matched may not have a registration number or a registration number has error, and the standard medical material data matched with the registration number of the medical material data to be matched cannot be inquired in the standard database.
In some other embodiments, the auxiliary identification content may further include a specification model, a product performance, a production location, a production plant address, and the like.
In this embodiment, the auxiliary identification content is exemplified by a name, a manufacturer, and a registration number, and when there is no standard medical material data whose registration number matches the registration number of the medical material data to be matched in the standard library, further matching may be performed through the name, the manufacturer, and the standard number of the medical material data to be matched.
S508: if so, returning the result that the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched exist in the standard library.
When the name, the manufacturer, and the standard number of the medical material data to be matched are successfully matched with the name, the manufacturer, and the standard number of a certain standard medical material data in the standard library, it is determined that the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched exists in the standard library, and the step S212 is required to be continued, that is, the matching relationship between the medical material data to be matched and the standard medical material data is output.
S510: if the standard medical material data does not exist, returning to the result that the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched does not exist in the standard library.
As described above, when the name, the manufacturer, and the standard number of the medical material data to be matched are not successfully matched with the name, the manufacturer, and the standard number of one standard medical material data in the standard library, it is determined that there is no standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched in the standard library, and the above step S206 needs to be continued.
In the embodiment, the medical material data to be matched is matched with the standard medical material data in the standard library through the registration number, if the matching is successful, the matching is not required to be continued, the characteristics of the medical material are fully considered, the matching amount is greatly reduced, the matching efficiency can be improved, and when the registration number is not successfully matched, the medical material data to be matched is matched with the standard medical material data in the standard library through the auxiliary identification content, so that the accurate matching of the medical material data to be matched is realized.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a flowchart of step S206 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the step S206 of querying whether there is standard medical material data matching the medical material data to be matched in the mapping relation library may include:
s602: and inquiring whether the mapping relation library has standard medical material data of which the standard auxiliary identification content is matched with the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched.
In combination with the step of querying the standard library, that is, step S506, the auxiliary identification content may include a name, a manufacturer, and a standard number, and when there is no standard medical material data in the standard library, where the standard auxiliary identification content matches the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched, matching may be performed through the mapping relation library, and a mapping relation checked by the mapping instruction is stored in the mapping relation library as described above.
S604: and if the matching result of the standard auxiliary identification content of the standard medical material data and the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched accords with the preset matching result, returning the result of the standard medical material data corresponding to the medical material data to be matched in the mapping relation library.
When the auxiliary identification content includes a name, a manufacturer, and a standard number, the preset matching result may include five kinds of results, that is, the preset matching result 1: the name, the manufacturer and the standard number are successfully matched; presetting a matching result 2: the name is successfully matched with the manufacturer, but the standard number is not successfully matched; presetting a matching result 3: the name and the standard number are successfully matched, but the manufacturer is not successfully matched; presetting a matching result 4: only name matching is successful, and the manufacturer and the standard number are not successfully matched; presetting a matching result 5: the name was not successfully matched, but the manufacturer was successfully matched to the standard number.
Whether the preset matching result is met or not can be judged according to the matching result of the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched and the standard auxiliary identification content of the standard medical material data in the mapping relation library, and when the preset matching result is met, the result that the standard medical material data corresponding to the medical material data to be matched exists in the mapping relation library can be considered to be returned.
In this embodiment, the above-mentioned grade labeling manner may be combined to further improve, for example, the five conditions are classified, for example, the matching result of the medical material data to be matched whose matching result meets preset matching result 1, preset matching result 2, and preset matching result 3 is labeled as level B, the matching result of the medical material data to be matched whose matching result meets preset matching result 4 is labeled as level C, and the matching result of the medical material data to be matched whose matching result meets preset matching result 5 is labeled as level D. Therefore, when the manual examination is carried out, the grade B and the grade C only need to examine a manufacturer, and the grade D only needs to examine a name, so that the examination quantity of a user can be greatly reduced.
In addition, in this embodiment, if the name of the medical material data to be matched does not match the standard name of the standard medical material data in the standard library, it may be directly determined whether the name of the medical material data to be matched matches the standard name of the standard medical material data in the mapping relation library, and if the name of the medical material data to be matched matches the standard name of the standard medical material data in the mapping relation library, it may be continuously determined whether the manufacturer of the medical material data to be matched matches the manufacturer of the standard medical material data in the standard library. If the manufacturer of the medical material data to be matched is not matched with the manufacturer of the standard medical material data in the standard library, whether the manufacturer of the medical material data to be matched is matched with the standard manufacturer of the standard medical material data in the mapping relation library can be directly judged, and if the manufacturer of the medical material data to be matched is matched with the standard manufacturer of the standard medical material data in the mapping relation library, whether the standard number of the medical material data to be matched is matched with the standard number of the standard medical material data in the standard library can be continuously judged. And judging whether the matching result of the final name, the manufacturer and the standard number meets the preset matching result or not to grade and label the matching result of the medical material data to be matched.
S606: otherwise, returning the result that the standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched does not exist in the mapping relation library.
When the matching result of the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched and the standard auxiliary identification content of the standard medical material data in the mapping relation library does not accord with the preset matching result, the mapping relation library is considered to have no standard medical material data matched with the medical material data to be matched, and the matching result of the medical material data to be matched can be the E level by combining the level marking mode.
In the above embodiment, when the standard database does not have standard medical material data whose standard auxiliary identification content matches with the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched, matching can be performed through the mapping relation database, so that accurate matching of the medical material data to be matched is realized, and matching efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the auxiliary identification content includes a name, and the standard auxiliary identification content includes a standard name, in which the word segmentation step may include: and performing word segmentation on the name of the standard medical material data according to preset word segmentation logic to obtain a standard name after word segmentation.
The preset word segmentation logic may be word segmentation logic set by a user, and the word segmentation logic may be to remove an irrelevant character string, for example, an auxiliary character string such as "yes" and then segment the remaining character strings according to a standard medical word in a standard medical dictionary, for example, when a standard medical word exists in the remaining character strings, add word segmentation symbols "$" before and after the standard medical word in the remaining character strings, thereby implementing word segmentation of names.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of step S506 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and step S506, namely, the step of continuously querying whether the standard auxiliary identification content matching the auxiliary identification content of the medical material data to be matched exists in the standard library may include:
s702: and performing word segmentation on the name of the medical material data to be matched according to the preset word segmentation logic to obtain the name to be matched after word segmentation.
The preset word segmentation logic is as described above and will not be described in detail herein. For example, the name of medical material data to be matched is 'disposable infusion set', the irrelevant character string is removed firstly, then the remaining character string 'disposable infusion set' is divided into '$ disposable infusion set', and two word segments 'disposable' and 'infusion set' are formed; the same principle divides the digestive tract radiofrequency ablation catheter into the digestive tract radiofrequency ablation catheter and the catheter, and forms four word segments of digestive tract radiofrequency ablation and catheter.
S704: and matching the name to be matched after word segmentation with the standard name after word segmentation.
The standard name of the standard medical material data in the standard library can be subjected to pre-word segmentation, for example, a 'disposable infusion set' is segmented to form a first word entry '$ disposable infusion set', the 'disposable infusion set' of the medical material data to be matched in the database is segmented to form a second word entry '$ disposable infusion set', the 'disposable infusion set' is used for matching the word entries in the standard library, for example, the 'disposable' is used for matching the word entries in the standard library at first, 100 word entries are supposed to be obtained, the 100 word entries comprise a first word entry '$ disposable infusion set', and the 'disposable infusion set' is then segmented to match the 100 word entries to obtain a first word entry '$ disposable infusion set'.
S706: and calculating the matching degree of the name to be matched after word segmentation and the standard name after word segmentation.
In the embodiment following the above-mentioned "disposable infusion set", the matching degree is 100% because the second entry "$ disposable infusion set $" is completely identical to the first entry "$ disposable infusion set $". However, since the name of the medical material data to be matched may be a standard name, a local name may be used, or may be evolved based on the standard name. For example, the tissue forceps may be called "skin forceps" or "alice forceps", the infusion device may be called "infusion skin strip", the mosquito hemostat may be called "mosquito forceps", and the like, and the matching degree may be 80%, 75%, and the like. Even if the matching degree between the "alice forceps" and the "tissue forceps" is 0%, in order to avoid such a situation, after the irrelevant character string is removed, the remaining character string may be standardized, for example, by replacing the "skin forceps" and the "alice forceps" with the "tissue forceps", and the standardization may be performed based on a pre-stored table in which the relationship between the "skin forceps", the "alice forceps" and the "tissue forceps" may be stored, and the processor may replace the "skin forceps" and the "alice forceps" with the "tissue forceps" based on the pre-stored table.
For example, when the word is divided, the irrelevant character string is removed firstly to obtain the residual character string 'disposable transfusion leather strip', then the 'transfusion leather strip' is replaced by a 'transfusion device' according to a pre-stored table to obtain a residual character string 'disposable transfusion device', then the word is divided for the residual character string 'disposable transfusion device' to obtain the word '$ disposable transfusion device', and finally the matching degree is calculated according to the matching.
S708: and when the matching degree is greater than the preset matching degree, returning a result that the standard name matched with the name of the medical material data to be matched exists in the standard library.
The preset matching degree may be set empirically, and may be set to 70%, 75%, 78%, 80%, 83%, or the like, for example. When the matching degree calculated in step S706 is greater than the preset matching degree, it may be considered that the matching is successful, and a result that the standard name matching the name of the medical material data to be matched exists in the standard library is returned.
S710: and when the matching degree is less than or equal to the preset matching degree, returning to a result that the standard name matched with the name of the medical material data to be matched does not exist in the standard library.
In the above embodiment, the name of the medical material data to be matched and the standard name of the standard medical material data are segmented through the preset segmentation logic, fuzzy matching is performed on the segmented names, and when the matching degree is greater than the preset matching degree, matching can be regarded as successful, so that matching efficiency is improved.
