The generation of the document watermark is integrated into the output part of the system, so that a user can conveniently carry out uniform watermark setting operation and various watermark forms, the printing requirements of the user can be better met, and the time, the energy and the money for the user to find and learn to edit software to add the watermark or purchase a printer supporting the watermark are saved.
Furthermore, the addition of the watermark is integrated into the document output part, so that a user can conveniently carry out uniform watermark setting operation, various watermark forms are supported, the printing requirement of the user can be better met, the user does not need to add the watermark into the document to be printed through editing software in advance, and the time, the energy and the money for the user to search and learn the editing software to add the watermark or purchase the supported watermark printer are saved.
Example three:
with regard to the print control method provided in the first embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides a print control apparatus provided at a user terminal side, referring to a block diagram of a structure of a print control apparatus shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes the following modules:
a virtual processing module 402, configured to convert a document to be printed into a preset format file through a virtual printer, and determine print attribute information of the document to be printed; wherein, the virtual printer is installed on the user terminal;
a creating module 404, configured to set a reference standard of a preset format file according to the application environment information of the entity printer; and creating a printer device context based on the reference benchmark; the reference datum comprises a datum page and datum information; the entity printer is connected with the user terminal and used for printing a document to be printed;
and a printing adjustment module 406, configured to, in a process of controlling the entity printer to print and output the preset format file, adjust the reference and/or the printer device context according to the current print page, so that the entity printer prints the current print page according to the adjusted reference or printer device context.
The printing control device provided by the embodiment of the invention converts the document to be printed into the preset format file, correspondingly sets the reference standard of the preset format file by combining the application environment information of the entity printer, and creates the context of the printer equipment, so that various entity printers can be compatible with the document to be printed, and the limitation of the type of the printer to the document to be printed in the prior art and the corresponding setting process required by manpower are reduced. The method supports automatic double-sided printing of common documents which are transversely and longitudinally mixed, can perform corresponding adjustment setting on a reference datum and/or the context of printer equipment according to a current printing page, controls the entity printer to print the current page based on the adjusted setting instead of controlling the whole document to be printed according to fixed setting, effectively improves the printing reliability and slows down the waste of paper; compared with the complicated process of manually adjusting the pages in the prior art, the method for correspondingly adjusting the pages in the document to be printed has the advantages that the printing efficiency is improved, and the printing operation of a user is simplified.
Further, referring to a block diagram of another structure of the print control apparatus shown in fig. 5, the apparatus further includes the following modules based on fig. 4:
a watermark obtaining module 502, configured to obtain watermark content and watermark configuration; the watermark configuration comprises a combination mode, a watermark position, a watermark layout or a watermark effect;
the watermark combining module 504 is configured to combine the watermark content with the file in the preset format according to the watermark configuration in the process of drawing the file in the preset format into the context of the printer device.
Further, it is shown in fig. 5 that the virtual processing module 402 may specifically include a virtual print processing unit 4022, and a processing result acquisition unit 4024; the virtual print processing unit 4022 is configured to process a document to be printed by a virtual printer, where the processing includes document conversion processing and print attribute generation processing; if the user terminal is also connected with the server, the virtual printing processing unit is also used for uploading the generated processing result to the server; the processing result acquisition unit 4024 is configured to acquire a preset format file and print attribute information that are output after processing by the virtual printer. In specific implementation, the processing result (the preset format file and the printing attribute information) can be directly obtained locally, or the processing result can be obtained through the server. For example, assuming that the user terminal a is connected to a physical printer, the user terminal a can be directly utilized to execute the printing control method provided by the embodiment, and the virtual printer of the user terminal a processes the document to be printed and directly obtains the processing result. Assuming that a user wants to print a document to be printed through the user terminal B, the user terminal B may obtain a processing result uploaded to the server by the user terminal a through the server, and print according to the processing result.
The device provided by the embodiment has the same implementation principle and technical effect as the foregoing embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing method embodiment for the portion of the embodiment of the device that is not mentioned.
Example four:
corresponding to the printing control method and apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiments, referring to the schematic structural diagram of a printing control system shown in fig. 6, the printing control system includes a user terminal 100 and an entity printer 200 connected to the user terminal 100; wherein the user terminal is provided with the print control apparatus of claim 9.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the system described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
Further, the present embodiment also provides a computer storage medium for storing computer software instructions for any one of the print control apparatuses provided in the foregoing embodiments.
The computer program product of the printing control method, the printing control device, and the printing control system provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes a computer-readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiments, and specific implementation may refer to the method embodiments, and will not be described herein again.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A print control method, performed by a user terminal, the method comprising:
converting a document to be printed into a preset format file through a virtual printer, and determining printing attribute information of the document to be printed; wherein the virtual printer is installed in the user terminal;
resetting the application environment information of the entity printer according to the printing attribute information and the home page information of the preset format file;
setting a reference standard of the preset format file according to the application environment information of the entity printer; and creating a printer device context based on the reference benchmark; the reference datum comprises a datum page and datum information; the entity printer is connected with the user terminal and used for printing the document to be printed;
and in the process of controlling the entity printer to print and output the preset format file, adjusting the reference datum and/or the printer device context according to the current printing page so that the entity printer prints the current printing page according to the adjusted reference datum or the adjusted printer device context.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of setting the reference of the pre-set format file according to the application environment information of the physical printer comprises:
taking the application environment information of the entity printer after the reset as reference information; the home page information comprises a home page breadth and a home page direction;
and setting the home page of the preset format file as a reference page.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of adjusting the reference benchmark and/or the printer device context according to the current printed page comprises:
judging whether the breadth of the current printing page is the same as the breadth of the reference page or not;
if not, adjusting the reference information based on the breadth of the current printing page, and modifying the reference page to enable the modified reference page to be the current printing page.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the step of adjusting the baseline information based on the swath of the current printed page, the method further comprises:
and resetting the context of the printer device according to the adjusted reference information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of adjusting the reference benchmark and/or the printer device context according to the current printed page comprises:
judging whether the direction of the current printing page is the same as that of the reference page or not;
if not, according to the angle difference between the direction of the current printing page and the direction of the reference page, determining the angle of a coordinate system for rotating the context of the printer device, and rotating the coordinate system according to the angle.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and after the printing of the current printing page is finished, restoring the coordinate system of the context of the printer equipment.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
acquiring watermark content and watermark configuration; the watermark configuration comprises a combination mode, a watermark position, a watermark layout or a watermark effect;
and combining the watermark content with the preset format file according to the watermark configuration in the process of drawing the preset format file into the context of the printer equipment.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the pre-formatted file is an enhanced metafile.
9. A print control apparatus, the apparatus being provided on a user terminal side, the apparatus comprising:
the virtual processing module is used for converting a document to be printed into a preset format file through a virtual printer and determining the printing attribute information of the document to be printed; wherein the virtual printer is installed in the user terminal;
the resetting module is used for resetting the application environment information of the entity printer according to the printing attribute information and the home page information of the preset format file;
the creating module is used for setting a reference standard of the preset format file according to the application environment information of the entity printer; and creating a printer device context based on the reference benchmark; the reference datum comprises a datum page and datum information; the entity printer is connected with the user terminal and used for printing the document to be printed;
and the printing adjusting module is used for adjusting the reference datum and/or the printer device context according to the current printing page in the process of controlling the entity printer to print and output the preset format file, so that the entity printer prints the current printing page according to the adjusted reference datum or the adjusted printer device context.
10. A printing control system is characterized by comprising a user terminal and an entity printer connected with the user terminal; wherein the user terminal is provided with the print control apparatus according to claim 9.
