Background
Drawers for storing articles in a classified manner are usually arranged in furniture such as a cabinet and a refrigerator, and when a user takes and places the articles, the drawers need to be completely pulled open, so that the use is inconvenient. The drawer assembly 100 comprises a drawer door 1, a bracket 2 fixed with the inner side of the drawer door 1, and a drawer 3. Usually, the drawer 3 is detachably connected with the bracket 2 and moves along with the bracket 2, and the drawer 3 is convenient to disassemble, assemble and replace.
For convenience of description, the present invention is defined as follows: in the up-and-down direction, the drawer 3 is positioned above the bracket 2; in the front-rear direction, the drawer 3 is located at the rear side of the drawer door 1; in the inward and outward direction, the bracket 2 and the drawer 3 are located at the inner side of the drawer door 1.
The bracket 2 includes a first bracket 21 fixed to an inner side of the drawer door 1, a second bracket 22 detachably connected to a rear end of the first bracket 21 away from the drawer door 1, a bottom bracket 23 located below the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22, and a rotating shaft 24 connecting the bottom bracket 23 and the first bracket 21, wherein the first bracket 21 rotates around the rotating shaft 24 relative to the bottom bracket 23, the first bracket 21 has a first state in which the rear end is connected to the second bracket 22, and a second state in which the rear end is separated from the second bracket 22 and rotates upwards and outwards around the rotating shaft 24. In the first state, the first bracket and the second bracket both extend in the front-rear direction, and in the second state, the first bracket extends from front to rear and upward, and the first bracket 21 rotates around the rotating shaft 24 to switch between the first state and the second state.
The front end of the first support 21 is provided with a first clamping hook 211, the rear end of the second support 22 facing the first support 21 is provided with a second clamping hook 221 matched with the first clamping hook 211, when the drawer 3 is located in the box body and is in a closed state, the second support 22 is in a first state, and the first clamping hook 211 and the second clamping hook 221 are clamped. If the drawer door 1 is pulled horizontally and outwardly, the first bracket 21 pulls the second bracket 22 and the first bracket 211 to be pulled outwardly simultaneously through the cooperation of the first hook 221 and the second hook 221; if the top end of the drawer door 1 is rotated outward relative to the bottom end thereof, the first hook 211 is disengaged from the second hook 221, the first bracket 21 is separated from the second bracket 22, and the first bracket 21 rotates outward relative to the bottom bracket 23 around the rotating shaft 24.
In this embodiment, the chassis 23 is provided with a recess 231 on one side facing the drawer door 1, and when the drawer door 1 rotates from the first state to the second state, the bottom of the drawer door 1 rotates in the recess 231 without interference.
Further, the support 2 further includes a limiting mechanism 25 for limiting a rotation angle of the first support 21 relative to the bottom frame 23, the limiting mechanism 25 includes a kidney-shaped hole 251 disposed on one of the bottom frame 23 and the first support 21, and a limiting shaft 252 disposed on the other, a portion of the limiting shaft 252 is located in the kidney-shaped hole 251, and when the first support 21 rotates relative to the bottom frame 23, the limiting shaft 252 moves along the kidney-shaped hole 251 to limit the rotation angle of the first support 21. In this embodiment, the waist-shaped hole 251 is disposed on the bottom frame 23, the limiting shaft 252 is disposed on the first bracket 21, and a portion of the limiting shaft 252 is located in the waist-shaped hole 251, which can limit the rotation track of the first bracket 21.
In addition, the drawer assembly 100 further includes a pair of slide rails 4 respectively located at two sides of the drawer 3, the chassis 23, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 together enclose a receiving space (not numbered), at least a portion of the slide rails 4 extends into the receiving space, and the second bracket 22 is fixed to a portion of the tops of the slide rails 4. When the first bracket 21 is in the first state, the first bracket 21 shields a part of the slide rail 4 from above; when the first bracket 21 is converted from the first state to the second state, the part of the slide rail 4 is exposed outwards.
Specifically, the slide rail 4 includes a lower rail 41, a middle rail 42, an upper rail 43, and a limiting member 44 for limiting a sliding distance of the upper rail 43 relative to the middle rail 42, and the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 are both located above the upper rail 43 and are both detachably connected to the upper rail 43. The limiting member 44 protrudes downward from the upper rail 43, and when the drawer 3 is pushed into the box, the upper rail 43 slides backward relative to the middle rail 42 until the limiting member 44 abuts against the front end of the middle rail 42 and does not slide. A gap is formed between the stopper 44 and the front end of the upper rail 43 facing the drawer door 1, and the rotating shaft 24 is located on one side of the stopper 44 facing the drawer door 1 and connects the bottom frame 23 and the first bracket 21; it can also be understood that: an abdicating space 45 is defined between the drawer door 1, the upper rail 43 and the limiting member 44, and the rotating shaft 24 is connected to the bottom frame 23 and the first support 21 in the abdicating space 45.
The drawer assembly 3 further comprises a synchronizing mechanism 40 for synchronizing the movement of the pair of slide rails 4, so that the left and right sides can move simultaneously when the drawer 3 is pulled out, and the drawer assembly cannot be inclined.
In addition, the drawer assembly 100 further includes a reinforcing iron 5 and an adaptor 6, the reinforcing iron 5 is used for fixing the first bracket 21 to the drawer door 1, the reinforcing iron 5 includes a first fixing portion fixed to the drawer door 1 and a second fixing portion perpendicular to the first fixing portion and fixed to the bracket 2, and the adaptor 6 includes a third fixing portion fixed to the second fixing portion and a fastening portion configured to be fastened above the first bracket 21. When the rotating shaft 24 is connected with the first bracket 21 and the bottom frame 23, the rotating shaft penetrates through at least one of the second fixing part and the third fixing part, and fixing strength is enhanced.
The drawer 3 comprises a first drawer 31 fixed on the first bracket 21 and a second drawer 32 fixed on the second bracket 22. The first holding portion 311 is disposed at the first bottom of the first drawer 31 and is clamped on the first support 21, and the second holding portion 321 is disposed at the bottom of the second drawer 32 and is clamped on the second support 22, so as to facilitate assembly and disassembly.
The first drawer 31 moves with the first support 21, and the second support 22 moves with the second support 22. When the articles in the first drawer 31 only need to be taken and placed, the top end of the drawer door 1 is rotated outwards and downwards, and the first support 21 rotates relative to the bottom frame 23 and drives the first drawer 31 to rotate outwards and open, so that the articles in the first drawer 31 can be taken and placed; and at this time, the second drawer 32 is still positioned in the box body, so that cold leakage cannot be caused. When articles in the second drawer 32 need to be taken out and taken out simultaneously, the drawer door 1 is pulled outwards horizontally, the first support 21 and the second support 22 are pulled outwards simultaneously, the first drawer 31 and the second drawer 32 are driven to be pulled outwards, and at the moment, the articles in the second drawer 32 can be taken out and taken out.
