Abstract

The invention discloses a drawer push-pull structure projector and an assembly method thereof. Most devices are attached and locked on the bottom shell module, and the upper shell module is pushed from outside to inside in parallel with the bottom shell module. The bottom shell module is provided with a sliding rail groove and a limiting mechanism, the upper shell module is provided with a boss, the boss slides from outside to inside in the sliding rail groove, and when the upper shell module slides to be completely and tightly buckled with the bottom shell module, the limiting mechanism forces the upper shell module to stop sliding. As shown in fig. 2, the bottom shell module 2 includes a main board 21, a slide rail groove 22, fixing bone position grooves 23, screw holes 24 and a bottom shell 25, the main board 21 is attached to the bottom shell 25 by screws, the slide rail groove 22 is symmetrically arranged at the middle position of the left side and the right side of the bottom shell 25, the fixing bone position grooves 23 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom end positions of the left side and the right side of the bottom shell 25, and the screw holes 24 are arranged at the front end of the bottom shell.

3) The fixing screw 4 passes through the screw hole 24 of the bottom shell module 2 and is additionally locked on the fixing screw 4 column of the upper shell module 1, so that the upper shell module 1 and the bottom shell module 2 are tightly matched together, and the assembly is completed, and the whole assembly is shown in fig. 6.

8. The drawer push-pull projector of claim 7 wherein the handle screw is a T, quincuncial or claw butterfly adjustable hand screw.
9. A method of assembling a drawer-push-pull projector as set forth in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, vertically laying down an upper shell module parallel to a bottom shell module, enabling a boss of the upper shell module to pass through between slide rail grooves of the bottom shell module in the laying process, and then tightly matching the boss with a lower rail of the slide rail grooves, wherein the upper shell module cannot continuously move vertically downwards;
s2, pushing the upper shell module from back to front in parallel with the bottom shell module, wherein when the fixed bone position of the upper shell module is tightly matched with the fixed bone position groove of the bottom shell module, the upper shell module stops moving forwards due to the limit of the bone position;
