本发明公开了一种水冷螺杆式冷水机组,包括水冷机组壳体(1)、轴流风扇(2)、电机(3)、翅片式换热器(4)、电控柜(5)、膨胀阀(6)、半密闭螺杆式压缩机(7)、气液分离器(8)、低压回气管(9)、高压排气管(10)、壳管式换热器(11)、冷冻水进口(12)和冷冻水出口(13),水冷机组壳体顶部设有轴流风扇,轴流风扇与电机相连,水冷机组壳体上部设有翅片式换热器,水冷机组壳体下部一侧设有电控柜,电控柜一侧设有半密闭螺杆式压缩机、气液分离器和壳管式换热器,半密闭螺杆式压缩机两端分别通过高压排气管和低压回气管与翅片式换热器、壳管式换热器相连。本发明采用水冷螺杆式冷水机组,结构设计合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷水机组技术领域,具体涉及一种水冷螺杆式冷水机组。
背景技术
水冷螺杆式冷水机可广泛应用于商场、酒店、学校、银行、会堂、医院等地方。目前,现有的水冷螺杆式冷水机组存在结构设计不合理。因此,亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种新的水冷螺杆式冷水机组。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种水冷螺杆式冷水机组。
其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水冷螺杆式冷水机组,它包括水冷机组壳体、轴流风扇、电机、翅片式换热器、电控柜、膨胀阀、半密闭螺杆式压缩机、气液分离器、低压回气管、高压排气管、壳管式换热器、冷冻水进口和冷冻水出口,所述水冷机组壳体顶部并列设有至少二个轴流风扇,所述轴流风扇与电机相连,所述水冷机组壳体上部设有翅片式换热器,所述翅片式换热器与轴流风扇相对设置,所述水冷机组壳体下部一侧设有电控柜,所述电控柜一侧设有半密闭螺杆式压缩机、气液分离器和壳管式换热器,所述半密闭螺杆式压缩机两端分别通过高压排气管和低压回气管与翅片式换热器、壳管式换热器相连,所述翅片式换热器和壳管式换热器之间通过膨胀阀及气液分离器相连接,所述水冷机组壳体一侧下部还设有冷冻水进口和冷冻水出口。
作为本发明更进一步的技术改进,所述水冷机组壳体为不锈钢材料制成。
作为本发明更进一步的技术改进,所述电机为变频电机。
本发明的有益效果为:采用水冷螺杆式冷水机组,水冷机组壳体顶部并列设有至少二个轴流风扇,轴流风扇与电机相连,水冷机组壳体上部设有翅片式换热器,翅片式换热器与轴流风扇相对设置,水冷机组壳体下部一侧设有电控柜,电控柜一侧设有半密闭螺杆式压缩机、气液分离器和壳管式换热器,半密闭螺杆式压缩机两端分别通过高压排气管和低压回气管与翅片式换热器、壳管式换热器相连,翅片式换热器和壳管式换热器之间通过膨胀阀及气液分离器相连接,水冷机组壳体一侧下部还设有冷冻水进口和冷冻水出口,结构设计合理;采用半密闭螺杆式压缩机,具有运行平稳可靠、高效率低故障、维修方便等优点;电机为变频电机,可根据水冷螺杆式冷水机组工作需要,通过电机控制轴流风机的转速。

如图1所示,一种水冷螺杆式冷水机组,它包括水冷机组壳体1、轴流风扇2、电机3、翅片式换热器4、电控柜5、膨胀阀6、半密闭螺杆式压缩机7、气液分离器8、低压回气管9、高压排气管10、壳管式换热器11、冷冻水进口12和冷冻水出口13,所述水冷机组壳体1顶部并列设有至少二个轴流风扇2,所述轴流风扇2与电机3相连,所述水冷机组壳体1上部设有翅片式换热器4,所述翅片式换热器4与轴流风扇2相对设置,所述水冷机组壳体1下部一侧设有电控柜5,所述电控柜5一侧设有半密闭螺杆式压缩机7、气液分离器8和壳管式换热器11,所述半密闭螺杆式压缩机7两端分别通过高压排气管10和低压回气管9与翅片式换热器4、壳管式换热器11相连,所述翅片式换热器4和壳管式换热器11之间通过膨胀阀6及气液分离器8相连接,所述水冷机组壳体1一侧下部还设有冷冻水进口12和冷冻水出口13。
所述水冷机组壳体1为不锈钢材料制成。所述电机3为变频电机。

1.一种水冷螺杆式冷水机组,其特征在于:它包括水冷机组壳体(1)、轴流风扇(2)、电机(3)、翅片式换热器(4)、电控柜(5)、膨胀阀(6)、半密闭螺杆式压缩机(7)、气液分离器(8)、低压回气管(9)、高压排气管(10)、壳管式换热器(11)、冷冻水进口(12)和冷冻水出口(13),所述水冷机组壳体(1)顶部并列设有至少二个轴流风扇(2),所述轴流风扇(2)与电机(3)相连,所述水冷机组壳体(1)上部设有翅片式换热器(4),所述翅片式换热器(4)与轴流风扇(2)相对设置,所述水冷机组壳体(1)下部一侧设有电控柜(5),所述电控柜(5)一侧设有半密闭螺杆式压缩机(7)、气液分离器(8)和壳管式换热器(11),所述半密闭螺杆式压缩机(7)两端分别通过高压排气管(10)和低压回气管(9)与翅片式换热器(4)、壳管式换热器(11)相连,所述翅片式换热器(4)和壳管式换热器(11)之间通过膨胀阀(6)及气液分离器(8)相连接,所述水冷机组壳体(1)一侧下部还设有冷冻水进口(12)和冷冻水出口(13)。
