本发明公开了一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,包括机体,所述机体的内部设有进气斗,所述进气斗固定连接在机体的内壁上,所述机体的内部设有安装板,所述安装板的两端固定连接在机体的内壁上,所述进气斗内设有固定环,所述固定环的下端固定连接在进气斗的内壁上,所述固定环的上端固定连接在安装板的下端,所述固定环相对的内壁均设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有导向杆,所述导向杆的两端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上,所述导向杆上套设有有圆筒,所述圆筒上套接有活动块,所述活动块与圆筒活动连接,所述圆筒的两端设有限位盘。本发明结构设计合理,操作简单,不仅可以净化空气,还可以有效的去除空气中的细菌。

一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及家电技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。空气净化器的滤网技术主要是指采取HEPA(High efficiency particulate air Filter,高效空气过滤器)滤网或活性炭滤网来过滤空气中的污染物,可是两种滤网都有各自的优缺点,HEPA滤网的优点是有效安全,是去除空气中颗粒污染物的最主要技术,但缺点是只能滤除悬浮微粒、无法滤除有害气体。使用HEPA滤网的空气净化器要有良好的气密设计,否则空气会绕过滤网而失去过滤效果。而活性炭是一种疏松多孔物质,其发达的空隙结构使它具有很大的表面积,所以很容易吸附易挥发有机大分子物质,如笨、甲苯等,并且还负载冷触媒技术,用于甲醛等有毒气体的催化分解。
目前市面上空气净化器的种类繁多,可是净化的效果却难以达到人们的期望,主要是这些净化器能过滤的空气中污染物的种类有限,而且室内的空气还含有各种细菌,细菌很难被杀死,过滤效果达不到人们的期望,所以急需一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,其操作简单,不仅可以净化空气,还可以有效的去除空气中的细菌。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,包括机体,所述机体的内部设有进气斗,所述进气斗固定连接在机体的内壁上,所述机体的内部设有安装板,所述安装板的两端固定连接在机体的内壁上,所述进气斗内设有固定环,所述固定环的下端固定连接在进气斗的内壁上,所述固定环的上端固定连接在安装板的下端,所述固定环相对的内壁均设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有导向杆,所述导向杆的两端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上,所述导向杆上套设有有圆筒,所述圆筒上套接有活动块,所述活动块与圆筒活动连接,所述圆筒的两端设有限位盘,两个所述活动块之间设有净化滤芯,所述净化滤芯的两端固定连接在活动块的侧壁上,所述进气斗的内壁设有设有紫外线灯,所述进气斗的下端设有吸风机,所述机体的相对内壁设有通风口,两个所述通风口位于吸风机的两侧,所述通风口内设有散热装置。
优选地,所述圆筒位于活动块与限位盘之间的部分套设有弹簧,所述导向杆位于装置腔内壁与限位盘之间的部分套设有弹簧。
优选地,所述散热装置包括固定在通风口内壁的散热网,所述散热网的侧壁固定连接有第一散热片和第二散热片,所述第二散热片的长度大于第一散热片的长度。
优选地,所述净化滤芯包括面布层、活性炭层和纳米银离子层,所述面布层、活性炭层和纳米银离子层从上到下依次设置。
优选地,所述机体的上端进风口,所述进风口内设有防尘网。
本发明中,使用时,打开吸风机的开关,在吸风机的作用下室内空气从进风口进入机体内,然后空气进入进气斗,依次经过面布层、活性炭层和纳米银离子层,空气经过面布层出去空气中的大颗粒物质,活性炭层可以除去空气中的异味和微小颗粒,纳米银离子层可以有效的杀死空气中的细菌,同时紫外线灯可以使杀菌的效率更高。本发明结构设计合理,操作简单,不仅可以净化空气,还可以有效的去除空气中的细菌。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,包括机体1,机体1的内部设有进气斗5,使用时,打开吸风机11的开关,在吸风机11的作用下室内空气从进风口7进入机体1内,然后空气进入进气斗5,进气斗5固定连接在机体1的内壁上,机体1的内部设有安装板12,安装板12的两端固定连接在机体1的内壁上,进气斗5内设有固定环6,固定环6的下端固定连接在进气斗5的内壁上,固定环6的上端固定连接在安装板12的下端,固定环6相对的内壁均设有导向槽,导向槽内设有导向杆15,导向杆15的两端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上,导向杆15上套设有有圆筒13,圆筒13上套接有活动块14,活动块14与圆筒13活动连接,圆筒13的两端设有限位盘,两个活动块14之间设有净化滤芯,净化滤芯的两端固定连接在活动块14的侧壁上,依次经过面布层8、活性炭层9和纳米银离子层10,空气经过面布层8出去空气中的大颗粒物质,活性炭层9可以除去空气中的异味和微小颗粒,纳米银离子层10可以有效的杀死空气中的细菌,进气斗5的内壁设有设有紫外线灯4,同时紫外线灯4可以使杀菌的效率更高进气斗5的下端设有吸风机11,机体1的相对内壁设有通风口,两个通风口位于吸风机11的两侧,通风口内设有散热装置。
本发明中,圆筒13位于活动块14与限位盘之间的部分套设有弹簧,导向杆15位于装置腔内壁与限位盘之间的部分套设有弹簧,散热装置包括固定在通风口内壁的散热网2,散热网2的侧壁固定连接有第一散热片3和第二散热片16,第二散热片16的长度大于第一散热片3的长度,净化滤芯包括面布层8、活性炭层9和纳米银离子层 10,面布层8、活性炭层9和纳米银离子层10从上到下依次设置,机体1的上端进风口7,进风口7内设有防尘网。
本发明中,使用时,打开吸风机11的开关,在吸风机11的作用下室内空气从进风口7进入机体1内,然后空气进入进气斗5,依次经过面布层8、活性炭层9和纳米银离子层10,空气经过面布层8出去空气中的大颗粒物质,活性炭层9可以除去空气中的异味和微小颗粒,纳米银离子层10可以有效的杀死空气中的细菌,同时紫外线灯 4可以使杀菌的效率更高。

1.一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,包括机体(1),其特征在于,所述机体(1)的内部设有进气斗(5),所述进气斗(5)固定连接在机体(1)的内壁上,所述机体(1)的内部设有安装板(12),所述安装板(12)的两端固定连接在机体(1)的内壁上,所述进气斗(5)内设有固定环(6),所述固定环(6)的下端固定连接在进气斗(5)的内壁上,所述固定环(6)的上端固定连接在安装板(12)的下端,所述固定环(6)相对的内壁均设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有导向杆(15),所述导向杆(15)的两端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上,所述导向杆(15)上套设有有圆筒(13),所述圆筒(13)上套接有活动块(14),所述活动块(14)与圆筒(13)活动连接,所述圆筒(13)的两端设有限位盘,两个所述活动块(14)之间设有净化滤芯,所述净化滤芯的两端固定连接在活动块(14)的侧壁上,所述进气斗(5)的内壁设有设有紫外线灯(4),所述进气斗(5)的下端设有吸风机(11),所述机体(1)的相对内壁设有通风口,两个所述通风口位于吸风机(11)的两侧,所述通风口内设有散热装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述圆筒(13)位于活动块(14)与限位盘之间的部分套设有弹簧,所述导向杆(15)位于装置腔内壁与限位盘之间的部分套设有弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述散热装置包括固定在通风口内壁的散热网(2),所述散热网(2)的侧壁固定连接有第一散热片(3)和第二散热片(16),所述第二散热片(16)的长度大于第一散热片(3)的长度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述净化滤芯包括面布层(8)、活性炭层(9)和纳米银离子层(10),所述面布层(8)、活性炭层(9)和纳米银离子层(10)从上到下依次设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌功能的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述机体(1)的上端进风口(7),所述进风口(7)内设有防尘网。
