本发明提供一种空气压缩机,包括主体、把手、支架、阀门和气管接头;所述支架焊接固定在所述主体下端;所述把手用螺钉固定在所述主体两侧;所述阀门安装在所述主体上端,并与所述主体的气泵连接;所述气管接头转动连接的设置在所述阀门上端。本发明结构简单,安装方便,机器工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气压缩机。
背景技术
空气压缩机是工业现代化的基础产品,常说的电气与自动化里就有全气动的含义。由电动机直接驱动压缩机,使曲轴产生旋转运动,带动连杆使活塞产生往复运动,引起气缸容积变化。由于气缸内压力的变化,通过进气阀使空气经过空气滤清器(消声器)进入气缸,在压缩行程中,由于气缸容积的缩小,压缩空气经过排气阀的作用,经排气管,单向阀(止回阀)进入储气罐,当排气压力达到额定压力0.7MPa时由压力开关控制而自动停机。当储气罐压力降至0.5--0.6MPa时压力开关自动联接启动。现有的空气压缩机工作效率低。

本发明要解决的问题是提供一种空气压缩机,以克服现有技术中工作效率低的缺陷。

为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种空气压缩机,包括主体、把手、支架、阀门和气管接头;所述支架焊接固定在所述主体下端;所述把手用螺钉固定在所述主体两侧;所述阀门安装在所述主体上端,并与所述主体的气泵连接;所述气管接头转动连接的设置在所述阀门上端。
进一步,所述把手上设置有防滑套。
进一步,所述支架下端设置有减震垫圈。
(三)有益效果
本发明的空气压缩机,结构简单,安装方便,机器工作效率高。

如图1所示,本发明的一种空气压缩机,包括主体1、把手2、支架3、阀门4和气管接头5;所述支架3焊接固定在所述主体1下端;所述把手2用螺钉固定在所述主体1两侧;所述阀门4安装在所述主体1上端,并与所述主体1的气泵连接;所述气管接头5转动连接的设置在所述阀门4上端。
所述把手2上设置有防滑套。所述支架3下端设置有减震垫圈6。
本发明的空气压缩机,结构简单,安装方便,机器工作效率高。
