Abstract

本发明提供一种电磁热动力装置,装有曲轴的箱体外侧连接加热气缸,该加热气缸内装的热气缸活塞通过连杆与曲轴连接;曲轴连接有起动轮,加热气缸的空气室外周装有电磁线圈,在加热气缸尾部外侧横向呈90°连接冷却气缸,冷却气缸外周分布有散热翅片,加热气缸与冷却气缸之间的空气室通过通道通连;冷却气缸内的冷气缸活塞设置连杆通过曲杆再经连杆与曲轴连接。由此构成的动力装置,采用了斯特林发动机原理,运行时,电加热加热气缸内空气使之压缩到冷却气缸内冷却空气后,再压缩到加热气缸内,如此反复自动循环带动曲轴产生动力。

本发明涉及一种动力装置,具体的说是一种电磁热动力装置。
背景技术
现在所有动力装置都是通过能源驱动产生动力的,这种消耗能源产生动力的装置,由于资源的逐步减少,使之发展受到了限制,当前节能环保已成为科技发展的重点,寻求新的能源和其它物理作用的动力装置更是重中之重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于充分利用物理作用和借助斯特林发动机原理,提供一种电磁热动力装置,可在电磁加热情况下,产生动力运行。
本发明包括曲轴,所采用的技术方案在于:装有曲轴的箱体外侧连接加热气缸,该加热气缸内装的热气缸活塞通过连杆与曲轴连接;曲轴连接有起动轮,加热气缸的空气室外周装有电磁线圈,在加热气缸尾部外侧横向呈900连接冷却气缸,冷却气缸外周分布有散热翅片,加热气缸与冷却气缸之间的空气室通过通道通连;冷却气缸内的冷气缸活塞设置连杆通过曲杆再经连杆与曲轴连接。
本发明具有如下优势效果:通过本技术方案,由于在借助斯特林发动机原理的基础上,充分利用物理作用,所构成的动力装置运行时,先通过起动轮带动曲轴旋转,再通过电磁加热的作用,使加热气缸内的空气加热产生膨胀压缩到冷却气缸内散热冷却,再压缩到加热气缸内再次加热,如此反复循环压缩,再带动曲轴运行产生动力,由此解决了现在各种动力装置必须消耗能源才能产生动力的问题,设计科学,有利节能环保。

具体实施方式
图1所示:装有曲轴2的箱体1外侧连接加热气缸4,该加热气缸4内装的热气缸活塞5通过连杆11与曲轴2连接;曲轴2连接有起动轮3,加热气缸4的空气室外周装有电磁线圈6,在加热气缸4尾部外侧横向呈900连接冷却气缸7,冷却气缸7外周分布有散热翅片10,加热气缸4与冷却气缸7之间的空气室通过通道9通连;冷却气缸7内的冷气缸活塞8设置连杆11通过曲杆12再经连杆11与曲轴2连接。
本发明充分利用斯特林发动机的工作原理,采用电磁线圈6在加热气缸4外部加热可瞬间将内部空气加热至400~900℃使与之通连的冷却气缸7两个活塞往复运动的方式,工作状态时,先旋转起动轮3让曲轴2启动,再经电磁线圈6加热加热气缸4,让空部空气产生膨胀而驱动热气缸活塞5将热空气压缩到冷却气缸7内经散热翅片10散热冷却,再自动压缩到加热气缸4内,如此反复加热与冷却即产生往复运动,达到驱动曲轴2产生动力的目的,这种冷热往复压缩运行的自然方式属斯特林发动机原理。

1.一种电磁热动力装置,包括曲轴(2),其特征在于:装有曲轴(2)的箱体(1)外侧连接加热气缸(4),该加热气缸(4)内装的热气缸活塞(5)通过连杆(11)与曲轴(2)连接;曲轴(2)连接有起动轮(3),加热气缸(4)的空气室外周装有电磁线圈(6),在加热气缸(4)尾部外侧横向呈90°连接冷却气缸(7),冷却气缸(7)外周分布有散热翅片(10),加热气缸(4)与冷却气缸(7)之间的空气室通过通道(9)通连;冷却气缸(7)内的冷气缸活塞(8)设置连杆(11)通过曲杆(12)再经连杆(11)与曲轴(2)连接。
