本发明公开了一种可360°旋转的窗户,包括外框、至少两个并列设置的内框;所述并列设置的内框与外框的内缘楔合;所述内框的中心竖直固定设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴的两端穿透所述外框,所述外框上设置有与所述旋转轴的两端分别对应配合的轴承,所述旋转轴的底端设置有蜗轮;所述外框的下方设置有一对轴承座,一对所述轴承座的轴承上设置有与所述蜗轮螺纹连接的蜗杆;所述蜗杆的两端设置有链轮,所述链轮上设置有链条。本发明可远距离开关窗户,且内框可360度旋转方便擦洗并带有自锁功能。

Description

可360°旋转的窗户
技术领域
本发明涉及窗户,特别是一种可360°旋转的窗户。
背景技术
窗户作为建筑中不可或缺的一部分,其可为室内起到通风透光的作用。
然而,传统的窗户存在如下缺点:
1)现有的一些高处的窗户在开关时需要借助梯子等工具,十分不方便,而且具有一定的危险性;
2)窗户容易受外面风力影响,不稳定;
3)在擦洗窗户时只能擦到内侧玻璃,而外侧玻璃无法擦到。
发明内容
基于此,针对上述问题,有必要提出一种可360°旋转的窗户,其可远距离开关窗户,且内框可360度旋转方便擦洗并带有自锁功能。
本发明的技术方案是:一种可360°旋转的窗户,包括外框、至少两个并列设置的内框;所述并列设置的内框与外框的内缘楔合;所述内框的中心竖直固定设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴的两端穿透所述外框,所述外框上设置有与所述旋转轴的两端分别对应配合的轴承,所述旋转轴的底端设置有蜗轮;所述外框的下方设置有一对轴承座,一对所述轴承座的轴承上设置有与所述蜗轮螺纹连接的蜗杆;所述蜗杆的两端设置有链轮,所述链轮上设置有链条。
只需要站在平地上拉动链条带动蜗杆,通过蜗杆驱动蜗轮,然后蜗轮带动旋转轴就可以实现窗户的开关,实用而简单。
蜗杆蜗轮的传动稳定可靠,具有自锁的特性,也就是说蜗杆可以带动涡轮,而蜗轮无法带动蜗杆,这样外面的风就无法带动窗户了,更加安全可靠。
蜗杆蜗轮可带动窗户360°旋转,这样通过转动便可以擦到窗户内外两侧的玻璃了,而且因为蜗杆蜗轮的自锁功能,在擦洗窗户时不用担心窗户会转动。
使用多个并列设置的内框可避免使用单一内框时对空间过多的占用,节省空间。
优选地,所述内框的两竖直边框外侧设置有第一弧面,所述外框的两竖直边框内侧设置有与第一弧面对应的第二弧面。
采用相互配合的第一弧面和第二弧面,可避免在内框转动时与外框产生磕碰。
优选地,所述外框和内框之间设置有套设于旋转轴上的阻尼摩擦环。
使用阻尼摩擦环后可使外框和内框之间的旋转平缓,防止旋转过于猛烈从而对蜗轮、螺杆或其它接触部位造成损伤。
优选地,该可360°旋转的窗户还包括控制器,所述蜗杆的两端还设置有驱动蜗杆的伺服电机,所述控制器的信号输出端连接所述伺服电机的信号输入端。
可通过操作控制器控制伺服电机驱动蜗杆来开关窗户,节省人力。
优选地,所述控制器还包括无线模块,所述无线模块包括红外模块或蓝牙模块或WIFI模块或2G/3G/4G模块中至少一种。
控制器配备无线模块后,可通过遥控器或手机APP对窗户进行远程操控。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、只需要站在平地上拉动链条带动蜗杆,通过蜗杆驱动蜗轮,然后蜗轮带动旋转轴就可以实现窗户的开关,实用而简单;
2、蜗杆蜗轮的传动稳定可靠,具有自锁的特性,也就是说蜗杆可以带动涡轮,而蜗轮无法带动蜗杆,这样外面的风就无法带动窗户了,更加安全可靠;
3、蜗杆蜗轮可带动窗户360°旋转,这样通过转动便可以擦到窗户内外两侧的玻璃了,而且因为蜗杆蜗轮的自锁功能,在擦洗窗户时不用担心窗户会转动;

如图1所示,一种可360°旋转的窗户,包括外框100、至少两个并列设置的内框200;所述并列设置的内框200与外框100的内缘楔合;所述内框200的中心竖直固定设置有旋转轴300,所述旋转轴300的两端穿透所述外框100,所述外框100上设置有与所述旋转轴300的两端分别对应配合的轴承400,所述旋转轴300的底端设置有蜗轮500;所述外框100的下方设置有一对轴承座700,一对所述轴承座700的轴承上设置有与所述蜗轮500螺纹连接的蜗杆600;所述蜗杆600的两端设置有链轮800,所述链轮800上设置有链条900。

本实施例在实施例1的基础上:
所述内框200的两竖直边框外侧设置有第一弧面201,所述外框100的两竖直边框内侧设置有与第一弧面201对应的第二弧面101。

所述外框100和内框200之间设置有套设于旋转轴300上的阻尼摩擦环。

1.一种可360°旋转的窗户,其特征在于,包括外框、至少两个并列设置的内框;所述并列设置的内框与外框的内缘楔合;所述内框的中心竖直固定设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴的两端穿透所述外框,所述外框上设置有与所述旋转轴的两端分别对应配合的轴承,所述旋转轴的底端设置有蜗轮;所述外框的下方设置有一对轴承座,一对所述轴承座上设置有与所述蜗轮螺纹连接的蜗杆;所述蜗杆的两端设置有链轮,所述链轮上设置有链条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可360°旋转的窗户,其特征在于,所述内框的两竖直边框外侧设置有第一弧面,所述外框的两竖直边框内侧设置有与第一弧面对应的第二弧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可360°旋转的窗户,其特征在于,所述外框和内框之间设置有套设于旋转轴上的阻尼摩擦环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可360°旋转的窗户,其特征在于,该可360°旋转的窗户还包括控制器,所述蜗杆的两端还设置有驱动蜗杆的伺服电机,所述控制器的信号输出端连接所述伺服电机的信号输入端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可360°旋转的窗户,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括无线模块,所述无线模块包括红外模块或蓝牙模块或WIFI模块或2G/3G/4G模块中至少一种。
