一种消音墙体型材结构,涉及一种墙体型材,在方管(9)的前部面设有至少一根球拍状凸起卡条(4);面部减音板(6)的背部面上设有凸起的“C”形槽(5);多根背部型材(1)一侧的突出面(11)与相邻背部型材的凹槽(8)卡接,在每一背部型材的球拍状凸起卡条卡接一根面部减音板的“C”形槽,所述面部减音板的板体(13)一侧设有双凸起角(14),板体另一侧设有单凸起角(15),板体一侧的双凸起角卡在相邻板体另一侧的单凸起角上;在两两球拍状凸起卡条之间的腔体内设有海绵条(3);本发明利用面部减音板与面部减音板之间的间隙吸纳低频噪音,海绵条将进入两两球拍状凸起卡条之间声音吸纳。

一种消音墙体型材结构
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种墙体型材,尤其是涉及一种消音墙体型材结构。
【背景技术】
已知的,随着城市新建小区大量的高楼出现,或新城区以及旧城改造中大量建设的商住两用楼,配套设施的变压器、水泵、中央空调分机、暖气增压泵等也大量使用,这些设备部分设置在楼层的机房内,震动可采取设置减震支座来减轻振幅,但声音无法处理,尤其是在夜深人静时,对睡眠质量不高的人来说影响极大,因为这些设备所发出的大部分是低频噪音,低频噪音与高频噪音的不同主要在于,高频噪音随着距离越远或遭遇障碍物,能迅速衰减,如高频噪音的点声源,每10米距离就能下降6分贝。而低频噪音却递减得很慢,声波又较长,能轻易穿越障碍物,长距离奔袭和穿墙透壁直入人耳,所以低频噪音的振幅最强,对人的健康危害最重。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开一种消音墙体型材结构,利用面部减音板与面部减音板之间的间隙吸纳低频噪音,海绵条将进入两两球拍状凸起卡条之间声音吸纳。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种消音墙体型材结构,包括背部型材、面部减音板和海绵条,在背部型材方管的一侧设有突出面,所述背部型材方管的另一侧设有凹槽,在所述方管的前部面设有至少一根球拍状凸起卡条;面部减音板的背部面上设有凸起的“C”形槽;多根背部型材一侧的突出面与相邻背部型材的凹槽卡接,在每一背部型材的球拍状凸起卡条卡接一根面部减音板的“C”形槽,所述面部减音板的板体一侧设有双凸起角,板体另一侧设有单凸起角,板体一侧的双凸起角卡在相邻板体另一侧的单凸起角上;在两两球拍状凸起卡条之间的腔体内设有海绵条。
所述的消音墙体型材结构,在背部型材的背部面上设有锯齿状凸起面。
所述的消音墙体型材结构,在方管一侧设置的突出面上下端分别设有凸起条,所述背部型材方管的另一侧设有凹槽,在靠近凹槽底部的立板上下两端分别设有凹陷槽,多根背部型材一侧的突出面的两凸起条与相邻背部型材的凹槽中的凹陷槽卡接。
所述的消音墙体型材结构,在背部型材方管的立板上设有凹陷面,所述凹陷面中设有玻璃胶,由玻璃胶将立板与相邻的背部型材突出面粘接。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的消音墙体型材结构,利用面部减音板吸纳低频噪音,并通过海绵条将面部减音板的振幅化解;本发明有效的减轻了低频噪音对人的健康危害现象。

通过下面的实施例可以更详细的解释本发明,公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切变化和改进,本发明并不局限于下面的实施例;
结合附图1~4所述的消音墙体型材结构,包括背部型材1、面部减音板6和海绵条3,在背部型材1的背部面上设有锯齿状凸起面16,在背部型材1方管9一侧设置的突出面11上下端分别设有凸起条12,所述背部型材1方管9的另一侧设有凹槽8,在靠近凹槽8底部的立板17上下两端分别设有凹陷槽7,在背部型材1方管9的立板17上设有凹陷面10,在所述方管9的前部面设有至少一根球拍状凸起卡条4;面部减音板6的背部面上设有凸起的“C”形槽5;多根背部型材1一侧的突出面11的两凸起条12与相邻背部型材1的凹槽8中的凹陷槽7卡接,所述凹陷面10中设有玻璃胶2,由玻璃胶2将立板17与相邻的背部型材1突出面11粘接;在每一背部型材1的球拍状凸起卡条4卡接一根面部减音板6的“C”形槽5,所述面部减音板6的板体13一侧设有双凸起角14,板体13另一侧设有单凸起角15,板体13一侧的双凸起角14卡在相邻板体13另一侧的单凸起角15上;在两两球拍状凸起卡条4之间的腔体内设有海绵条3。
实施本发明所述的消音墙体型材结构,使用时,将多根背部型材1的立板17凹陷面10上分别涂抹玻璃胶后串联形成板体,然后将面部减音板6“C”形槽5穿在多根背部型材1形成的板体的一侧第一根球拍状凸起卡条4上,然后在靠近“C”形槽5处放入海绵条3,再将第二根面部减音板6的“C”形槽5套在第二根球拍状凸起卡条4上,而后在靠近“C”形槽5处放入海绵条3… …以此类推,当全部组合完成后,在多根背部型材1形成的板体背面的锯齿状凸起面16上涂抹粘胶后与高楼的变压器、水泵、中央空调分机、暖气增压泵机房的墙壁粘接。
本发明未详述部分为现有技术。

1.一种消音墙体型材结构,包括背部型材(1)、面部减音板(6)和海绵条(3),其特征是:在背部型材(1)方管(9)的一侧设有突出面(11),所述背部型材(1)方管(9)的另一侧设有凹槽(8),在所述方管(9)的前部面设有至少一根球拍状凸起卡条(4);面部减音板(6)的背部面上设有凸起的“C”形槽(5);多根背部型材(1)一侧的突出面(11)与相邻背部型材(1)的凹槽(8)卡接,在每一背部型材(1)的球拍状凸起卡条(4)卡接一根面部减音板(6)的“C”形槽(5),所述面部减音板(6)的板体(13)一侧设有双凸起角(14),板体(13)另一侧设有单凸起角(15),板体(13)一侧的双凸起角(14)卡在相邻板体(13)另一侧的单凸起角(15)上;在两两球拍状凸起卡条(4)之间的腔体内设有海绵条(3);在方管(9)一侧设置的突出面(11)上下端分别设有凸起条(12),所述背部型材(1)方管(9)的另一侧设有凹槽(8),在靠近凹槽(8)底部的立板(17)上下两端分别设有凹陷槽(7),多根背部型材(1)一侧的突出面(11)的两凸起条(12)与相邻背部型材(1)的凹槽(8)中的凹陷槽(7)卡接;在背部型材(1)方管(9)的立板(17)上设有凹陷面(10),所述凹陷面(10)中设有玻璃胶(2),由玻璃胶(2)将立板(17)与相邻的背部型材(1)突出面(11)粘接。
