Abstract

本发明揭示了一种消音室的密封装置，所述消音室包括多块隔音墙体，其特征在于：所述密封装置设置在相邻的两块隔音墙体之间，并包括钢板和与所述钢板相配接的隔音件，所述钢板弯曲形成卡槽，所述隔音件收容于所述卡槽内。故而，通过在消音室的相邻隔音墙体之间设有密封装置，使得其整体的隔音效果更好，而且外形美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消音室，尤其涉及一种消音室的接缝处的密封装置。
背景技术
消音室目前被广泛应用在机械、电子以及医疗设备等产品上的声学测量，其可作为医疗测听诊断室、语言录音室、车间控制室或者噪声测量室。因此，消音室对密闭性能和声学特性的要求比较高。
现有消音室是由多块隔音墙体组装而成，该多块隔音墙体的连接处通常是直接对接，然后通过玻璃胶等进行连接，这样声音就容易穿透玻璃胶等连接件，使得隔音效果不理想，而且使得消音室的外形不够美观。故而，有必要提供对此进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷，提供一种消音室的密封装置，其能使得消音室的整体隔音效果更理想。
为实现上述发明目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：一种消音室的密封装置，所述消音室包括多块隔音墙体，其特征在于：所述密封装置设置在相邻的两块隔音墙体之间，并包括钢板和与所述钢板相配接的隔音件，所述钢板弯曲形成卡槽，所述隔音件收容于所述卡槽内。
此外，本发明还提出如下附属技术方案：
所述隔音件为橡胶条。
所述卡槽的数量为两个。
所述钢板在所述两个卡槽之间设有连接部，所述连接部上开设螺栓孔，螺栓穿过所述螺栓孔以将所述密封装置固定到所述隔音墙体上。
所述连接部与所述隔音墙体之间设有橡胶板。
相比于现有技术，本发明的优点在于：通过在消音室的相邻隔音墙体之间设有密封装置，使得其整体的隔音效果更好，而且外形美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例及其附图对本发明技术方案作进一步非限制性的详细说明。
参照图l，一种消音室包括多块隔音墙体l。在相邻的两块隔音墙体l之间设有密封装置设置3。所述密封装置3包括钢板5和与所述钢板5相配接的隔音件7。所述钢板5弯曲形成卡槽9，所述隔音件7收容于所述卡槽9内。
上述隔音件7为一种橡胶条，该橡胶条的形状与上述卡槽9相互适配。所述卡槽9的数量为两个。
此外，所述钢板5在所述两个卡槽9之间设有连接部10，所述连接部10上开设螺栓孔12，螺栓13穿过所述螺栓孔12以将所述密封装置3固定到所述隔音墙体l上。另外，所述连接部10与所述隔音墙体l之间还设有橡胶板15，以增强隔音效果。
可见，相比于现有技术，本发明通过在消音室的相邻隔音墙体l之间设有密封装置3，使得其整体的隔音效果更好，而且外形美观。
需要指出的是，上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点，其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施，并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种消音室的密封装置，所述消音室包括多块隔音墙体，其特征在于：所述密封装置设置在相邻的两块隔音墙体之间，并包括钢板和与所述钢板相配接的隔音件，所述钢板弯曲形成卡槽，所述隔音件收容于所述卡槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述消音室的密封装置，其特征在于：所述隔音件为橡胶条。
3.根据权利要求1所述消音室的密封装置，其特征在于：所述卡槽的数量为两个。
4.根据权利要求3所述消音室的密封装置，其特征在于：所述钢板在所述两个卡槽之间设有连接部，所述连接部上开设螺栓孔，螺栓穿过所述螺栓孔以将所述密封装置固定到所述隔音墙体上。
5.根据权利要求4所述消音室的密封装置，其特征在于：所述连接部与所述隔音墙体之间设有橡胶板。
