Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑物外墙保温板的粘接方法,本方法首先在钢板背面间隔设置若干钢钉、正面设置手柄,制成机械加工工具;采用该工具对保温板与墙体接触面涂抹胶粘剂的位置进行按压,使保温板在按压部位形成若干锥形小孔;将胶粘剂涂抹于保温板的按压部位,并轻轻按压,使胶粘剂深入若干锥形小孔内;将保温板粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面,待胶粘剂凝固后,若干锥形小孔内的胶粘剂固化成若干小胶钉,增大胶粘剂与保温板的接触面积,使保温板牢固粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面。本方法克服了传统保温板点胶粘接的缺陷,确保保温板与墙体的可靠粘接,避免保温板脱落,杜绝安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑物外墙保温板的粘接方法。
背景技术
目前,基于建筑节能环保设计要求, 一般在建筑物外墙设置保温层,而要保证保温层与墙体的粘接,主要采用保温板与墙体之间胶粘以及膨胀钉固定方法实现。依据施工规范,保温板与墙体的粘接面积需达到50%才能满足粘接强度的要求,但实际粘接施工时通常在保温板背面点胶进行粘接,因此往往无法满足对粘接面积的要求,经风吹、雨淋、日晒后保温板易脱落,并存在严重的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑物外墙保温板的粘接方法,本方法克服了传统保温板点胶粘接的缺陷,确保保温板与墙体的可靠粘接,避免保温板脱落,杜绝安全隐患。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明建筑物外墙保温板的粘接方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、选取与保温板面积匹配的钢板,钢板背面间隔设置若干钢钉、正面设置手柄,制成机械加工工具;
步骤二、采用机械加工工具对保温板与墙体接触面涂抹胶粘剂的位置进行按压,使保温板在按压部位形成若干锥形小孔;
步骤三、将胶粘剂涂抹于保温板的按压部位,并轻轻按压,使胶粘剂深入若干锥形小孔内;
步骤四、将保温板粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面,待胶粘剂凝固后,若干锥形小孔内的胶粘剂固化成若干小胶钉,增大胶粘剂与保温板的接触面积,使保温板牢固粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面。
进一步,所述机械加工工具的钢板长度、宽度和厚度分别为500mm、100mm和50mm,所述钢钉的长度为10mm。
进一步,所述机械加工工具的钢钉按排排列于钢板的背面。

实施例如图1所示,本发明建筑物外墙保温板的粘接方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、选取与保温板面积匹配的钢板1,钢板1背面间隔设置若干钢钉2、正面设置手柄3,制成机械加工工具;
步骤二、采用机械加工工具对保温板与墙体接触面涂抹胶粘剂的位置进行按压,使保温板在按压部位形成若干锥形小孔;
步骤三、将胶粘剂涂抹于保温板的按压部位,并轻轻按压,使胶粘剂深入若干锥形小孔内;
步骤四、将保温板粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面,待胶粘剂凝固后,若干锥形小孔内的胶粘剂固化成若干小胶钉,增大胶粘剂与保温板的接触面积,使保温板牢固粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面。
优选的,所述机械加工工具的钢板1长度、宽度和厚度分别为500mm、100mm和50mm,所述钢钉的长度为10mm。

本方法中的机械加工工具结构简单、制作方便、重量轻、携带使用方便,且易操作,提高了胶粘剂与保温板的接触面积,进而提高保温板与墙体的粘接强度。对于保温板粘接的有效性方面考虑,在平面粘接面积达到50%的同时,通过对保温板涂抹胶粘剂区域进行简单机械处理,使得胶粘剂固化后形成小胶钉,以增加胶粘剂与保温板的实际接触面积,以达到增加整体粘接面积的目的,从而保证了保温板与墙体粘结的可靠性。

1.一种建筑物外墙保温板的粘接方法,其特征在于本方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、选取与保温板面积匹配的钢板,钢板背面间隔设置若干钢钉、正面设置手柄,制成机械加工工具;
步骤二、采用机械加工工具对保温板与墙体接触面涂抹胶粘剂的位置进行按压,使保温板在按压部位形成若干锥形小孔;
步骤三、将胶粘剂涂抹于保温板的按压部位,并轻轻按压,使胶粘剂深入若干锥形小孔内;
步骤四、将保温板粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面,待胶粘剂凝固后,若干锥形小孔内的胶粘剂固化成若干小胶钉,增大胶粘剂与保温板的接触面积,使保温板牢固粘贴于建筑物外墙墙面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑物外墙保温板的粘接方法,其特征在于:所述机械加工工具的钢板长度、宽度和厚度分别为500mm、100mm和50mm,所述钢钉的长度为10mm。
