Abstract
本发明住宅失火应急避险逃生平台(摘要附图)通过在窗户外墙壁上固定角钢支架并敷设钢板作为应急避险平台,平台上设置可开关式护栏门以便在有登高消防车救援时开启以接受救援,窗户玻璃改为防火玻璃以阻止火苗或浓烟向平台上扩散。平台构造简单,坚固耐用,可在住宅失火人员被困时使受困人员免于火灾危害。

本发明涉及土木工程消防领域,具体是住宅失火避险逃生领域。
背景技术
家庭住宅一般可燃物较多,房间狭小且门洞面积较小,灭火器材不足,一旦失火,浓烟、火势扩散速度很快,抢救难度极大,逃生困难。
随着技术条件进步,登高消防车高度大幅提高,很多城市的登高消防车高度都提升到70-80m,从住宅楼外部救援难度大为降低。因此,可在住宅窗户外设置应急逃生平台并加装可开关式护栏门以在火情过大无法逃进楼道时在平台上紧急避险或取得外部登高消防车救援。
发明内容
本发明住宅失火应急避险逃生平台,构造简单,坚固耐用,可在住宅失火人员被困时使受困人员免于火灾危害,主要通过以下方案实现:
1.在窗户外墙壁上用穿墙螺栓固定角钢支架,支架上敷设钢板作为应急避险平台;
2.逃生平台上设置可开关式护栏门,护栏门平时及失火但无登高消防车救援时关闭以保证安全,有登高消防车救援时开启以便接受救援;
3.窗户玻璃改为防火玻璃以阻止火苗或浓烟向逃生平台上扩散。

具体实施方式
1.所有钢结构喷涂防锈防火涂料,所有钢材强度不低于Q325;
2.下角钢框架横、竖、斜角钢用M16螺栓连接,螺母紧固后焊接在螺栓上以免脱落,也可采用自紧螺栓;
3.下角钢框架竖角钢用穿墙螺栓(标号M16,长度根据墙厚设定)固定在墙壁外,每个框架用4个穿墙螺栓固定且螺母设在墙壁内,螺栓位置如附图2所示;
4.平台钢板用螺栓与下角钢框架横角钢栓接,每个横角钢配两个M16螺栓,螺栓位置如附图6所示,但纵向第1、第5个横角钢同时连接上角钢框架,所有螺母均设置在钢板上方以便检修;
5.上角钢框架用穿墙螺栓固定在墙壁外,两侧及顶部角钢均用3个M16螺栓穿墙固定,螺母设置在墙壁内;
6.两扇可开关式护栏门分别用3个100mm×60mm×1mm的合页与上角钢框架外侧角钢连接,合页直接焊接在角钢外侧,焊接位置如附图16所示,焊接强度不低于钢材本身强度;
7.上角钢框架上侧面、左侧面、右侧面内侧均焊接孔径100mm,丝径5mm的勾花网,两护栏门内侧均焊接孔径100mm,丝径5mm的勾花网,勾花网可替换为钢筋栅栏,但栏杆间距及强度应满足规范要求;
8.护栏门平时用两把锁锁定以保安全,住宅失火且有外部救援时打开以接受救援;
9.墙壁内部螺母及螺栓用水泥覆盖以隔热防锈;
10.窗户玻璃改为防火玻璃,并在外部设置把手以便受困人员在平台上关闭窗户,也可改为增设防火板材;
11.此平台可承担不超过300kg的受困人员,可满足一般家庭应急避险逃生需求,如人员总重超过300kg,可增设平台或增加结构强度;
12.平台应定期检修,如防锈要求较高,可选用不锈钢构件组合,但钢材强度不降低,防火涂料保留;
13.此平台适用于已建成住宅改造,新建住宅可将平台下角钢框架及钢板改为混凝土外挑板,外挑板配筋及混凝土标号应根据建筑物实际情况调整,上角钢框架及可开关式护栏门也可适当调整但应满足安全要求。

1.一种住宅失火应急避险逃生平台:在窗户外墙壁上用穿墙螺栓固定角钢支架并敷设钢板作为应急避险平台;平台上设置可开关式护栏门,无登高消防车救援时护栏门关闭以保安全,有登高消防车救援时开启以接受救援;窗户玻璃改为防火玻璃以阻止火苗或浓烟向平台上扩散,也可通过增设防火板实现;平台喷涂防锈防火涂料,防锈要求较高时可改用不锈钢构件;新建住宅楼可将支架及钢板改为混凝土外挑板,护栏也可调整但应满足安全要求。
2.根据权利要求1所述住宅失火应急避险逃生平台,其特征在于:在窗户外墙壁上固定角钢支架并敷设钢板作为应急避险平台。
3.根据权利要求1所述住宅失火应急避险逃生平台,其特征在于:平台上设置可开关式护栏门,无登高消防车救援时护栏门关闭以保安全,有登高消防车救援时开启以接受救援。
4.根据权利要求1所述住宅失火应急避险逃生平台,其特征在于:窗户玻璃改为防火玻璃以阻止火苗或浓烟向平台上扩散,也可通过增设防火板实现。
