一种婴幼儿用安全无毒害洗衣液,属于洗化用品技术领域。包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐20‑30份、蓖麻油1‑3份、阴离子型表面活性剂15‑20份、柠檬酸0.01‑0.05份、胍盐类杀菌剂0.1‑0.3份、蛋白酶0.5‑1.5份、淀粉酶1‑2份、酶稳定剂0.1‑0.3份、椰子油单乙醇酰胺1‑3份、氯化钠4‑7份、去离子水45‑55份。本发明去污力强,能够快速渗透到纤维深层,清除血渍、奶渍、尿渍和油污等顽垢;对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、白色念球菌等细菌、真菌有明显的抑杀作用;性质温和,PH 值6‑8,中性配方,不损伤衣物,对皮肤无刺激性,温和护手;产品适合清洗婴儿衣物、尿布、内衣裤和保暖内衣等贴身衣物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣液的组成,尤其是一种婴幼儿用安全无毒害洗衣液,属于洗化用品技术领域。
背景技术
以往,洗衣液主要用于衣物的洗涤,去除衣物上的污渍,保持衣物的干净亮洁;随着人们对健康、天然、环保理念的加强,洗衣液作为绿色、天然、易生物降解的洗涤产品而重新受到市场的关注;随着社会的发展,人们对衣物的洗涤不再只是简单的清洁去污,希望洗涤产品增加更多的功能。
婴幼儿的皮肤只有成年人的十分之一厚,抵御外界刺激的能力没有成人的完善,只有弱酸性的一层皮肤保护层,孩子的免疫系统尚未发育成熟,抵抗力较弱,因此婴幼儿的衣物不适合用普通洗衣粉清洗。普通洗衣粉的主要成分是十二烷基苯磺酸钠,这种烷基苯磺酸钠残留在给宝宝洗过的衣物上,对婴幼儿稚嫩的皮肤有明显的刺激作用,从而引起过敏反应,它进入人体后可以对人体的胃蛋白酶和淀粉酶等的活性有较大的抑制作用,特别是对于免疫力和抵抗力不高的婴幼儿危害则更大。
婴幼儿洗衣液和其它洗衣液有明显的区别,婴幼儿洗衣液应该主要是把无刺激、柔软度放在首位,去污的作用放在次位,因为大多数年轻妈妈在选择婴幼儿洗涤产品时,最看重的是洗涤产品对宝宝皮肤的无刺激性及对衣物的柔软度,其次才看去污性。而目前,市场上的婴幼儿洗衣液还是着重强调了去污能力,而忽视了柔软性和无刺激性。

本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可以有效地去污,无污染,无刺激,环保健康的婴幼儿用安全无毒害洗衣液。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种婴幼儿用安全无毒害洗衣液,其特征是,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐20-30份、蓖麻油1-3份、阴离子型表面活性剂15-20份、柠檬酸0.01-0.05份、胍盐类杀菌剂0.1-0.3份、蛋白酶0.5-1.5份、淀粉酶1-2份、酶稳定剂0.1-0.3份、椰子油单乙醇酰胺1-3份、氯化钠4-7份、去离子水45-55份。
所述阴离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或α-烯烃磺酸钠。
所述柠檬酸的PH值为5-7。
所述胍盐类杀菌剂为聚六亚甲基肌和聚六亚甲基双肌的盐酸盐、硫酸盐或磷酸盐。
本发明具有较高的技术含量、去污能力强,生产过程中便于添加多种成分,可有效避免高碱剂型对衣物和手部皮肤造成的损害;无磷配方和表面活性剂的运用更符合环保质量要求。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐有很好的发泡力和去污力,抗硬水能力强,水中溶解度大,对皮肤及眼睛的刺激性小。由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和氯乙酸钠反应制得。主要用于各种香波,溶液以及个人保护用品,特别适用于配制婴儿香波,也用作洗涤剂和工业用乳化剂、分散剂、发泡剂和润湿剂等。
环保型高分子聚合物杀菌消毒剂——聚六亚甲基胍,具有杀菌广谱;有效浓度低;作用速度快;性质稳定;易溶于水的优良性能;可在常温下使用;长期抑菌、无副作用;无腐蚀性;无色、无嗅;无毒;不燃、不爆、使用安全;价格适中;运输方便,可以说是最佳的杀菌剂。

本发明清洗衣服后可避免衣服领口及袖口处会出现发黄、褪色、板结现象,并有效去除各种真菌,保护衣物,不损伤手部肌肤,洗后令内衣柔软,泡沫适中,易于冲洗,省时省力,绿色环保。

一种婴幼儿用安全无毒害洗衣液,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐20-30份、蓖麻油1-3份、阴离子型表面活性剂15-20份、柠檬酸0.01-0.05份、胍盐类杀菌剂0.1-0.3份、蛋白酶0.5-1.5份、淀粉酶1-2份、酶稳定剂0.1-0.3份、椰子油单乙醇酰胺1-3份、氯化钠4-7份、去离子水45-55份。
阴离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或α-烯烃磺酸钠,柠檬酸的PH值为5-7。
胍盐类杀菌剂为聚六亚甲基肌和聚六亚甲基双肌的盐酸盐、硫酸盐或磷酸盐。

1.一种婴幼儿用安全无毒害洗衣液,其特征是,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐20-30份、蓖麻油1-3份、阴离子型表面活性剂15-20份、柠檬酸0.01-0.05份、胍盐类杀菌剂0.1-0.3份、蛋白酶0.5-1.5份、淀粉酶1-2份、酶稳定剂0.1-0.3份、椰子油单乙醇酰胺1-3份、氯化钠4-7份、去离子水45-55份。
