本发明公开了一种铬镍电热合金材料,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再依次投入2.6重量份2‑磷酸基‑1,2,4‑三羧酸丁烷、1.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、3.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、2.8重量份2‑氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。本发明铬镍电热合金材料,其镍铬合金主体表面覆有防护膜,性能好,且表面光洁度好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铬镍电热合金材料。
背景技术
现有铬镍电热合金材料,其镍铬合金主体的耐磨擦、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐候性能有待提高,且表面光洁度也不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铬镍电热合金材料,其镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,镍铬合金主体表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐磨擦、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种铬镍电热合金材料,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、1.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、3.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、2.8重量份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
优选的,一种铬镍电热合金材料,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种铬镍电热合金材料,其镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,镍铬合金主体表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐磨擦、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
“覆膜处理液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“覆膜处理液”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“覆膜处理液”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“覆膜处理液”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
一种铬镍电热合金材料,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、1.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、3.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、2.8重量份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例2
一种铬镍电热合金材料,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将2重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、1.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、3.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、2.8重量份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例3
一种铬镍电热合金材料,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、1.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、3.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、2.8重量份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
经上述各实施例中镍铬合金主体的表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐磨擦、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。

1.一种铬镍电热合金材料,其特征在于,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、1.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、3.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、2.8重量份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铬镍电热合金材料,其特征在于,其包括镍铬合金主体,该镍铬合金主体经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.2重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、2.3重量份醋酸乙烯酯、2.8重量份酒石酸钾钠依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、1.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、3.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、2.8重量份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将镍铬合金主体置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
