Abstract
本发明公开了一种油田用油污水处理剂,其组分含量质量百分配比为:氢氧化钠0.2%‑0.5%、除重金属剂1%‑2%、双氧水1.5%‑2%、聚乙烯亚胺0.1%‑1.5%、硫酸铝0.8%‑1.5%、次氯酸钙0.1%‑0.3%、纳米二氧化钛0.5%‑1%、薄荷提取物0.1%‑0.3%、沸石0.3%‑0.5%、二甲基硅油0.2%‑0.4%,其余为水。其优点在于:本发明油田含油污水处理剂,针对油田污水的COD、悬浮物、色度、重金属等含量高,通过对其进行pH 值调节、除重金属、降有机物、脱色净化,絮凝沉淀、疏水改性,固液分离;油田含油污水处理后通过配合四级精细过滤环节,可以用低能耗的压滤系统代替高能耗的离心系统,使水质可达标回用或回注的环保达标处理,大大降低了处理成本。从根本上解决了油田污水的环境污染风险,符合国家环境保护节能减排的大计方针。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,特别是一种油田用油污水处理剂。
背景技术
油田含油废水成分非常复杂。其废水主要来源有钻井废水、洗井废水、酸化压裂液废水及采出液等一些石油开采废水,其成份多样化,水中含有大量的原油,还含有可溶性盐类和重金属,悬浮的乳化油、固体颗粒、硫化氢等天然杂质,另外含有一些用来改变采出水性质的添加剂以及注入地层的酸类、缓蚀剂、粘稳剂、杀菌剂、防垢剂等。COD 、悬浮物、色度、重金属等含量高, 处理难度很大。目前现有处理剂处理后的油田含油废水COD 、重金属含量仍然很高,只满足回注要求,没有达标处理,达不到水质排放的标准要求,如果外排会严重污染环境。

本发明的目的是提供一种油田用油污水处理剂。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种油田用油污水处理剂,其创新点在于:其组分含量质量百分配比为:氢氧化钠0.2%-0.5%、除重金属剂1%-2%、双氧水1.5%-2%、聚乙烯亚胺0.1%-1.5%、硫酸铝0.8%-1.5%、次氯酸钙0.1%-0.3%、纳米二氧化钛0.5%-1%、薄荷提取物0.1%-0.3%、沸石0.3%-0.5%、二甲基硅油0.2%-0.4%,其余为水。
进一步的,所述除重金属剂包括氧化钙60%、亚硫酸氢钠40%。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明油田含油污水处理剂,在药剂添总加量3%的情况下,针对油田污水的COD、悬浮物、色度、重金属等含量高, 通过对其进行pH 值调节、除重金属、降有机物、脱色净化,絮凝沉淀、疏水改性,固液分离;油田含油污水处理后通过配合四级精细过滤环节,可以用低能耗的压滤系统代替高能耗的离心系统,使水质可达标回用或回注的环保达标处理,大大降低了处理成本。从根本上解决了油田污水的环境污染风险,符合国家环境保护节能减排的大计方针。

一种油田用油污水处理剂,其组分含量质量百分配比为:氢氧化钠0.5%、除重金属剂2%、双氧水2%、聚乙烯亚胺1.5%、硫酸铝1.5%、次氯酸钙0.3%、纳米二氧化钛1%、薄荷提取物0.3%、沸石0.5%、二甲基硅油0.4%,其余为水。
实施例3
一种油田用油污水处理剂,其组分含量质量百分配比为:氢氧化钠0.3%、除重金属剂1.5%、双氧水1.7%、聚乙烯亚胺0.12%、硫酸铝1.2%、次氯酸钙0.2%、纳米二氧化钛0.7%、薄荷提取物0.2%、沸石0.4%、二甲基硅油0.3%,其余为水。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油田用油污水处理剂,其特征在于:所述除重金属剂包括氧化钙60%、亚硫酸氢钠40%。
