Claims (6)

1. An internet of things elevator encoder system, comprising: the system comprises an elevator encoder, an Internet of things cloud platform, a machine room gateway and a mobile terminal; the elevator encoder is in communication connection with the machine room gateway, the machine room gateway is in communication connection with the internet of things cloud platform, and the internet of things cloud platform is in communication connection with the mobile terminal;
the elevator encoder is used for generating an encoder signal and sending the encoder signal to the machine room gateway;
the machine room gateway is used for uploading the encoder signal to the Internet of things cloud platform;
the Internet of things cloud platform is used for generating an elevator maintenance strategy according to the encoder signal and sending the elevator maintenance strategy to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is used for displaying the elevator maintenance strategy to an elevator debugging person;
the elevator encoder is provided with a self-detection device, and the self-detection device detects the quality of the signal waveform of the encoder;
the encoder signal comprises: a sine-cosine signal and an error signal, wherein the error signal comprises: a quadrature error signal, an amplitude error signal, a direct current error signal, a sinusoidal error signal, and a waveform spur signal;
the Internet of things cloud platform is further used for establishing a working loss model of the elevator encoder according to the error signal, and sending the working loss model of the elevator encoder to equipment of an elevator maintenance center for the equipment of the elevator maintenance center to generate a maintenance strategy of the elevator encoder; the Internet of things cloud platform is further used for obtaining running condition information of the elevator by utilizing the encoder signals and giving a remote alarm when the elevator shakes or exceeds the speed limit.

The internet of things elevator encoder system of claim 1, wherein the internet of things cloud platform is further configured to establish an operation state model of an elevator according to the sine and cosine signals, and send the operation state model of the elevator to equipment of an elevator maintenance center, so that the equipment of the elevator maintenance center generates a targeted elevator maintenance strategy.
3. The internet of things elevator encoder system of claim 1, wherein the machine room gateway is further in communicative connection with the mobile terminal;
the machine room gateway is also used for sending the encoder signal to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is also used for displaying the encoder signal to an elevator debugging personnel.
4. The internet-of-things elevator encoder system of claim 3, wherein the machine room gateway is in communication connection with the mobile terminal specifically: and (6) connecting by Bluetooth.

The Internet of things elevator encoder system according to claim 3, wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to scan an identification code of the elevator encoder, obtain an encoder signal of the elevator encoder corresponding to the identification code from the machine room gateway by using the identification code of the elevator encoder, and analyze the health condition of the elevator encoder corresponding to the identification code through the encoder signal.
6. The internet of things elevator encoder system of claim 1, wherein the communication connection of the elevator encoder and the machine room gateway is a bluetooth connection;
the communication connection between the machine room gateway and the Internet of things cloud platform is 2G/4G network connection;
and the communication connection between the Internet of things cloud platform and the mobile terminal is 2G/4G network connection.
