The whole baby carriage has the advantages of simple structure, convenient folding, small volume after folding and convenient carrying.
2. When the baby carriage is unfolded, the protruding column and the limiting column respectively prop against the side walls of the limiting hole and the limiting groove, so that the second rotating sleeve is prevented from rotating. When the first rotating sleeve rotates, the limiting column on the first rotating sleeve slides in the limiting groove, and the limiting column does not lean against the groove wall of the limiting groove any more, so that the second rotating sleeve can rotate relative to one side of the first supporting leg in the transverse axial direction. The protruding column is in abutting fit with the hole wall of the limiting hole, so that the second supporting leg of the unfolded baby carriage can be prevented from rotating in the direction away from the first supporting leg. The whole structural design is ingenious, so that the interlocking control of the folding actions of the support rod and the second support leg is realized when the baby carriage is folded, and the baby carriage is more compact in structure.
3. When the baby carriage needs to be braked, only the rotating pedal is needed to be stepped on by feet, and the brake pin is driven to be clamped into the wheel when the rotating pedal rotates, so that the braking is realized. When the rotating pedal rotates, the rotating pedal drives the rotating block in the second brake seat to rotate through the transverse shaft, at the moment, the first reset spring and the second reset spring are compressed, and the clamping column in the arc-shaped hole moves into the strip-shaped hole when the rotating block rotates. The clamping column is clamped into the strip-shaped hole, so that the rotating block cannot rotate continuously, and the braking state of the baby carriage is maintained. When the baby carriage needs to walk, the pedal piece is stepped downwards by feet, the clamping column is withdrawn from the strip-shaped hole and enters the arc-shaped hole, the clamping column can not limit the rotation of the rotating block, the second reset spring drives the rotating block to rotate, and the clamping column continuously slides into the arc-shaped hole, so that the braking state of the baby carriage is relieved. Therefore, the braking or braking unlocking of the baby carriage is completed through the action of stepping down by feet, the unlocking mode that the traditional baby carriage needs to lift the brake pedal upwards by the instep is changed, the operation is simpler, more convenient and quicker, and the shoe can not be damaged even if the sole is stressed.
4. The folding device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small folding volume, convenient operation and low cost, and is suitable for popularization and application.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the rotating pedal 143 is provided with a first concave arc-shaped slot 148a, the inner wall of the first brake seat 141 is provided with a first limit boss 148b capable of extending into the first arc-shaped slot 148a, and the first return spring 144 is arranged between the slot wall of the first arc-shaped slot 148a and the first limit boss 148 b; the rotating block 146 is provided with a second concave arc-shaped groove 149a, the inner wall of the second brake seat 142 is provided with a second limit boss 149b capable of extending into the second arc-shaped groove 149a, and the second return spring 147 is arranged between the wall of the second arc-shaped groove 149a and the second limit boss 149 b.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the stroller further includes a locking member 16 capable of maintaining a folded state, the locking member 16 includes a sliding portion 161 capable of sliding up and down relative to the support rod 7 or the first rotating sleeve 4, an insertion hole (not shown in the drawing) is provided on the transverse shaft 3, the sliding portion 161 is connected with a latch 162 capable of being engaged with the insertion hole after the first rotating sleeve 4 rotates, and a fourth spring (not shown in the drawing) capable of maintaining the latch 162 engaged with the insertion hole is further provided between the sliding portion 161 and the support rod 7 or the first rotating sleeve 4. When the first rotating sleeve 4 rotates, the end of the latch 162 slides on the outer peripheral wall of the transverse shaft 3, and when the latch 162 is aligned with the insertion hole on the transverse shaft 3, the latch 162 is engaged with the insertion hole by the elastic force of the fourth spring, so that the folded state of the stroller is maintained. When the stroller needs to be unfolded, the sliding portion 161 is pulled upward, and then the first rotating sleeve 4 is rotated.
As shown in fig. 13, the rotating pedal 143 is provided with a groove 143a with an inclined side wall, and when the rotating pedal 143 rotates, the inclined side wall of the groove 143a pushes the brake pin 140 to move laterally and clip into a brake hole (not shown) of the wheel 100, and the first brake seat 141 is further provided with a third return spring (not shown) capable of pushing the brake pin 140 to move laterally and return. Of course, the same groove with an inclined surface can be provided on the rotating block 146, so that the rotating block 146 can push the brake pin to lock the wheels when rotating, and thus both wheels can be locked.
Working principle:
when it is desired to fold the stroller, the pull cord 95 is pulled and the hinge arm 91 is rotated, the second spring 96 is compressed, and the latch 92 is withdrawn from the latch hole 93 in the support bar 7 (see fig. 7). At this time, the hand push rod 8 can be pushed downwards, the hand push rod 8 slides downwards in the supporting rod 7, the lower end of the hand push rod 8 touches the locking pin 61 and pushes the locking pin 61 out of the locking groove 62 on the first rotating sleeve 4, and at this time, the arc-shaped groove 63 at the lower end of the hand push rod 8 and the inner wall of the first rotating sleeve 4 enclose a circular arc shape, so that the first rotating sleeve 4 can rotate relative to the transverse shaft 3, and the supporting rod 7 and the hand push rod 8 also rotate to close and fold towards the second supporting leg 2.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the rotation process of the first rotating sleeve 4, the limiting post 13 on the first rotating sleeve 4 slides in the limiting groove 12, and the limiting post 13 no longer abuts against the groove wall of the limiting groove 12, so that the second rotating sleeve 5 can rotate towards one side of the first supporting leg 1 relative to the transverse shaft 3. At this time, as long as the transverse shaft 3 is lifted upwards, the second rotating sleeve 5 can rotate relative to the transverse shaft 3, and at this time, the second supporting leg 2 and the supporting rod 7 are close to and folded with the first supporting leg 1. And when the first rotating sleeve 4 rotates to the fully folded position, the latch 162 on the sliding part 161 is aligned and engaged with the socket on the transverse shaft 3, so that the folded state of the baby carriage is maintained.
As shown in fig. 9 to 14, when the stroller needs to be braked, the rotating pedal 143 is depressed downward, and the brake pin 140 is driven to be engaged with the wheel 100 when the rotating pedal 143 rotates, thereby realizing braking. When the rotating pedal 143 rotates, the rotating pedal 143 drives the rotating block 146 in the second brake seat 142 to rotate through the transverse shaft 145, at this time, the first return spring 144 and the second return spring 147 are compressed, when the rotating block 146 rotates, and when the clamping post 154 in the arc-shaped hole 151 aligns with the strip-shaped hole 152, the third spring 155 pushes the treading piece 15 to move upwards, and the clamping post 154 moves into the strip-shaped hole 152. The locking posts 154 are locked into the bar-shaped holes 152, so that the rotating block 146 cannot rotate continuously, and the braking state of the stroller is maintained. When the stroller needs to walk, the foot steps down on the treading member 153, the clamping column 154 is withdrawn from the bar-shaped hole 152 and enters the arc-shaped hole 151, at this time, the clamping column 154 cannot limit the rotation of the rotating block 146, the second return spring 147 drives the rotating block 146 to rotate, the first return spring 144 drives the rotating pedal 143 to rotate, the clamping column 154 continues to slide into the arc-shaped hole 151 in the rotating process of the rotating block 146, at this time, the third spring 155 is compressed, and the braking state of the stroller is released.
