Abstract
The invention discloses a pattern processing method, which comprises the following steps: spraying the ground color of the pattern on the surface of the product; adjusting the positions of the processed product and the processing equipment; processing a pattern on a product; and spraying color on the processed pattern. Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for processing a pattern according to the present invention includes the following steps:
step 100: spraying the ground color of the pattern on the surface of the product;

In the embodiment of the invention, when the laser processor 3 processes the pattern on the product 1, the background color of the corresponding position of the pattern on the inner side surface 2 of the product is eliminated under the action of the laser, and the background color is remained at the position without laser processing.
Step 400: spraying colors on the processed patterns;

In the embodiment of the invention, the pattern can directly see the specific shape and color through the transparent layer, so that the pattern is more attractive and clearly visible; the pattern is designed through a computer, the computer generates laser and acts on the inner side surface 2 of the product to process the track of the pattern by controlling the laser processor 3, and the pattern is drawn according to the track, so that the whole processing process is more intelligent and simpler, the cost is low, and the processing efficiency is improved; since the length of the pattern is adjusted to be suitable for the inner perimeter of the product 1 and the width of the pattern is adjusted to be equal to the projection width of the product 1 in the laser emission direction of the laser processor 3, when the laser processor 3 is used for processing the pattern, the starting end and the tail end of the pattern can be aligned and consistent; the pattern is processed on the inner side surface of the product 1, the pattern is not easy to wear in the using process of the product 1, and the integrity of the pattern can be protected.
