By utilizing the spring load difference, the forming process of the support plate is divided into different stages in the die assembly process of the upper die and the lower die, and a complex support plate can be processed in one set of die, so that the prior art of processing the complex support plate through a plurality of sets of dies is replaced, and meanwhile, the progressive die with low raw material utilization rate is replaced.
The upper die inner stripping springs are 10 ∅ red springs, the single load is 383N, and the total load sum is 3830N.
The total number of the lower die unloading springs is 20 ∅ blue springs, the single load is 824N, and the total load sum is 16480N.
The total number of the stripping springs in the lower die is 16 ∅ brown springs, the single load is 9800N, and the total load sum is 156800N.
The stripper plate is provided with a stripper spring. And the discharging is convenient.
The application further aims at providing the processing technology of the forming processing die.

A method for processing a support plate by a support plate forming die, comprising the following steps:
