本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种自制蜂蜜香油手膜及其制备方法，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：蜂蜜30～50，香油50～100，玫瑰精油1～2，蛋清：适量。

蜂蜜30，香油50，玫瑰精油1，蛋清：适量。
上述技术方案中，所述的一种自制蜂蜜香油手膜及其制备方法制备工艺如下：
a、将所有组分混合搅拌均匀；
b、将混合物加热至40℃即可。
使用方法：
1、将双手浸入手膜中；
2、10～15分钟后，用温水洗净即可；
3、每周1次。
