本发明涉及医用钛钉,包括相连接的钉尾和钉身,钉身侧面设有网状的防滑结构,钉身的端部设有光滑的钉头,钉头前端的截面积小于钉身的截面积。本发明的医用钛钉,在植入血管闭钉时阻力更小,植入更容易,并且能够保持钉身与血管中间的阻力,避免钉身滑落,并且还能够对植入深度进行限位,保证了医用钛钉和人体的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备,具体的讲是医用钛钉。
背景技术
医用钛钉是用于径向植入血管中阻止血液流通的一种医用设备。由于医用钛钉的端部通常为平面结构,在植入血管时因阻力较大需要使用更大的力度,并会对血管壁造成额外的损伤。同时,还由于医用钛钉的内壁纹路简易平滑,非常容易造成术后植入的医用钛钉从血管上滑脱,造成患者的严重内出血事故。并且普通的医用钛钉内侧防脱条纹具有不合理性构造,在施夹钳闭钉过程中极容易造成钛钉断裂问题,造成医用钛钉掉入人体内,存在危险性。同时,还存在医用钛钉对血管的抓紧力较小。容易与血管之间发生滑钉现象,无法保证产品的安全性能,存在一定的危险性。另一个问题是,由于医用钛钉的钉身较长,在植入时容易植入过深,造成人体其他部位的损伤。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种医用钛钉,使其在植入血管闭钉时更容易,并且能够保证医用钛钉和人体的安全性。
本发明的医用钛钉,包括相连接的钉尾和钉身,钉身侧面设有网状的防滑结构,钉身的端部设有光滑的钉头,钉头前端的截面积小于钉身的截面积。钛是一种具有强烈钝化倾向的金属,在空气中和氧化性或中性水溶液中能迅速生成一层稳定的氧化性保护膜,即使因为某些原因保护膜被破坏,也能迅速自动恢复,具有耐腐蚀、重量轻,以及良好的生物相容性等特点。网状的防滑结构能够与血管壁之间具有更大的摩擦力,防止医用钛钉与血管之间打滑。光滑的钉头能够减小植入血管的阻力,并且截面积小于钉身的钉头前端也能够更有利于使钉身植入到血管进行闭钉。
进一步的,在钉身侧面设有凸出于钉身表面的限位结构。限位结构根据不同医用钛钉的类型进行相应的位置设置,目的是防止钉身植入过深造成人体其他部位的损伤。限位结构与钉尾应保持相应的间距,方便植入和取出医用钛钉时的操作。
进一步的,所述的钉身为圆柱形,所述的限位结构沿钉身的表面为闭合的环形结构。
进一步的,钉头的表面为平滑弧面,以减小进入血管时的阻力。
进一步的,钉尾为正方体,这样在植入医用钛钉时不用区分方向性,任何方位对钉尾的夹持效果都是相同的。
本发明的医用钛钉,在植入血管闭钉时阻力更小,植入更容易,并且能够保持钉身与血管中间的阻力,避免钉身滑落,并且还能够对植入深度进行限位,保证了医用钛钉和人体的安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示本发明的医用钛钉,包括相连接的钉尾1和钉身3,其中钉尾1为正方体,在植入医用钛钉时不用区分方向性,任何方位对钉尾1的夹持效果都是相同的。钉身3为圆柱形,在钉身3侧面设有网状的防滑结构。在钉身3侧面设有凸出于钉身3表面的限位结构2,限位结构2沿钉身3的表面为闭合的环形结构。限位结构2根据不同医用钛钉的类型进行相应的位置设置,以防止钉身3植入过深造成人体其他部位的损伤。限位结构2与钉尾1应保持相应的间距,方便植入和取出医用钛钉时的操作。钉身3的端部设有光滑的且为平滑弧面的钉头4,钉头4前端的截面积小于钉身3的截面积,以减小钉身3植入血管的阻力。

1.医用钛钉,包括相连接的钉尾(1)和钉身(3),其特征为:钉身(3)侧面设有网状的防滑结构,钉身(3)的端部设有光滑的钉头(4),钉头(4)前端的截面积小于钉身(3)的截面积。
2.如权利要求1所述的医用钛钉,其特征为:在钉身(3)侧面设有凸出于钉身(3)表面的限位结构(2)。
3.如权利要求2所述的医用钛钉,其特征为:所述的钉身(3)为圆柱形,所述的限位结构(2)沿钉身(3)的表面为闭合的环形结构。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的医用钛钉,其特征为:钉头(4)的表面为平滑弧面。
5.如权利要求1至3之一所述的医用钛钉,其特征为:钉尾(1)为正方体。
