The rotating shaft 33 of the inner gear 38 is sleeved with the hand wheel 31 after extending to the outer side of the end sleeve 2, the hand wheel 31 is connected with the rotating shaft 33 through a spline, as shown in the figure, the spline sleeve 32 is arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft 33 in the axial direction of the hand wheel 31, and after the spline is matched with the spline sleeve, the rotating shaft 33 and the hand wheel 31 can be kept to rotate together, but the rotating shaft and the hand wheel can axially translate.
A baffle plate is provided at the end of the rotating shaft 33, and a thrust spring 35 is connected between the baffle plate and the hand wheel 31.
Meanwhile, a positioning tooth 36 parallel to the axial direction is arranged at the eccentric position of the inner side of the hand wheel 31, a clamping groove 37 is arranged on the side surface of the end sleeve 2 corresponding to the positioning tooth 36, and the positioning tooth 36 can be inserted into the clamping groove 37 to lock the hand wheel 31.
A plurality of vertical support rods are distributed on the lower side edge of the elastic steel ring 1 at intervals. The lower side of the elastic piece 8 is provided with a sealing edge which is in butt joint with the upper edge of the clamping groove 37, and the clamping groove 37 can be sealed after the elastic piece 8 moves downwards.
The positioning teeth 36 can be shielded by the elastic member 8 in this embodiment, so that the positioning teeth 36 lose the locking function. At this time, the elastic steel ring 1 can be rapidly expanded.
