Description

Surgical incision closure device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a surgical incision closure device.
Background
At present, the operation incision closure (such as the closure of the digestive tract operation incision) generally uses double-arm grabbing pliers to clamp the incision, then uses a titanium clip releaser to release an OTSC butterfly-type titanium clip to clamp the incision for closure, or adopts a titanium clip and nylon rope combined method to close the perforation incision, the whole process usually needs to be completed by using various instruments, and the requirements on the technical skill level of operators and assistants are high, so that the operation is extremely inconvenient, and the incision closure efficiency is greatly influenced. In addition, the conditions of poor closing position and closing effect of the titanium clamp and the like are easy to occur, the titanium clamp is not easy to be taken down, and the postoperative complications such as perforation and hemorrhage of the alimentary canal and the like can be caused or aggravated by forcibly pulling out the titanium clamp. In addition, the traditional titanium clamp can only clamp two arms simultaneously, can not realize single-arm opening and closing, has limitation on full-layer suture of an operation incision, has larger incision or has two side edges not on the same plane, such as on a spherical gall bladder, and can not conveniently and rapidly realize incision closing by the traditional titanium clamp closing method.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a surgical incision closing device which has a simple structure, can realize single-arm opening and closing and can release and clamp a closed incision, and the surgical incision closing device can play a remarkable role in closing a large incision or a gall bladder incision.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a surgical incision closing device comprises a closing clamp which clamps tissue at a surgical incision and takes a V shape, a release component which is connected with two clamp arms of the closing clamp and controls the two clamp arms of the closing clamp to open and close and release the closing clamp, and an auxiliary clamp rod which is arranged between the two clamp arms of the closing clamp and can slide up and down;
the bottom ends of the two clamping arms of the closed clamp are hinged, and the upper ends of the two clamping arms of the closed clamp are provided with clamping structures which are mutually clamped; the auxiliary clamping rod is divided into a clamping arm part made of degradable and absorbable materials and an evacuation part which is positioned below the clamping arm part and is detachably connected with the clamping arm part; the bottom end of the closing clamp is provided with a through hole which is penetrated up and down, and the evacuation part of the auxiliary clamp rod penetrates through the through hole and extends downwards;
one clamping arm of the closing clamp and the clamping arm of the auxiliary clamping rod form a first clamping area, and the other clamping arm of the closing clamp and the clamping arm of the auxiliary clamping rod form a second clamping area; the first clamping area clamps the tissue at one edge of the operation incision and approaches the tissue at the other edge of the incision, the second clamping area clamps the tissue at the other edge of the operation incision again, incision closure is achieved, and then the evacuation part of the auxiliary clamping rod is evacuated from top to bottom.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the closing clamp and the auxiliary clamping rod are matched, so that small incisions can be smoothly closed, and the large incisions or the incisions positioned on the gall bladder can be conveniently and rapidly closed without the assistance of other instruments, and the closing clamp is firm in closing and not easy to fall off.
2. The bottom ends of the two clamping arms of the closed clamp are hinged with each other, so that the opening and closing of the single-side clamping arms of the closed clamp can be realized through the control release assembly, and the closed clamp capable of being opened and closed by the single arm can achieve unexpected effects under the condition that the angle of the single-side clamping arms of the closed clamp needs to be adjusted to achieve good clamping effects. If the control wire A or the control wire B is pulled, the opening and closing of the left clamping arm or the right clamping arm of the closed clamp can be indirectly controlled, so that the opening and closing of the single clamping arm of the closed clamp are realized; if the control wire A and the control wire B are synchronously pulled, the effect of simultaneously opening and closing the two arms of the closing clamp can be achieved, and therefore the closing clamp can be opened and closed by a single arm and simultaneously opening and closing the two arms, and the surgical incision closing device has a wider application range.
2. The surgical incision releasing closing device can clamp the surgical incision and release the closing clamp for clamping the incision, so that the tissue grasping forceps and the closing release are integrated, the operation procedure of incision closing is greatly simplified, and the surgical efficiency is improved.
3. The releasable surgical incision closing device also has the advantages of simple structure, high precision and simple and convenient operation.
4. Once the incision is closed and released, the closing clamp can firmly clamp the incision and is not easy to fall off.
5. The clamp arms of the closing clamp and the auxiliary clamp rod are made of degradable absorbing materials, the closing clamp and the auxiliary clamp rod do not need to be taken out after operation, and the patient is not influenced to review by nuclear magnetic resonance in the future.
