A preparation method of a health mattress comprises the following steps:

5) Preparation of sleep-aiding pillow: sequentially placing the selected buckwheat husks, dried orange peels, orange husks and chrysanthemum petals in a stirring device at intervals of 1-2 minutes, controlling the rotating speed of a stirring shaft to be 100-200r/min, weighing 0.3 kg of the environment-friendly glue prepared in the step 4) in the stirring process, uniformly pouring the weighed environment-friendly glue into the stirring device, stirring for 5-7 minutes, taking out and standing.

7) Shearing materials: in the stirring process of the step 5) and the step 6), a cutting device is used for cutting the hard sponge, and the hard sponge is cut into a plurality of hemispherical blocks with the diameter of 3-5 cm and one semi-cylindrical block with the width of 7-15 cm, the length of 1.8 cm and the thickness of 3-5 cm.

9) Curing: the mixed material block, the oil palm fiber board, the flax fiber board, the bamboo charcoal fiber board, the kapok fiber board, the duck down fiber board and the natural rubber which are processed in the step 8) and the step 1) are respectively bonded through the environment-friendly glue which is manufactured in the step 4), the flax fiber layer, the bamboo charcoal fiber layer, the kapok fiber layer and the moisture-proof layer are sequentially bonded with each other from front to back, animal fiber boards are arranged on two sides of the front surface of the bottom plate layer, plant fiber boards are arranged on the top and the bottom of the front surface of the bottom plate layer, and are dried for 20-40 hours, and meanwhile, the hard sponge processed in the step 7) is bonded on the surface of the flax fiber board through the environment-friendly glue.
10 Preparing a finished product: placing the base plate embryonic form treated in the step 9) on a solid wood board with the thickness of 200cm multiplied by 230cm, and covering the base plate embryonic form with the blended fabric, and fixing the base plate embryonic form with the surface of the solid wood board, so that a finished product is manufactured.

4) Preparing environment-friendly glue: mixing and stirring natural rubber and purified water according to the proportion of 5:1 for 7 minutes to prepare environment-friendly glue;
5) Preparation of sleep-aiding pillow: sequentially placing the selected buckwheat husks, dried orange peels, orange peels and chrysanthemum petals in a stirring device at intervals of 1-2 minutes, controlling the rotating speed of a stirring shaft to be 100-200r/min, weighing 0.3 kg of the environment-friendly glue prepared in the step 4) in the stirring process, uniformly pouring the weighed environment-friendly glue into the stirring device, stirring for 5-7 minutes, taking out and standing;

10 Preparing a finished product: placing the base plate embryonic form treated in the step 9) on a solid wood board with the thickness of 200cm multiplied by 230cm, and covering the base plate embryonic form with the blended fabric, and fixing the base plate embryonic form with the surface of the solid wood board, so that a finished product is manufactured.
