Fig. 3 is a flowchart of location information matching in the server-side account management method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, according to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, providing account information of a device bound to location information of the device according to the location information of the device includes: step S310, receiving the position information of the equipment from a terminal or an equipment end; step S320, matching the received location information of the device with account information of at least one generated device; and step S330, sending the account information of the successfully matched equipment to the terminal or the equipment terminal. The account information of the user is bound with the position information during registration, and if the account is lost, the lost account can be found out only by sending the position information to the server side at the terminal or the equipment side by the positioning technology.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of network deployment of the account management method provided by the present invention. The following devices in the description take an air conditioner as an example, and as shown in fig. 4, the network deployment of the present invention mainly includes: a user smart phone, a company server, and a device with WiFi and GPS positioning capabilities. The specific implementation method comprises the following steps:
1. after a user purchases and installs an air conditioner for the first time, account registration is carried out through mobile phone app, and at the moment, the air conditioner can automatically bind geographic position information to the account information which is being applied for;
2. after the user fills in the related account registration information, an account registration request is sent to a company server through mobile phone app, the server stores the account information of the user after receiving the request, and meanwhile, the server informs the user that the account registration is successful;
3. after the user mobile phone app receives a request for successful registration, the app returns account information returned by the server to a WiFi module of the air conditioner, the WiFi module analyzes and stores the account information returned by the server according to a communication protocol established between the WiFi module and the mobile phone, the account information comprises geographical position information, and then data information processed by the WiFi module is returned to the mobile phone app;
4. the mobile phone app processes the information in a JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) character string mode and generates corresponding two-dimensional code information;
5. the family member of the user can immediately obtain the account information of the air conditioner by only scanning the two-dimensional code, and control the air conditioner;
6. if the user mobile phone is lost, only the app needs to be downloaded from the internet on the new mobile phone, the air conditioner network distribution operation is carried out, then the 'automatic account number acquisition' button in the app is clicked, account number information stored in the air conditioner before is immediately received, then the air conditioner in the house can be controlled, meanwhile, the two-dimensional code which is correspondingly produced is obtained, and the account number and the use permission of the air conditioner are conveniently used by other family member users in the house.
According to one embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the device account information further includes recommended device operation mode and/or device physical analysis information; providing device account information bound with the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, including: providing a recommended equipment operation mode applicable to the position of the equipment according to the position information of the equipment; and/or receiving the position information and the use condition information of the equipment from an equipment end, performing statistical analysis on the use condition information of the equipment according to the position information of the equipment to obtain equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment and equipment physical examination analysis information of each region related to the position information of the equipment, and sending the equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment and a related equipment failure solution to the equipment; the equipment usage information includes noise information, equipment aging information, and/or housing corrosion information.
Specifically, by using the positioning technology, according to the specific geographical location information of the user, the product research and development company can know the climate characteristics of the area in real time, and the optimal operation mode of the air conditioner in the area is obtained through matching analysis with the local climate. For example: the climate in the north of the place is dry and cold, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the climate in the south of the place is humid, and the temperature difference is small. By utilizing company background big data analysis, the optimal air conditioner operation mode parameters of the area can be obtained, and references are provided for users when controlling air conditioner products. Meanwhile, through a positioning technology, a company can acquire the conditions such as the service life of the air conditioner and the like in the area where the position is located, so that the common problems of the air conditioner in the area are solved. Such as: aging of copper pipes, corrosion of the outer machine casing, etc. Thereby providing valuable design parameters for the company design. Different materials can be used for manufacturing air conditioners in different regions, so that the difference is reflected, and the optimal design standard is reached. By the method, more real and reliable experiment parameters are provided for a company on product design, experiment environment parameters do not need to be simulated, and air-conditioning products most suitable for being used in the area can be produced.
According to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the method further includes: after the equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment is obtained, the equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment is sent to related maintenance personnel. Specifically, through the positioning technology, a company can monitor the use condition of an air conditioner in the home of a user in real time in the background, and if an abnormality occurs, such as: lack fluorine, noise etc. can be very fast with information push to user's cell-phone on. Meanwhile, for a major fault, a master of an air conditioner maintenance shop closest to the home of the user is automatically notified, and the user is notified of prompt information such as that a certain fault occurs in your air conditioner, and the master of the air conditioner maintenance shop closest to your home is going to be shut down first in the way.
The invention further provides an account management method, and the method is applied to the terminal. Fig. 5 is an overall framework diagram of the terminal and device-side account management method provided by the invention. As shown in fig. 5, the terminal account management method of the present invention includes: step S410, binding account information of the equipment with position information of the equipment; step S420, acquiring account information of the device or account information of the device bound to the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, where the account information of the device includes the account information of the device.
After a user purchases an air conditioner, the user usually fixes the air conditioner at a position for a long time, and after accurate geographical position information of the user is obtained through a GPS (global positioning system) positioner and WiFi (wireless fidelity) positioning arranged in the air conditioner, the user can be automatically assisted by specific position information to produce unique account information when registering for the first time, and the account information can be generated on a mobile phone of the user in a two-dimensional code mode and can be stored in a server of a company. Even if the mobile phone of the user is not lost, the user can use any mobile phone to obtain the two-dimension code information sent by the WiFi of the air conditioner after the distribution network, and the user can directly log in the account by scanning the two-dimension code information, so that the air conditioning equipment at home is controlled. Therefore, the problem of user account loss can be conveniently solved by acquiring the geographical position information of the user through the positioning technology.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of location information binding in the terminal account management method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, according to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the binding account information of a device with location information of the device includes: step S510, obtaining position information of the equipment from the equipment end with a positioning device; step S520, sending the acquired location information of the device to a server, and receiving account information of the device, which is generated by the server and bound to the location information of the device, where the account information of the device includes the location information of the device, the location information of the device is used to uniquely identify the account information of the device, and the account information of the device includes: text information, code information, two-dimensional code information, or bar code information. When a user registers an account in a terminal (a mobile phone or a computer), the account is bound with position information, and the position information uniquely identifies the account information of the equipment.
According to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the method further includes: after account information of the equipment corresponding to the position information of the equipment, which is returned by a server, is received, the account information of the equipment is sent to the equipment, the equipment and the terminal successfully distribute the network in advance, and the terminal comprises a mobile phone or a computer. The mobile phone end sends the account information to the air conditioner for backup after receiving the account information, so that the account information can be retrieved from the air conditioner in case of loss of the mobile phone.
According to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, acquiring account information of a device bound to location information of the device according to the location information of the device includes: and sending the acquired position information of the equipment to a server side, and receiving account information of the equipment, which is returned by the server side and is successfully matched with the position information of the equipment. When the user forgets the account, the user can use one key on the mobile phone app to retrieve the account function, and the mobile phone can retrieve the account only by sending the position information to the server.
According to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the method further includes: the standby terminal acquires the account information of the equipment from the equipment terminal, the standby terminal and the equipment terminal successfully join in a network in advance, and the standby terminal comprises a mobile phone or a computer. If the mobile phone of the user is lost, another mobile phone and the air conditioner can be used for a network distribution, after the network distribution is successful, the app is downloaded, the account function is automatically obtained by using the app, and the account information which is backed up before is obtained from the equipment terminal.
According to one embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the device account information further includes recommended device operation mode and/or device physical analysis information; acquiring device account information bound with the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the position information of the equipment from the equipment end with a positioning device; sending the acquired position information of the equipment to a server side, and receiving a recommended equipment operation mode which is returned by the server side and is applicable to the position of the equipment; and/or acquiring the position information and the equipment use condition information of the equipment from the equipment end with a positioning device; sending the acquired position information and the acquired service condition information of the equipment to a server, and receiving the analyzed equipment physical examination analysis information and the equipment fault solution of the equipment returned by the server; the equipment usage information includes noise information, equipment aging information, and/or housing corrosion information.
The invention further provides an account management method, and the method is applied to the equipment side. Fig. 5 is an overall framework diagram of the terminal and device-side account management method provided by the invention. As shown in fig. 5, the device-side account management method of the present invention includes: step S410, binding account information of the equipment with position information of the equipment; step S420, acquiring account information of the device or account information of the device bound to the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, where the account information of the device includes the account information of the device. When a user registers an account number at an equipment terminal (air conditioner), the account number is bound with the position information, and the position information uniquely identifies the equipment account number information.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of location information binding in the method for managing an account on a device side according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, according to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the binding account information of a device with location information of the device includes: step S515, acquiring the position information of the equipment by using a positioning device; step S520, sending the acquired location information of the device to a server, and receiving account information of the device, which is generated by the server and bound to the location information of the device, where the account information of the device includes the location information of the device, the location information of the device is used to uniquely identify the account information of the device, and the account information of the device includes: text information, code information, two-dimensional code information, or bar code information. The method includes the steps that a GPS positioning technology and a WiFi positioning technology are used at an equipment end in a combined mode, for example, the accurate geographic position information of the equipment is obtained through a GPS positioner and a WiFi positioning device which are arranged in an air conditioner, and then the position information is bound with an air conditioner account.
According to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the method further includes: after account information of the equipment corresponding to the position information of the equipment, which is returned by a server, is received, the account information of the equipment is sent to a terminal, the equipment and the terminal successfully distribute a network in advance, and the terminal comprises a mobile phone or a computer. The device side sends the account information to the mobile phone after receiving the account information, so that a user can conveniently control the device through the mobile phone or implement operations such as account retrieval and the like.
According to an embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, acquiring account information of a device bound to location information of the device according to the location information of the device includes: and sending the acquired position information of the equipment to a server side, and receiving account information of the equipment, which is returned by the server side and is successfully matched with the position information of the equipment. When the user forgets the account number, the user can find the account number back at the equipment terminal, for example, on an air conditioner panel or on a display screen which is provided with a display device and can be interacted with the display device, the user can find the account number back by using one key, and the air conditioner can find the account number back only by sending the position information to the server.
According to one embodiment of the account management method of the present invention, the device account information further includes recommended device operation mode and/or device physical analysis information; acquiring device account information bound with the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a positioning device is used for obtaining position information of equipment; sending the acquired position information of the equipment to a server side, and receiving a recommended equipment operation mode which is returned by the server side and is applicable to the position of the equipment; and/or the positioning device is applied to obtain the position information of the equipment and the service condition information of the equipment; sending the acquired position information and the acquired service condition information of the equipment to a server, and receiving the analyzed equipment physical examination analysis information and the equipment fault solution of the equipment returned by the server; the equipment usage information includes noise information, equipment aging information, and/or housing corrosion information.
The invention further provides an account management device, and the device is arranged at the server side. Fig. 8 is an overall block diagram of the server-side account management apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the server-side account management apparatus according to the present invention includes: a binding unit 100, configured to bind account information of a device with location information of the device; an information providing unit 200, configured to provide account information of a device or account information of the device bound to the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, where the account information of the device includes the account information of the device.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a server-side account management apparatus according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, according to an embodiment of the account management apparatus of the present invention, the binding unit 100 includes: a receiving subunit 110, configured to receive location information of the device from a terminal or a device end, where the terminal includes a mobile phone or a computer; an information generating subunit 120, configured to generate, according to the received location information of the device, account information of the device bound to the location information of the device, where the account information of the device includes the location information of the device, the location information of the device is used to uniquely identify the account information of the device, and the account information of the device includes: character information, code information, two-dimensional code information or bar code information; a sending subunit 130, configured to send the generated account information of the device to the terminal or the device side.
According to an embodiment of the account management apparatus of the present invention, the information providing unit 200 includes a first information providing subunit 210 configured to: receiving the position information of the equipment from a terminal or an equipment end; matching the received position information of the equipment with account information of at least one generated equipment; and sending the account information of the successfully matched equipment to the terminal or the equipment terminal.
According to an embodiment of the account management apparatus of the present invention, the device account information further includes a recommended device operation mode and/or device physical analysis information; the information providing unit 200 comprises a second information providing subunit 220 for: providing a recommended equipment operation mode applicable to the position of the equipment according to the position information of the equipment; and/or receiving the position information and the use condition information of the equipment from an equipment end, performing statistical analysis on the use condition information of the equipment according to the position information of the equipment to obtain equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment and equipment physical examination analysis information of each region related to the position information of the equipment, and sending the equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment and a related equipment failure solution to the equipment; the equipment usage information includes noise information, equipment aging information, and/or housing corrosion information.
According to an embodiment of the account management apparatus of the present invention, the account management apparatus further includes: the maintenance notifying unit 300 is configured to send the device health analysis information of each device to the relevant maintenance staff after the device health analysis information of each device is obtained.
The invention further provides an account management device, and the device is arranged on the terminal. Fig. 10 is an overall framework diagram of the terminal and device-side account management apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the terminal account management apparatus according to the present invention includes: a binding unit 400, configured to bind account information of a device with location information of the device; an information obtaining unit 500, configured to obtain account information of a device or account information of the device bound to the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, where the account information of the device includes the account information of the device.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a preferred embodiment of the terminal account management apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, according to an embodiment of the account management apparatus of the present invention, the binding unit 400 includes: a position obtaining subunit 410, configured to obtain position information of the device from the device side having the positioning apparatus; an account registration subunit 420, configured to: sending the acquired position information of the equipment to a server, and receiving account information of the equipment, which is generated by the server and bound with the position information of the equipment, wherein the account information of the equipment comprises the position information of the equipment, the position information of the equipment is used for uniquely identifying the account information of the equipment, and the account information of the equipment comprises: text information, code information, two-dimensional code information, or bar code information.
According to an embodiment of the account management apparatus of the present invention, the account management apparatus further includes: an information forwarding unit 600 configured to: after account information of the equipment corresponding to the position information of the equipment, which is returned by a server, is received, the account information of the equipment is sent to the equipment, the equipment and the terminal successfully distribute the network in advance, and the terminal comprises a mobile phone or a computer.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the user does not need to input the verification code of a mobile phone number or a mailbox number to acquire the account information lost by the user, but the specific geographical position information of the equipment installed and placed by the user is used as the unique identifier, and the position information is bound with the user account number, so that even if the user carelessly loses the account number and directly clicks the automatic account information acquisition in the application program, the application program can match the specific geographical position information of the product with the specific geographical position information of the product stored in a company server background, the user can log in the account number by automatically acquiring the lost account information through one key, the complicated operation steps are omitted, the equipment is convenient to operate by the user, and the user experience is good; furthermore, the optimal equipment operation mode in the area can be provided for the user, and the user can use the air conditioner product more conveniently; by means of the positioning technology, the company background can simultaneously perform physical examination analysis on the user equipment, inform the user of the problem condition of the equipment to be detected at the first time, and push a scheme and a method for solving the fault in time, so that the user is more familiar with the product condition at home; in addition, the geographical position information of the user acquired by the positioning technology can be analyzed according to big data to obtain the annual breakage rate of the air conditioner in the area, so that more real and effective experimental parameters are provided for the company on product design, and the design level of the product is greatly improved.

1. An account management method is applied to a server side and comprises the following steps:
binding account information of equipment and position information of the equipment, wherein the equipment is a household appliance product, the account information of the equipment comprises the position information of the equipment, and the position information of the equipment is used for uniquely identifying the account information of the equipment;
according to the position information of the equipment, account information of the equipment or account information of the equipment bound with the position information of the equipment is provided, and the account information of the equipment comprises the account information of the equipment;
the binding of the account information of the device and the location information of the device includes:
receiving position information of the equipment from a terminal or an equipment end, wherein the terminal comprises a mobile phone or a computer;
generating account information of the equipment bound with the position information of the equipment according to the received position information of the equipment;
sending the generated account information of the equipment to the terminal or the equipment terminal;
according to the position information of the equipment, providing account information of the equipment bound with the position information of the equipment, wherein the account information comprises:
receiving the position information of the equipment from a terminal or an equipment end;
matching the received position information of the equipment with account information of at least one generated equipment;
and sending the account information of the successfully matched equipment to the terminal or the equipment terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the account information of the device comprises: text information, code information, two-dimensional code information, or bar code information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the device account information further includes recommended device operating modes and/or device health analysis information;
providing device account information bound with the location information of the device according to the location information of the device, including:
providing a recommended equipment operation mode applicable to the position of the equipment according to the position information of the equipment; and/or
Receiving the position information and the use condition information of the equipment from an equipment end, performing statistical analysis on the use condition information of the equipment according to the position information of the equipment to obtain equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment and equipment physical examination analysis information of each region related to the position information of the equipment, and sending the equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment and a related equipment failure solution to the equipment; the equipment usage information includes noise information, equipment aging information, and/or housing corrosion information.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising: after the equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment is obtained, the equipment physical examination analysis information of each equipment is sent to related maintenance personnel.

sending the acquired position information of the equipment to a server side, and receiving account information of the equipment, which is generated by the server side and is bound with the position information of the equipment;

after account information of the equipment corresponding to the position information of the equipment, which is returned by a server, is received, the account information of the equipment is sent to the equipment, the equipment and the terminal successfully distribute the network in advance, and the terminal comprises a mobile phone or a computer.
