Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention discloses a switch contact structure with an automatic cleaning function, which comprises a static contact support 1, a moving contact support 5, a static contact 2 fixedly arranged on the static contact support 1, and a moving contact 3 rotatably arranged on the moving contact support 5 through a second rotating shaft 12 and used in cooperation with the static contact 2, wherein the bottom end of the moving contact support 5 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 7 through a connecting piece 6, and the connecting piece 6 is connected to the moving contact support 5 through a bolt. The connecting rod 7 is respectively and rotatably connected with a fixed support 9 and a push rod 8 through a first rotating shaft 11 and a third rotating shaft 10, the connecting rod 7 and the moving contact support 5 can rotate around the first rotating shaft 11, and the push rod 8 is movably arranged on the fixed support 9 and can move up and down relative to the fixed support 9.
The connecting rod 7 can be directly connected with an operation power source, or connected with the operation power source through the third rotating shaft 10 and the push rod 8, or simultaneously connected with two or more operation power sources, thereby greatly improving the breaking capacity of the switch contact structure and expanding the application range.
When the operation power source drives the connecting rod 7 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 11, the connecting rod 7 drives the moving contact support 5 to rotate, and the moving contact support 5 drives the moving contact 3 to move through the second rotating shaft 12. The operation power source can also drive the push rod 8, and the push rod 8 drives the connecting rod 7 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 11 through the third rotating shaft 10.
The static contact 2 is provided with a slope-shaped static contact surface 21, and the moving contact 3 is provided with a slope-shaped moving contact surface 31 matched with the static contact surface 21. The moving contact support 5 drives the moving contact 3 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 11, and when the moving contact support 5 rotates to the point that the upper part of the moving contact 3 collides with the upper part of the static contact 2, the moving contact 3 starts to rotate around the second rotating shaft 12. When the moving contact support 5 continues to rotate, the moving contact surface 31 and the static contact surface 21 rub against each other, and the contact position moves from the initial upper part to the middle part to the lower part, so that the self-cleaning of the contact is realized.
And a contact spring 4 is arranged between the moving contact 3 and the moving contact bracket 5. The bottom end of the moving contact 3 is provided with a stop part 13 matched with the moving contact support 5. The contact spring 4 gives the moving contact 3 a spring force, and the stop part 13 gives the moving contact 3 initial positioning. The moving contact 3 is connected with the moving contact support 5 through a second rotating shaft 12, the moving contact 3 is contacted with the moving contact support 5 through the stop part 13 of the moving contact under the action of the contact spring 4 and stops, and the moving contact 3 can overcome the action of the spring force after colliding with the static contact 2 and rotates around the second rotating shaft 12.
During operation, the movable contact 3, together with the contact support 5 and the connecting rod 7, rotates around the first rotating shaft 11, and simultaneously, the movable contact 3 contacts the fixed contact 2 and rotates around the second rotating shaft 12. As shown in fig. 1, when the switch is opened, the stationary contact surface 21 and the movable contact surface 31 are separated. According to fig. 2, when the switch is just closed, the connecting rod 7 rotates together with the moving contact 3 and the moving contact support 5, and the moving contact 3 makes contact with the stationary contact 2 and forms a first contact point 14. According to fig. 3, when the switch is further closed, the connecting rod 7 continues to rotate together with the moving contact 3 and the moving contact support 5, the moving contact 3 starts to rotate around the second rotating shaft 12 under the obstruction of the stationary contact 12, and the contact point between the moving contact 31 and the stationary contact surface 21 is transferred from the first contact point 14 at the beginning of the contact to the second contact point 15 at the end of the movement. In the whole process, the metal oxide and the dirt on the conductive contact surface are removed by friction or collision between the static contact surface 21 and the moving contact surface 31, so that the cleaning of the conductive contact surface is realized.
