And the overtime condition information of the target user is the overtime time period of the target user.
Optionally, if the shift time period is weekend daytime shift, and the shift time period of weekend daytime shift is consistent with the working time of normal working, the physical therapy information is pushed to the target user by adopting the working condition of the user on normal working day. The working time of the weekend daytime overtime is consistent with the working time of the normal working, which can be understood that the working time of the normal working day is 8 o 'clock to 11 o' clock 45 minutes, 14 o 'clock to 17 o' clock 45 minutes, the working time of the weekend daytime is 8 o 'clock to 11 o' clock 45 minutes, 14 o 'clock to 17 o' clock 45 minutes,
optionally, if the overtime period is night overtime on weekdays or weekend overtime and weekend nights are also overtime. The overtime time period of overtime at night can be 19 o 'clock to 22 o' clock, and considering the reason that people are easy to get tired at night, the pushing time point of the fixed physical therapy time information is 20 o 'clock and 30 o' clock. When the time reaches 20 o' clock and 30 min, the physiotherapy information is pushed to the target user at preset time intervals. The preset time interval ranges from 1 minute to 3 minutes, and specifically may be 1 minute, 30 seconds, or 2 minutes.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 provides a flow chart illustration intention that the user pushes the physiotherapy time information to the target user in an idle time period when the user is on duty on a weekday, which is specifically as follows:
401. and pushing the physical therapy time information to the target user.
The physiotherapy time information is periodically pushed to a target user in an idle time period according to a preset time interval.
Optionally, the start time of pushing is 2 minutes after the start time of the idle time period, and the value range of the preset time interval is between 1 minute and 5 minutes, specifically, the value range may be 2 minutes, 3 minutes, or 4 minutes.
402. And detecting whether the user performs physical therapy after receiving the physical therapy time information.
Wherein, the user is detected after receiving the physical therapy information, and if the user is detected to have physical therapy according to the physical therapy time information after receiving the physical therapy information, step 404 is executed; if it is detected that the user does not perform the physical therapy after receiving the physical therapy information, step 403 is performed.
403. It is detected whether the user performs physical therapy at the time 2/3 when the push time reaches the idle period.
When the pushing time reaches 2/3 of the idle time period, no matter whether the user carries out physical therapy or not, executing step 404; if it is detected that the push time does not reach the 2/3 time of the idle time period, step 401 is executed.
Alternatively, the 2/3 time of the idle period may be understood as: if the idle period is from 12 o ' clock to 15 o ' clock, then the time 2/3 of the idle period is 14 o ' clock.
404. Stopping pushing the physiotherapy time information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the working state information of the target user in the preset time period is obtained, the priority of the target user is determined according to the working state information, the physical therapy time information is distributed to the target user according to the priority, and finally the physical therapy time information is pushed to the target user, so that the physical therapy prompt can be provided for the staff during working, the staff can carry out physical therapy at a proper time, the working fatigue is relieved, the working enthusiasm of the staff can be promoted to a certain extent, and the working efficiency is improved.

Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer program product, which includes a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, the computer program being operable to cause a computer to perform part or all of the steps of any one of the above method embodiments of the employee physical therapy service method for an office.
While the invention has been described in connection with various embodiments, other variations to the disclosed embodiments can be understood and effected by those skilled in the art in practicing the claimed invention, from a review of the drawings, the disclosure, and the appended claims. In the claims, the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the word "a" or "an" does not exclude a plurality. A single processor or other unit may fulfill the functions of several items recited in the claims. The mere fact that certain measures are recited in mutually different dependent claims does not indicate that a combination of these measures cannot be used to advantage.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus (device), or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein. A computer program stored/distributed on a suitable medium supplied together with or as part of other hardware, may also take other distributed forms, such as via the Internet or other wired or wireless telecommunication systems.
The present invention has been described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (devices) and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While the invention has been described in conjunction with specific features and embodiments thereof, it will be evident that various modifications and combinations can be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the specification and figures are merely exemplary of the invention as defined in the appended claims and are intended to cover any and all modifications, variations, combinations, or equivalents within the scope of the invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
