Abstract
The invention discloses a window structure with a light bar, which comprises a light transmitting sheet, a bracket, the light bar and an optical assembly. The support sets up in the side of light transmission piece, and the support has the inclination for the light transmission piece direction, and the lamp strip sets up in the side of the relative light transmission piece of support. The optical component is arranged on the light path of the light bar. The light bar is arranged on the inclined bracket, so that most of light rays of the light bar are projected to the light-transmitting sheet, and the optical component on the light bar has a light-gathering effect, so that the light rays of the light bar can be concentrated and projected on the light-transmitting sheet. The lamp strip fixing structure beside the window has a simple integral structure, fixes the lamp strip and enables light rays of the lamp strip to intensively irradiate the light-transmitting sheet.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to window structures, and particularly to a window structure with a light bar.
Background
At present, related patents in television products propose that an LED light bar and a light guide plate are vertically incident, and as shown in the following figures, since the LED has a certain size, in order to increase the light incidence efficiency as much as possible, the thickness of the light guide plate is generally greater than or equal to the size of the LED, and meanwhile, the distance between the LED and the light guide plate is kept as small as possible. The light guide plate is generally PC, PMMA, and the like, and a polishing process is performed on the incident surface of the LED to increase the light incidence efficiency; and a shading film is attached to the non-LED incident surface, so that the light transmission uniformity is improved. Although the display principle of the automobile skylight product is similar to the design principle of a surface light source of a television light guide plate product, the realized effect is different. The television is generally designed in a plane or a single curve, so that the light guide plate aims at light uniformity, the distribution of the net points of the light guide plate is generally adjusted to realize a plane or a single curve surface light source during design, the LED light bar basically keeps the strip-shaped structural form and is not used for curvature design, the mode of the television light guide plate is easier to realize, and the LED light bar fixing structure is simple.
In contrast, the sunroof is generally designed with double curvatures, so as to achieve a pleasant and beautiful starlight effect, how to match the strip-shaped LED light bar with the sunroof with a double-curved structure is a new consideration, and how to fix the LED light bar is one of the problems to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that it cannot be solved by the known technology. If the side light entering type structural design of the television light guide plate is directly adopted, namely the LED light bar is placed at the edge of automobile skylight glass or plastic and is fixed by an external semi-surrounding type structural member. Because the sunroof glass and the television light guide plate have a lot of differences, besides the difference of light absorption of materials, the adhesion force between the semi-surrounding structural member and the edge covering material, the adhesion force between the semi-surrounding structural member and glass or plastic and the like are poor, and the mechanical design requirement of products on the edge covering process is difficult to meet.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a window structure with a light bar, which comprises a light transmitting sheet, a bracket, the light bar and an optical assembly. The support is arranged on the side edge of the light-transmitting sheet and has an inclination angle relative to the direction of the light-transmitting sheet; the light bar is arranged on the side surface of the bracket opposite to the light-transmitting sheet; and the optical component is arranged on the light path of the light bar.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light-transmitting sheet is made of glass.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the inclination angle of the bracket is between 0 and 90 degrees.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the light bar has a plurality of light emitting diodes and a light bar, and the plurality of light emitting diodes are arranged on the light bar in an array.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the optical component is a plano-convex lens, and the plano-convex lens further includes a plane and a convex surface, the plane is opposite to the light bar, and the convex surface is opposite to the light transmitting sheet.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the above-mentioned light-transmitting sheet further comprises a mesh point, wherein the mesh point light-transmitting sheet is disposed on the light-transmitting sheet and is located between the light-transmitting sheet and the light bar.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the mesh point light-transmitting sheet is between 0.1mm and 1 mm.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the light bar further comprises an extension bracket, wherein the extension bracket extends from the top end of the bracket to the direction of the light transmitting sheet and shields the light bar.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the light reflecting member is disposed on a side surface of the support and the extending support corresponding to the light bar.
According to an embodiment of the invention, after the extending support extends obliquely towards the direction of the light-transmitting sheet, the extending support extends horizontally to the surface direction of the light-transmitting sheet.
Through the defects of the prior art of the window structure improvement with the light bar, the invention improves the side light entering type structural design of the prior light guide plate through the window structure improvement with the light bar. The invention can ensure that the light projected by the light bar can be truly incident on the light-transmitting sheet through the inclination angle design of the bracket structure and the light-gathering function of the optical component.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the following drawings, in which details of the practice are set forth in the following description for the purpose of clarity. However, it should be understood that these practical details are not to be taken as limiting the invention. That is, in some embodiments of the invention, these practical details are unnecessary. Moreover, for the sake of simplicity of the drawing, some well-known and conventional mechanisms and components are shown in the drawing in a simplified schematic manner.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which are a schematic diagram and a side view of a window structure with a light bar according to the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the present embodiment provides a window structure 1 with a light bar, which can be used in a structure of an automobile glass skylight, and the application of the window structure 1 with a light bar to an automobile glass skylight not only realizes a bright starlight effect, but also can uniformly display various patterns, wherein the patterns include symbols, indication marks, slogans, information reminding, direction reminding, pictures and the like, and the patterns can be adjusted according to user requirements. In the present embodiment, a window structure 1 with a light bar is provided, which includes a light transmitting sheet 11, a bracket 13, a light bar 15 and an optical component 17.
As mentioned above, the support 13 is disposed at the side of the light-transmitting sheet 11, and the support 13 has an inclination angle relative to the direction of the light-transmitting sheet 11. The light bar 15 is disposed on a side of the bracket 13 opposite to the light transmitting sheet 11. The optical component 17 is disposed in the light path of the light bar 15. This allows the light of the light bar 15 to be concentrated and transmitted through the light-transmitting sheet 11.
In the present embodiment, the transparent sheet 11 is made of glass (polymethyl methacrylate (Poly (methyl methacrylate)), i.e., PMMA), which may be also referred to as acryl or organic glass, and the transparent sheet 11 is made of a material that can internally reflect and refract the incident light, so that the light can be uniformly dispersed in the transparent sheet 11 to be uniformly emitted. The support 13 is disposed on a side surface of the light-transmitting sheet 11, and the support 13 may be made of plastic or metal. The included angle (i.e., the inclination angle θ) between the support 13 and the light-transmitting sheet 11 is between 0 degrees and 90 degrees, i.e., the inclination angle θ is greater than 1 degree and less than 90 degrees. The light bar 15 includes a plurality of light emitting diodes 151 and a bar body 153, and the plurality of light emitting diodes 151 are arranged on the bar body 153. The strip body 153 of the light strip 15 is disposed on the inner side wall of the support 13, that is, the wall surface of the support 13 opposite to the light-transmitting sheet 11, so that most of the light rays projected by the light-emitting diodes 151 of the light strip 15 are perpendicular to the wall surface of the support 13, and the projection directions of the light rays of the light-emitting diodes 151 are directed toward the light-transmitting sheet 11.
Furthermore, the optical element 17 is disposed on the light path of the plurality of leds 151 of the light bar 15, the optical element 17 is a plano-convex lens, the plano-convex lens further comprises a plane and a convex surface, the plane is opposite to the leds 151 of the light bar 15, the convex surface is opposite to the light-transmitting sheet 11, so that the light of the plurality of leds can be collected together by the optical element 17, and the light is concentrated and projected on the light-transmitting sheet 11.
The window structure 1 with the light bar further comprises a dot light-transmitting sheet 19, wherein the dot light-transmitting sheet 19 is disposed on the light-transmitting sheet 11 and is located between the light-transmitting sheet 11 and the light bar 15. The dot light-transmitting sheet 19 is tiled on the surface of the light-transmitting sheet 11, when the light of the light bar 15 is projected on the dot light-transmitting sheet 19, the dots of the light irradiated on the dot light-transmitting sheet 19 generate scattering or refraction, and the like, and a large amount of light of the light bar 15 is scattered and projected or the light projection angle is changed, so that the light can be more evenly incident into the light-transmitting sheet 11, and the effect of good uniform light is achieved, wherein the thickness of the dot light-transmitting sheet 19 is between 0.1mm and 1 mm.
In addition, the window structure 1 with the light bar further comprises an extension bracket 21, wherein the extension bracket 21 extends from the top end of the bracket 13 towards the direction of the light-transmitting sheet 11 and shields the light bar 15, so that the light bar 15 only has an opening corresponding to the light-transmitting sheet 11. The extending bracket 21 extends in a direction inclined toward the light transmitting sheet 11, and then the extending bracket 21 extends in a direction horizontal to the surface of the light transmitting sheet 11. Wherein the horizontal extension of the extension support 21 can be combined with the optical sheet (such as the dot light-transmitting sheet 19 or the diffusion sheet) added on the light-transmitting sheet 11, so that the horizontal extension of the extension support 21 can be used as a structure for mortgage fixing the optical sheet. In the present embodiment, the window structure 1 with a light bar further has a light reflecting member 23, and the light reflecting member 23 is disposed on a side surface of the support 13 opposite to the extending support 21, where the light bar 15 has a light beam, so that the light beam of the light bar 15 can be concentrated and projected, and the loss of the light beam of the light bar 15 is reduced.
In summary, the present invention provides a window structure with a light bar, which includes a light-transmitting sheet, a bracket, the light bar and an optical assembly. The light bar is arranged on the inclined bracket, so that most of light rays of the light bar are projected to the light-transmitting sheet, and the optical component on the light bar has a light-gathering effect, so that the light rays of the light bar can be concentrated and projected on the light-transmitting sheet. The whole structure of the lamp strip fixing structure beside the window is simple, the lamp strip is fixed, and the light of the lamp strip can be concentrated and irradiated on the light-transmitting sheet through the inclination angle design of the bracket structure and the light-gathering effect of the optical component.
While the foregoing description illustrates and describes several preferred embodiments of the present invention, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the forms disclosed herein, but is not to be construed as limited to other embodiments, and is capable of numerous other combinations, modifications and environments and is capable of changes or modifications within the scope of the inventive concept as described herein, either as a result of the foregoing teachings or as a result of the knowledge or technology in the relevant art. And that modifications and variations which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A window structure having a light bar, comprising:
a light transmitting sheet;
the bracket is arranged on the side edge of the light-transmitting sheet and is provided with an inclination angle relative to the direction of the light-transmitting sheet;
the light bar is arranged on the side surface of the bracket opposite to the light-transmitting sheet; and
an optical component arranged on the light path of the light bar;
the extending support extends from the top end of the support to the direction of the light-transmitting sheet and shields the upper part of the light bar, wherein after the extending support extends obliquely to the direction of the light-transmitting sheet, the extending support extends horizontally to the surface direction of the light-transmitting sheet, and the horizontally extending part of the extending support is combined with the optical sheet additionally arranged on the light-transmitting sheet, so that the horizontally extending part of the extending support is used as a structure for pressing and fixing the optical sheet.
2. The window structure with a light bar according to claim 1, wherein the light transmitting sheet is a glass material.
3. A window structure having a light bar as recited in claim 1, wherein the angle of inclination of the bracket is between 0 degrees and 90 degrees.
4. The window structure with a light bar according to claim 1, wherein the light bar has a plurality of light emitting diodes and a light bar, the plurality of light emitting diodes being arranged in an array on the light bar.
5. The window structure having a light bar of claim 1, wherein the optical component is a plano-convex lens, the plano-convex lens further comprising a planar surface and a convex surface, the planar surface being opposite the light bar and the convex surface being opposite the light transmissive sheet.
6. The window structure with a light bar according to claim 1, further comprising a mesh point light transmitting sheet disposed between the light transmitting sheet and the light bar.
7. The window structure having a light bar according to claim 6, wherein the mesh point light transmitting sheet has a thickness of between 0.1mm and 1 mm.
8. The window structure with a light bar according to claim 1, further comprising a light reflecting member disposed on a side of the bracket corresponding to the light bar with the extension bracket.
