Abstract
本发明公开了一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,包括内瓶体和外瓶体,所述外瓶体的内部套设有内瓶体,所述泡沫层的两侧且位于外瓶体的内壁上对称设有两个橡胶弹簧,所述内瓶体的顶部套设有瓶盖,所述瓶盖的顶部套设有气压计。本发明中,首先,由于该防爆液化石油电镀气瓶是由内瓶体和外瓶体组成的,而在内瓶体与外瓶体的间隙内填充了由镁基阻隔防爆合金材料组成的防爆阻隔层,这样便能起到一定的安全防护作用,其次,由于防滑套以及内瓶体底部泡沫层的设置,可以通过弹性材料使得整个电镀气瓶在运输过程中,起到一定的缓冲外力的作用,从而避免了内瓶体发生碰撞,减小了内瓶体发生爆炸的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及液化石油气运输储存装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶。
背景技术
液化石油气是在炼油厂内,由天然气或者石油进行加压降温液化所得到的一种无色挥发性液体。它极易自燃,当其在空气中的含量达到了一定的浓度范围后,他遇到明火就能爆炸。
经由炼油厂所得到的液化石油气主要组成成分为丙烷、丙烯、丁烷、丁烯中的一种或者两种,而且其还掺杂着少量戊烷、戊烯和微量的硫化物杂质。如果要对液化石油气进行进一步的纯化,可以使用醇胺吸收塔将其中的氧硫化碳进行吸收脱除,最后再用碱洗去多余的硫化物。
液化石油气在实际使用过程中,需要将其从某个地方运输到另一个地方,这便需要用到液化石油气电镀气瓶,然而现有的液化石油气电镀气瓶结构简单,缺乏安全防护结构,在运输的过程中,可能会出现爆炸的情况,存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,包括内瓶体和外瓶体,所述外瓶体的内部套设有内瓶体,且外瓶体与内瓶体之间填充有由镁基阻隔防爆合金材料组成的防爆阻隔层,所述内瓶体的外侧间隔均匀套设有四个防滑套,所述四个防滑套的两侧对称固定有橡胶柱,且四个防滑套两两之间通过弹性皮带进行连接,所述内瓶体的底部垫设有由泡沫材料制成的泡沫层,所述泡沫层的两侧且位于外瓶体的内壁上对称设有两个橡胶弹簧,所述内瓶体的顶部套设有瓶盖,所述瓶盖的顶部套设有气压计,且瓶盖的顶部一侧套设有调压阀。

本发明中,首先,由于该防爆液化石油电镀气瓶是由内瓶体和外瓶体组成的,而在内瓶体与外瓶体的间隙内填充了由镁基阻隔防爆合金材料组成的防爆阻隔层,这样便能起到一定的安全防护作用,其次,由于防滑套以及内瓶体底部泡沫层的设置,可以通过弹性材料使得整个电镀气瓶在运输过程中,起到一定的缓冲外力的作用,从而避免了内瓶体发生碰撞,减小了内瓶体发生爆炸的可能性,最后,由于气压计和调压阀的设置,这样便可实时对内瓶体内的气压进行监测,当气压过大容易发生爆炸时,便可打开调压阀,释放内部气体,使得内外气压达到平衡,从而使得该防爆液化石油电镀气瓶在运输过程中能够及时解决安全隐患,其安全性更高。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,包括内瓶体3和外瓶体4,外瓶体4的内部套设有内瓶体3,且外瓶体4与内瓶体3之间填充有由镁基阻隔防爆合金材料组成的防爆阻隔层5,内瓶体3的外侧间隔均匀套设有四个防滑套9,四个防滑套9的两侧对称固定有橡胶柱10,且四个防滑套9两两之间通过弹性皮带8进行连接,内瓶体3的底部垫设有由泡沫材料制成的泡沫层7,泡沫层7的两侧且位于外瓶体4的内壁上对称设有两个橡胶弹簧6,内瓶体3的顶部套设有瓶盖2,瓶盖2的顶部套设有气压计1,且瓶盖2的顶部一侧套设有调压阀11。
防滑套9的内侧开设有套孔13,且套孔13的内侧套设有防滑垫圈12,橡胶弹簧6的另一侧固定有限位块14,气压计1和调压阀11 均通过支管与内瓶体3连通,外瓶体4的底部设置有由吸水隔热棉制成的吸水隔热层。
防滑套9套设在内瓶体3上时,弹性皮带8处于绷直状态,气压计1的设置,主要用来对该防爆液化石油电镀气瓶的内部气压进行实时监测,调压阀11的设置,当内瓶体3内部气压过大时,可以通过打开调压阀11,将瓶内气体放出,以达到气压平衡的目的,气压计1 的输出端与气压计1上设置的蜂鸣器的输入端电性连接。
工作原理:使用时,先将盛装有液化石油气的内瓶体3放入到外瓶体4内,与此同时,将内瓶体3依次套入到防滑套9的套孔13内,使得弹性皮带8处于绷直状态,并且通过橡胶弹簧6将限位块14与泡沫层7接触,从而将泡沫层7进行固定,当内瓶体3内部的气压较大时,气压计1便会检测到当前气压,并且传输数据给其上的蜂鸣器,发出风鸣警报声,然后便可通过打开调压阀11,将内瓶体3内的气体释放出来,以达到气压平衡的目的,这样便可安全运输该电镀气瓶。

1.一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,包括内瓶体(3)和外瓶体(4),其特征在于,所述外瓶体(4)的内部套设有内瓶体(3),且外瓶体(4)与内瓶体(3)之间填充有由镁基阻隔防爆合金材料组成的防爆阻隔层(5),所述内瓶体(3)的外侧间隔均匀套设有四个防滑套(9),所述四个防滑套(9)的两侧对称固定有橡胶柱(10),且四个防滑套(9)两两之间通过弹性皮带(8)进行连接,所述内瓶体(3)的底部垫设有由泡沫材料制成的泡沫层(7),所述泡沫层(7)的两侧且位于外瓶体(4)的内壁上对称设有两个橡胶弹簧(6),所述内瓶体(3)的顶部套设有瓶盖(2),所述瓶盖(2)的顶部套设有气压计(1),且瓶盖(2)的顶部一侧套设有调压阀(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,其特征在于,所述防滑套(9)的内侧开设有套孔(13),且套孔(13)的内侧套设有防滑垫圈(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,其特征在于,所述橡胶弹簧(6)的另一侧固定有限位块(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,其特征在于,所述气压计(1)和调压阀(11)均通过支管与内瓶体(3)连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆液化石油电镀气瓶,其特征在于,所述外瓶体(4)的底部设置有由吸水隔热棉制成的吸水隔热层。
