技术领域
本发明特别涉及一种用于数控机床涂料的防老化添加剂。
背景技术
数控机床是数字控制机床的简称,是一种装有程序控制系统的自动化机床。该控制系统能够逻辑地处理具有控制编码或其他符号指令规定的程序,并将其译码,用代码化的数字表示,通过信息载体输入数控装置。经运算处理由数控装置发出各种控制信号,控制机床的动作,按图纸要求的形状和尺寸,自动地将零件加工出来。
目前由于对机床要求的提高,对机床涂料的机械性能和抗老化性能提出了很高的要求,而目前的数控机床所用防老化涂料不能满足这种需求,所以,研制一种机械性能高、抗老化性能好的数控机床用防老化涂料十分必要。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种用于数控机床涂料的防老化添加剂。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种用于数控机床涂料的防老化添加剂,其特征在于,组成成份按质量份数计如下:季戊四醇13-34份、六偏磷酸钠11-25份、丙烯酸丁酯10-20份、二月桂酸二丁基锡10-20份、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯4-9份、异丁基丙氨基-POSS 3-7份。
一种用于数控机床涂料的防老化添加剂,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸丁酯与二月桂酸二丁基锡的质量比例为1:1。
本发明的有益效果为:使用多种成分组成的防老化添加剂,防老化效果好,可大幅度提高数控机床的使用性能。

一种用于数控机床涂料的防老化添加剂,其特征在于,季戊四醇34份、六偏磷酸钠25份、丙烯酸丁酯20份、二月桂酸二丁基锡20份、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯9份、异丁基丙氨基-POSS7份。
本发明的有益效果为:使用多种成分组成的防老化添加剂,防老化效果好,可大幅度提高数控机床的使用性能。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于数控机床涂料的防老化添加剂,其特征为,所述丙烯酸丁酯与二月桂酸二丁基锡的质量比例为1:1。
