Background
With the scientization of agricultural planting, the spraying of pesticides becomes one of indispensable operation links in crop planting. Traditional pesticide spraying mostly adopts knapsack sprayer, and it mainly includes spray tank, hydraulic pump, shower nozzle and action bars, bears spray tank on operator's the back, and operator marchs along crops inter-row, drives the hydraulic pump with hand-operated action bars and spouts the liquid medicine. The main drawbacks of this type of knapsack sprayer are: the operator burden is great, manual operation hydraulic pump, and pressure is less, and spraying scope and spraying distance can not be adjusted as required, and the spraying is efficient, and intensity of labour is big, and the liquid medicine splashes easily in addition and spills on the human body, causes human injury.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention is to provide a crop foliage spray device, which not only can improve the utilization rate of the liquid medicine, but also can expand the spraying range of crops as required, and greatly improve the spraying efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a crop foliage spraying device comprises a support, wherein a spraying assembly, a driving mechanism and a stirring mechanism are arranged on the support, the spraying assembly comprises a liquid filling box, a liquid pump, a liquid conveying pipe, a flow divider and a spray head, the liquid filling box is slidably arranged on the support, the liquid pump is connected with the liquid filling box, the liquid conveying pipe comprises a main liquid conveying pipe and two branch liquid conveying pipes, the main liquid conveying pipe is connected with the liquid pump, the main liquid conveying pipe is connected with the two branch liquid conveying pipes through the flow divider, the flow divider is arranged on a base and is hinged with the base, and the base is fixedly arranged on the support; a connecting pipe is connected between the main infusion pipe and the shunt, the middle part of the connecting pipe is a convex part, the two infusion branch pipes are telescopic pipes, and the spray heads are arranged at one ends of the infusion branch pipes far away from the shunt;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving cylinder and a stepping motor, the driving cylinder is arranged on the bracket, and a piston rod in the driving cylinder is connected with the liquid containing box; the stepping motor is arranged at the top of the liquid filling box and connected with the stirring mechanism, and the stirring mechanism is arranged in the liquid filling box.
Further, the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring shaft and stirring blades, one end of the stirring shaft is connected with an output shaft of the stepping motor, and the other end of the stirring shaft is fixedly connected with the stirring blades and extends into the liquid filling box.
Further, the stirring blades are two to four.
Furthermore, a sliding rail is arranged on the support, a roller is arranged at the bottom of the liquid containing box, and the roller is arranged in the sliding rail so that the liquid containing box can slide on the support.
Furthermore, a telescopic limiting rod is further arranged on the support or the sliding rail.
Further, two infusion branch pipes all include first pipe fitting, second pipe fitting and the third pipe fitting of telescopic connection in proper order, just the junction of first pipe fitting, second pipe fitting and third pipe fitting all overlaps and is equipped with the sealing washer.
Furthermore, a closed transparent observation window is further arranged on the side face of the liquid containing box, and scale marks are further marked on the inner side face of the liquid containing box corresponding to the transparent observation window so as to observe the remaining amount of the liquid medicine in the liquid containing box through the transparent observation window.
Further, the infusion main pipe and the connecting pipe are both flexible pipes.

In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the shunt is hinged in a left-right rotating manner, so that the shunt can rotate left and right, and further the infusion branch pipe connected with the shunt is driven to rotate left and right, and the spraying range of crops is expanded; the soft connecting pipe is arranged between the delivery main pipe and the shunt, so that the shunt can rotate more conveniently, and the connecting pipe is possibly twisted in the rotating process of the shunt to reduce the flowing space of the liquid medicine at the connecting pipe and influence the flowing of the liquid medicine, so the invention also arranges a convex part on the connecting pipe for enlarging the flowing space of the liquid medicine; by the telescopic arrangement of the conveying branch pipes, the length of the transfusion branch pipes can be flexibly adjusted according to the spraying distance, so that the spraying range of the liquid medicine on crops can be expanded on the premise of not moving the device.
(2) The spraying assembly, the driving mechanism and the stirring mechanism are combined, so that the liquid medicine is fully stirred before spraying, the utilization rate of the liquid medicine is improved, the distances between the liquid filling box and the spray head and crops can be adjusted according to the range of the crops to be sprayed, the spraying range of the crops is expanded, and the spraying efficiency is greatly improved.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a crop foliage spray device comprises a bracket 1, a spraying component, a driving mechanism and a stirring mechanism are arranged on the bracket 1, and a walking wheel 18 is arranged at the bottom of the bracket 1. The spraying component comprises a liquid loading box 2, a liquid pump 3, a liquid conveying pipe 4, a flow divider 5 and a spray head 7, wherein the liquid loading box 2 is slidably arranged on the support 1, the liquid pump 3 is connected with the liquid loading box 2, the liquid conveying pipe 4 comprises a main liquid conveying pipe 41 and two branch liquid conveying pipes 42, and the main liquid conveying pipe 41 is connected with the liquid pump 3. The infusion main pipe 41 is connected with the two infusion branch pipes 42 through the flow divider 5, the flow divider 5 is arranged on a base 15, the base 15 is fixedly arranged on the support 1, and the flow divider 5 is hinged with the base 15, so that the flow divider 5 can rotate left and right, the infusion branch pipes 42 connected with the flow divider 5 are driven to rotate left and right, and the spraying range of crops is enlarged. A connecting pipe 6 is connected between the infusion main pipe 41 and the shunt 5, the middle part of the connecting pipe 6 is a convex part 61, wherein the infusion main pipe 41 and the connecting pipe 6 are both hoses. The shunt 5 is also provided with a one-way valve (not shown) adjacent to the two infusion legs 42. And both the infusion branch pipes 42 are telescopic pipes. The spray head 7 is arranged at the end of the infusion branch tube 42 remote from the shunt 5. A filter screen (not shown) is arranged at the liquid outlet of the liquid containing box 2.
The actuating mechanism of this embodiment drives actuating cylinder 8 and step motor 9 including driving, drives actuating cylinder 8 and installs on support 1, drives the piston rod 81 in actuating cylinder 8 and is connected with dress liquid case 2 to after starting through driving actuating cylinder 8, piston rod 81 can promote dress liquid case 2 and advance, makes dress liquid case 2 can further be close to crops, is convenient for to the spraying of crops, and this can solve the spraying distance problem after walking wheel 18 can't continue to advance. Step motor 9 is installed in the top of dress liquid case 2, and step motor 9 is connected with the rabbling mechanism of locating in dress liquid case 2. The rabbling mechanism of this embodiment includes (mixing) shaft 10 and stirring vane 11, and the one end of (mixing) shaft 10 and step motor 9's output shaft, the other end links firmly stirring vane 11 and stretches into in dress liquid case 2 to utilize step motor 9 drive (mixing) shaft 10 to stir the liquid medicine in dress liquid case 2 through stirring vane's 12 rotation, make the liquid medicine can the stirring before the spraying. The stirring blade 11 may be provided in two to four pieces, and preferably four pieces in the present embodiment.

According to the spraying device, the spraying assembly, the driving mechanism and the stirring mechanism are combined, so that the liquid medicine is fully stirred before spraying, the utilization rate of the liquid medicine is improved, the distances between the liquid containing box 2 and the spray head 7 and crops can be adjusted according to the range of the crops to be sprayed, the spraying range of the crops is expanded, and the spraying efficiency is greatly improved.
