and 5: when the WEB server judges that the figure outline collides with the experimental instrument or equipment outline, the WEB server judges whether the remote monitoring terminal sets the use permission of the experimental instrument or equipment for the user; and if the remote monitoring terminal does not set the use permission of the experimental instrument or the equipment for the user, the WEB server sends an alarm signal to the remote monitoring terminal.

The system for sharing and managing laboratory resources according to claim 1, further comprising separately named groups of laboratories, wherein each group of laboratories contains information of a plurality of user members, the group of laboratories data is stored in a cloud storage, and the remote monitoring terminal can set the permission right of the entire group of laboratories to use the laboratory devices.
3. The laboratory resource sharing and management system according to claim 1, further comprising a laboratory manager control terminal installed with a laboratory management platform, wherein the laboratory manager control terminal is connected with the cloud storage and WEB server, the laboratory manager control terminal is used for a laboratory manager to register the in-out information of animals, consumables, reagents and instruments of a laboratory on the laboratory management platform, and the laboratory management platform has the authority only for the laboratory manager to use, retrieve and locate the storage place of the required articles.
